The RCR is undergoing a big system change and the CRM Team Administrator will help support the project by providing excellent administrative, engagement and testing support to the Digital Products Owner for the new CRM system as it develops.

The successful candidate will be joining our high performing CRM team and have responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of administrative processes. You will also provide an enthusiastic customer service. As a confident and coherent communicator, you will act as an internal liaison and support to staff as the CRM develops, coordinate enquiries and feedback in an efficient and timely way.

As the CRM Team Administrator you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us maintain and enhance our customer relationships and ensure that the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate enquiries from users/staff for the CRM product throughout development and delivery.
• Support the documentation of processes and mapping exercises for the CRM project and any other administrative support associated with the project.
• Arrange and manage project meetings.
• Coordinate ongoing training and induction of new staff to business systems (CRM) as they are implemented.
• Support the development of tools and training materials across services.
• Help to monitor any shared inboxes and the CRM helpdesk, ensuring enquiries are directed to the relevant team member.

About us

Imperial’s Regular Giving programme seeks philanthropic support up to £25,000 to advance the work of the university. Primarily, the programme focuses on soliciting support from alumni of the university. The Imperial Legacy team raises philanthropic income from alumni and friends who leave the university gifts in their will.

Both programmes raise funds for a variety of projects across the university including bursaries and scholarships, enhancing the student experience and Faculty level support.

Duties and responsibilities

• Act as first contact for all fundraising related queries (by telephone, email, post and in person); liaise across the Division and with Communications and Public Affairs to draft and send appropriate responses.

• Support Regular Giving and Legacy teams with general administrative and office duties such as booking meeting rooms, organising catering and audio visual facilities.

• Provide diary management and PA support to the Head of Regular Giving and Legacy Giving.

• Support the planning and execution of telethon fundraising campaigns, and direct marketing fundraising appeals, including researching and collating case studies

• Maintain the Regular Giving and Legacy team’s budgets. Ensure budgets are adhered to by reconciling accounts on a monthly basis.

Essential requirements

• Experience of working in a proactive, customer-focused environment.

• Outstanding communications (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with a range of internal and external audiences.

We are looking for a Centre Administrator to support both the administration and running of all activities at the Centre and the maintenance of facilities for all users of the building.

Reporting to our Centre Manager, our Centre Administrator will: 

• Support the administration of courses, conferences and other events at the Centre.
• Be the first point of contact for all visitors, telephone calls and general email enquiries.
• Offer first line support for delegate and member queries.
• Work with the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the building for visitors and staff.

They will help develop and implement operational plans, manage a portfolio of existing donors and work to identify prospective new donors and their networks. • Ensure systematic data input and management so that key information, donor interactions and communications are appropriately recorded  in line with organisational systems and processes, and in compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice 

• Work with the Philanthropy Manager, the Research and Information Team, Senior Management colleagues and Trustees to carry out donor research, identify new prospects and grow the pipeline of donors. 

• As part of the team’s wider work, contribute to (and at times lead on) hosting cultivation and stewardship events – including planning event logistics; sending and tracking invitations; hosting and speaking at events; co-ordinating follow-up and completing evaluations 

 Contribute to Major Donor strategy, plans and income targets 

• Contribute to the development of team annual plans and income forecasts 

• Maintain focus on your own and teams’ income and other KPIs 

• Monitor your portfolio, prepare required analysis for monthly and quarterly reports and regular income forecasting exercises 

• Develop ad hoc reports and data analysis to improve the donor programme and communicate key learnings to internal and external stakeholders 

• Participate in regular team reviews of the donor portfolio to discuss moves management and next steps in donor contact plans 

• Identify new funding opportunities with stakeholders and develop ways of working with influential supporters 

• Attend and contribute to regular section and CAFOD-wide meetings and briefings

About you

We are in search of a candidate with expert major donor knowledge and a proven track record in donor management and fundraising. You will have experience soliciting five and ideally six-figure donations and have the ability to develop compelling appeals to raise funds for CAFOD’s core programmes. Additionally, you will comprehensively understand the significance of prospect research and portfolio management. You will have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, enabling you to foster strong relationships with donors and work colleagues. 

Essential criteria for the role will include: 

• Proven experience of managing major gift relationships at five-figure giving level 

• Experience of implementing donor cultivation and stewardship plans – including online and offline appeals, tailored approaches and feedback communications; face-to-face meetings; event management 

• Achieved successful income growth strategies 

• Good written and presentations skills that would enable donors to engage with the work of CAFOD

• Good knowledge of how to input and use databases and how to follow systems and processes 

• Prospect research experience

Woodgreen Pets Charity is looking for a Director of Finance and Corporate Services to play a key leadership role in our ambitious strategy, and in ensuring the success of Woodgreen and our impact for pets and their people. We need a critical thinker who will help challenge us all on our plans, performance and management of risk, while simultaneously being energised by our vision and who therefore supports and enables the organisation to find new solutions, innovate and think differently. This isn’t a paradox in our view, but rather a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to define and make real a new category and type of pet support charity.

This year we celebrate our centenary and 100 years of providing shelter, care and support to pets and pet owners with no one to turn to.  While we are exceptionally proud of the impact that this critical care and support has had, the challenging events of recent years, and the continued plight of so many vulnerable pets and struggling pet owners, mean that as well as being a time of celebration we have taken time to reflect, reimagine and consider how the next 100 years can accomplish our vision where every pet has a loving home for life.

We’re working to a new, 5-year strategy that will reposition Woodgreen to have a greater emphasis on helping pets before problems arise through prevention and early intervention work with pet owners, communities and our partners. The Director of Finance and Corporate Services will be critical to any success we have – they will provide strategic oversight of finance, technology and facilities teams while guiding them to strengthen organisational capabilities and practice around strategic planning, performance and risk management.

The salary for this position will be £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.  This will be complemented by;

This is a hybrid opportunity with an expectation of attendance and presence at our Godmanchester site to fulfil the duties of the role, act as a member of the executive and senior leadership team, and to play a cross-organisational role in support of our strategy, mission and values.  It is anticipated that this would typically be around 2-3 days on site per week, however this could be flexible with the emphasis being on providing organisational leadership and impact.

The Factory Academy Programme Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in supporting students to achieve their learning outcomes while fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises openness and empowerment for all individuals involved.
