You will join a small, friendly team based in London’s famous West End theatre district, responsible for providing support of over £1.5M per year to actors and stage managers. Now, as we begin a new strategic direction, our case for support is more compelling than ever. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity - our new strategy, ‘Acting for Impact’, has a bold ambition to achieve meaningful change for the professional performing arts community - to help more people, in more ways - the Head of Fundraising will be central to achieving that.

This full-time role is based at our office in central London a minimum of three days per week, with some flexible working. The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention, is a newly developed role at the DEC, responsible for shaping and delivering new and existing supporter journeys for DEC individual, community and legacy donors, and leading a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.

The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention will:

• Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,
• Lead on the production of retention and reporting back materials for individual and community supporters,
• Manage the development and maintenance of specific supporter journeys,
• Develop and oversee the materials and supporter positioning for a light touch and mainly reactive legacy marketing programme for the DEC.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement the direct marketing retention strategy, ensuring that past learnings are built upon, and new ideas are tested.
• Develop and implement specific audience journeys for segments across both the life cycle of a DEC appeal and between appeals.
• Ensure timely and relevant communications to all direct marketing, community, and legacy audiences on the impact of their donations.
• Build an improved supporter journey strategy for new, repeat, and lapsed donors.
• Lead, design, and monitor the collection of audience insight during appeals.

Fundraising

• Develop the DEC’s donor journeys for individuals and community supporters, monitoring the development of segments and the engagement of repeat donors.
• Provide analysis during and following an appeal of performance to measure and report performance against key indicators and develop recommendations for improving impact in the next appeal.
• Support the stewardship of community fundraisers and groups in conjunction with the Supporter Services team.

Networking and building relationships

• Develop excellent working relationships with the DEC’s suppliers including creative agencies, media agencies, SMS and email suppliers, and the print/mailing house.
• Work with permanent and temporary staff at the DEC during appeals to maximise the success of the appeal.

You will collaborate with additional fundraisers across Trusts, Statutory, Corporate and Major Gifts to coordinate approaches and maximise opportunities across all functions.

Imperial is looking for a Regular Giving Officer (Mid-value and Telephone Campaigns) to join their successful Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team.  This is a diverse role with plenty of opportunities for development and learning in a higher education setting, excellent experience if you currently work in the charity sector and would like to expand your knowledge.

The Regular Giving programme seeks philanthropic support from alumni and friends and this role will focus on raising money from telephone campaigns, and donors who are able to give at mid-level. Regular Giving mainly raises money to support students who struggling financially through hardship funds, the bursary and scholarships.

What you would be doing

The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team at Imperial is a high-performing team, with a well-established, successful programme that is looking to implement new strategies to keep growing.  This role is vital to continue that success by focusing on two key areas of growth for the team – telephone campaigns and mid-level giving. The post-holder will be responsible for implementing the strategy for these areas as well as the day-to-day work.

In this role, you will also represent and promote the mid-value giving programme across Advancement building relationships with Faculty fundraisers to ascertain giving opportunities below £25,000. 

You will partner with the Regular Giving and Legacy Giving Manager to manage a large portfolio of mid-level supporters using mail and email as well as face to face fundraising.  You will be responsible for managing the newly-rolled out mid-level giving club, Imperial Ionic.

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. IKWRO is a registered charity which provides advice and support to Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan women and girls living in the UK, who have experienced, or are at risk of all forms of “honour” based abuse, including; forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM), or domestic abuse.

We work with women and girls of all ages, including lesbian women, bisexual women and trans women. We offer services in Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Turkish and English. IKWRO offers free advice, advocacy and counselling services and operates a refuge which provides safe accommodation and specialist support to single women at risk of “honour” based abuse, forced marriage and domestic abuse.

IKWRO also provides training for women and girls to help them understand their rights in the UK. Your role

We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. The ideal candidate has senior-level fundraising experience at an NGO, organisation, or charity, a strong and established network of executive relationships in major foundations, and a proven track record of identifying and closing deals in the range of 1-5 million USD. The Senior Network Fundraising Manager is a new and vital role, created to maximise income generation across FareShare’s national team and 18 Network Partners. This role is integral to driving collaboration and establishing a strategic approach to fundraising across multiple sites.

Working with a team of three LTT employees, as well as Trustees and supporters the key objectives of the Partnerships team is to:

1. Support our ambitious vision: a quality, inclusive education for every child in Tanzania.
2. Plan; manage; deliver; monitor and maintain oversight of LTT’s Trust and Foundation fundraising portfolio, activities and opportunities. Target is to raise in excess of £300,000 per annum from UK and International Trusts, Foundations, other Institutional Donors and individuals in 2025-6 and increase by £40,000 a year thereafter. 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

This position will focus on sourcing and developing potential national and international funders who provide single and multi-year grants in excess of £10,000 including those who do not accept unsolicited grants.

Duties include:

• Develop and manage opportunity pipelines of prospective funders, planning introductions.
• Write compelling, concise, well-presented, tailored approaches and grant applications in Word and Canva.
• Liaise with the Operations team, to gather the relevant information for grant applications (e.g. data, case studies, imagery etc).
• Ensure systems are kept up to date with all details of grant application documents, progress and outcomes and any other interactions with funders.
• Work with partners in Tanzania to offer them support and guidance 
• Draft programme reports for projects for which you have raised funds.
• Contribute with other team members to the organisational budgeting process, by producing a detailed breakdown of opportunities and likelihood of success.
• Contribute to production of key external documents which may impact Trust and Foundation fundraising e.g. Annual Report & Accounts, Impact Report.
• Attend team meetings at least twice a year
• Attend relevant third-party events/training as required.
• Attend and assist with some LTT fundraising events.

AWF is seeking a confident and highly organised Development Officer to join our ambitious External Affairs team on a part-time basis for 9 month maternity contract, beginning end September. The team is committed to cultivating a diverse pipeline of donors – individuals, corporations and foundations - and stewarding current donors whose contributions support AWF’s mission to ensure that wildlife and wild lands endure in modern Africa.This role is central to delivering AWF’s fundraising goals in the UK.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Donor Engagement UK, the Development Officer’s role is to provide back-end support to the UK fundraisers supporting the moves management process and smooth running of the virtual office, ensuring compliance with UK laws. The position will manage all elements of the virtual office, administration and reporting and support the team in managing portfolios of donors and prospects targeting mid-level and high net worth individuals, corporates and foundations.  

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manages virtual offices and membership programme payment processing in collaboration with our data services team based in the US.  
• Manages post where it relates to membership mailings. Manages orders for stationery and AWF materials needed to support mailings, events, and donor management (internal and external contracts).

Portfolio growth and stewardship
