Who will I be changing the lives of?
All of our learners have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and as a result all have some level of additional need. Some of the most common areas of need that we see are Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism (ASC), ADHD although we work with learners with a much broader range of needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of Functional Skills Maths and/or English.
- To deliver and implement teaching and learning practices to raise student standards and progress
- To develop and deliver high quality teaching materials and schemes of learning that keep students engaged using creativity, differentiation and extension tasks
- Plan effectively to ensure pupils have the opportunity to meet their potential, taking account of the needs of pupils who are underachieving, those that are able and those that are excelling in Maths or English
- To meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and in collaboration with the SENCO to prepare, implement, monitor and review Individual Educational Packages.
- Deliver quality on-site youth work to help all our young people overcome multiple complex educational barriers.
- To provide a high-quality student experience that enables students to succeed beyond their expectations
- Promote Inclusion best practice and contribute to the aims and ethos of the college

Role outline and purpose
The Network Services Manager builds and maintains network-facing central services that are effective and dynamic, evolving in line with members’ requirements. Ensuring a coordinated approach to first-response technical services to food banks, communications to the network, and provision of solutions-focused responses to support the network to work towards an end to the need for food banks in the UK.
Role responsibilities

- Develop and implement an MND Association Research Nurse Network programme to support the delivery of the Association's strategic goals.
- Manage and support the research nurse network providing close liaison with the MND Association's Care Centre & Networks Programme.

What are we looking for?
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, with considerable experience in clinical research.

Comprehensive knowledge of UK clinical trial, regulations and experience in supporting clinical research capacity and infrastructure. Experience in neurodegeneration or life-limiting illness studies is preferrable.

About the role
As Communications and Projects Officer – Baby Bank Alliance (BBA), you will have a crucial role in overseeing social, digital, and internal communications for the Baby Bank Alliance and their 170+ member network, as well as supporting other key operational activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary, cross-organisational team while collaborating with local communities and grassroots organisations across the UK. The role is ideal for someone with experience in social media, communications, or digital marketing, offering a chance to expand their skills and gain valuable insights into brand building, partnerships, PR, and the charity sector. The Communications and Projects Officer will work closely with the Baby Bank Alliance Executive Lead, Communications and Marketing Manager, Community Leads, and broader team to support the delivery of key projects for 2024/25. Additionally, the post-holder will provide project support in areas such as stakeholder engagement, grant approvals, data management, and overall project coordination.
This role will be 60% communications and 40% projects and within that you will:
• Manage the BBA social media channels, creating social media strategies, developing and creating content and monitoring channels.
• To manage the BBA WordPress website with any updates or issues and write the weekly newsletter to the Baby Bank Alliance members & non-members.
• To support the Media Manager with campaigns: e.g. arranging shoots, attending shoots, gathering resources for press releases/media requests.
• To support members of the wider Baby Bank Alliance team with a range of project tasks, where needed.
• To project manage the organisation and co-ordination of events and visits to baby banks, and help to promote and deliver them alongside a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of a new CRM database system, ensuring that data is migrated and captured efficiently to support the daily data management of the growing organization.

The Purpose of the Role
The Executive Director, IRC UK is responsible for delivering all of IRC’s targets in the UK, particularly with respect to fundraising, advocacy and communications but also UK finance, operations, and people and culture. The Executive Director leads the UK Senior Management Team.
An important objective for the Executive Director IRC UK will be maintaining the UK as a net contributing office within the IRC and to broaden, deepen and make more sustainable the IRC’s access to funding in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, IRC Europe and the UK Board of Trustees, the role provides organisational and staff leadership and accountability to IRC UK in a shared management structure. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
