Join Pyramid as our Development Manager and drive positive change! We're looking for a dynamic individual to help us shape the future of inclusive arts by growing Pyramid’s revenue streams and public profile. This is a new role at Pyramid which supports business development by focusing on fundraising and increasing public awareness of our work. Purpose of the post
- To work alongside the Director and Board of Trustees to develop and implement a revenue generation strategy which grows and diversifies Pyramid’s income streams, supporter base and public profile.
- To support Pyramid’s current and future financial stability by identifying and accessing a wide range of funding streams, including (but not limited to) corporate sponsorship, grants, contracts, commissions, philanthropy, and donations.
- To seek out and initiate opportunities to expand our networks, identifying and engaging with potential new projects, supporters, and influencers.
- To monitor and review Pyramid’s activities in relation to income and impact, and to make recommendations for change and development where appropriate.
- To supervise and collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Officer in developing suitable content to build Pyramid’s public profile, and directly support fundraising efforts by ensuring our website, social media channels and print material are kept up to date with fundraising news and activities that inspire engagement and giving.

Main tasks:
Strategic
- Responsibility for overseeing and delivering on specific action plans / areas within plans related to business growth and development and monitoring / reporting on progress.
- To monitor and analyse sectoral developments and changes, identifying both opportunities and risks and taking appropriate action.
Financial
- To diversify Pyramid’s revenue streams, with a focus on building unrestricted income.
- To work with the Director to prepare budgets, cashflow forecasts and spending reports, and to present finance information to the Trustees, members, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- To co-write funding applications and monitoring / evaluation reports with the Director.
- To ensure compliance with funder agreements and that contractual obligations are met.
Engagement
- To work collaboratively with Pyramid’s voluntary Fundraising Team, coordinating and supporting their activities as appropriate.
- To ensure a strong online presence and that high-quality print information is made available for fundraising and business initiatives.
Administrative
- To coordinate the fundraising workload of staff by developing, maintaining, and monitoring the fundraising pipeline and timelines for all sources of income.
- To maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records and documentation relating to funding streams, and income and expenditure.
- To monitor and report on public engagement with fundraising campaigns and strategies.
Operational
- To make arrangements for and at fundraising events, exhibitions, and functions.
- To line manage the Marketing and Communications Officer and be accountable for the day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Officer.
- To attend and contribute to the regular meetings of staff, trustees, and sub-committees as needed.
General
- To carry out any other duties as required, which are appropriate to the nature of the post and its level of responsibility.

Purpose of the role:
The main purpose of the Partnerships Manager role is to lead on the delivery of first-class account management to a diverse portfolio of corporate partners, generating income to support Breaking Barriers’ work. Each partnership at Breaking Barriers is bespoke, comprising fundraising, skilled volunteering, awareness raising and, crucially, placement and job opportunities for our refugee clients.
Working closely with the wider Partnerships Management and Programmes teams, you will be responsible for launching new partnerships and retaining business by deepening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will have experience managing corporate partner relationships, including making fundraising asks and managing external communication with donors and partners at all levels of seniority. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. An understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility would be advantageous.

Role purpose
As Digital Communications Manager, you will be using digital communication channels to support the engagement of our community of supporters, partners, patients, families and staff in the work of the charity and helping realise our shared ambition with the Trust to be national leaders in the delivery of patient care and health innovation. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Communications Manager will be proactive in shaping and managing the charity’s digital presence (including the website), with a strong focus on tracking and using data. Key responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Communications and Marketing to ensure effective, data-driven use of CW+ digital channels (website and social media) in support of marketing, communications and fundraising plans and annual social media plan.

As part of the Digital Systems team, the CRM Systems Manager is responsible for managing the organisation’s Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management and Fundraising CRM application and associated systems. This multifaceted role covers the ongoing support, training and continuous improvement of the applications.
The System Manager oversees system administration and ensures helpdesk requests are resolved appropriately and efficiently, to maximise system effectiveness and high standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will work across a variety of responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras on CRM, ticketing and other systems
- Research, plan and implement improvements to CRM, ticketing and other relevant systems
- Deliver training on CRM, ticketing and other systems for Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras
- Supplier management
- Supervise industry standard management and best practice processing of data relating to system database and tools to provide high-quality business information
- Take part in the relevant system communities and keep on top of the latest improvements, issues and ideas
- Support system integration and contribute to the development of Southbank Centre’s information architecture
- Contribute to compliance with relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR), regulation and best practice

Royal British Legion – Senior Supporter Acquisition Manager.
Location: London, hybrid (office two days a week).
Salary: £47,212 to £49,252, per annum (Inclusive of London Supplement).
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.
The Royal British Legion (RBL), the leading Armed Forces charity, is looking for an experienced marketing manager to join their Fundraising directorate and lead a brilliant team to develop and implement a range of supporter acquisition marketing programmes to achieve the growth ambitions of their Fundraising strategy.
RBL holds a special place in the hearts and minds of generations of people in society. As the largest military charity in the UK and home of the extraordinary Poppy Appeal it has provided support to members of the Armed Forces community for over 100 years. Today is no different. The needs of veterans, young and old, serving personal and their families are growing and complex. To support them the charity needs to raise awareness and donations.
The Supporter Acquisition team at RBL is responsible for all marketing to attract new supporters across a large portfolio of appeals/products and media. The charity is seeking a team leader who has significant expertise with a wide range of marketing channels and can really add value to large well-established programmes with their experience, knowledge and drive to continually improve, identify appropriate new opportunities and shape supporter acquisition programmes.
The role involves leading an experienced team of two managers and two co-ordinators, and leading relationships with key suppliers. The marketing programmes include most significantly face-to-face fundraising (from stands in retail space or expos/outdoor events and door-to-door) and DRTV advertising, plus some print campaigns, payroll giving and 3rd party marketing. The role will also manage development projects that could include aspects of digital fundraising. An important part of the role is developing advertising for the nation’s largest charity appeal, the Poppy Appeal each November.
RBL introduced a new fundraising strategy last year called ‘Three Giants’ to focus on protecting and strengthening three vital areas of income generation, the Poppy Appeal, individual giving and gifts in wills. Now is an exciting time to join the charity to help to implement the strategic change and to be a key stakeholder or lead in a variety of cross-team workstreams.
As an experienced senior marketing manager, you would hit the ground running to optimally deliver plans with your team, whilst helping to shape programme strategies and review supply requirements. You will need experience of managing and coaching teams and working in a truly collaborative way with colleagues, teams and suppliers, leading by example in accordance with RBL’s values.
You won’t shy away from complexity and getting to grips with the details of the broad array of appeals/products your team will be marketing and associated systems, budgeting, reporting and KPI measurements for each of them. You’ll strive for excellence, ensuring campaigns are compelling and effective and will be able to capably resolve issues at a senior level and take on new challenges.
