This is an exciting and stimulating opportunity for a talented Administrator who is keen to develop their skills and customer service experience to make a positive impact on our members. In this role you will have responsibility for completing administration activities, work within service level agreements to respond to queries and complete membership processes. You will be efficient, responding promptly to data requests and deliver strong data integrity for membership.

The role of Charity Coordinator is a new one for FTWW. Our successful candidate will be happy to join a small, dedicated team, supporting existing staff, volunteers, and trustees in the administration of the charity. You will be key to developing policies and processes that will ensure the organisation is managed effectively and efficiently into the future.

We are looking to recruit a creative and ambitious Fundraising and Communications Manager. A key focus of the role is the development of our donor management systems and corporate partnerships, whilst providing strategic oversight of the charity’s internal and external communications. Bid-writing expertise is desirable but not essential. We are looking for a highly effective individual with demonstrable and relevant fundraising experience, as well as excellent planning, organisational and people skills. The Fundraising and Communications Manager will ensure we take a strategic approach to fundraising that ensures the charity’s income will support our growth and development in the years ahead, in line with our 2030 Strategy.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Through the design and delivery of excellent, engaging and regular stewardship communications and powerful fundraising appeals, you will grow our income and pool of individual supporters making one off or monthly donations. You’ll also explore and implement ways of promoting Rainham Food Bank across the community to successfully attract an ever-greater number of individual donors.

Weston Hospicecare is seeking a passionate and self-motivated fundraiser to develop and grow our Legacy and In Memory fundraising activity. This is an important area of income for the Hospice, and we are looking for someone who can either bring their existing expertise to this role or who is keen to develop their current fundraising experience within legacy fundraising.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who will:
· Lead on the development of Weston Hospicecare’s Legacy and In Memory fundraising strategy, using your expertise to analyse activity and grow this area of income, building the financial resilience of the Hospice.
· Inspire support by developing a compelling Legacy fundraising proposition to encourage support from existing and new supporters.
· Deliver results through inspiring communications and promotional activity, bringing to life the extraordinary work of Weston Hospicecare and driving legacy pledges and support.
· Build strong relationships with a range of people, including local firms of solicitors, supporters, patients and their families and members of the team.
· Utilise your exceptional attention to detail and expert knowledge to monitor and administer existing estates, working with solicitors and executors to expedite settlement and where possible, accurately predict timelines for income.
· Provide excellent stewardship to existing supporters and pledgers through regular updates and inspiring events to demonstrate the impact of support and develop and nurture these important relationships.
· Devise an effective In Memory strategy to build upon and support this area, monitoring existing opportunities and developing new activity. Sensitively use personal stories, images and testimonials to strengthen this key area of income and offering a lasting tribute for families.
· Amplify the work of the team through sharing ideas and knowledge. Keeping up to date with sector developments and ensure best practice across all Legacy and In Memory fundraising activity.
· Work with an ambitious, positive and creative approach, with experience in working collaboratively organisation wide.

We work in partnership with Age UK Buckinghamshire to deliver the Hospital Discharge Support Service. The service covers the county of Buckinghamshire and aims to improve the experience of people leaving hospital, at what can be a very difficult time for them. Our teams work with patients to make this experience more manageable and to minimise the risk of readmission. This service supports people aged 18 who are leaving hospital after a stay. Older people are highly represented in this client group.

The purpose of the role is to manage and deliver the day-to-day operation of the service. Operating across Buckinghamshire, our discharge staff are based at both Stoke Mandeville and Wexham Park hospitals. Our community team are based in the Age UK Buckinghamshire offices in Aylesbury but reach out to serve residents across the county. Additionally, a team of volunteers provide additional capacity and reach. The post holder will be based at the office in Aylesbury but will be expected to travel across the two hospital sites when required,
The hospital teams operate 7 days a week supporting patients on discharge. Over a year more than a thousand patients will be taken home by our teams and helped to settle in safely. The community team will support residents post discharge, liaising with any other services, offering practical support to settle in at home such as shopping, light housework or picking up prescriptions and offering a regular call to ensure all is well.

What's this role about?
This exciting position is responsible for delivering our fundraising programme to the public, with support from our Deputy Head of Fundraising.

As CTA's Business Development Manager, your role involves increasing the uptake of MiDAS training and growing CTA membership.
