The role of the Young Carers Programme Manager is to lead on the delivery of our employability and aspirations programming for young adult carers, to support positive transitions from education into employment. The role works in partnership with our network of local carer organisation, employers and wider sector stakeholders, to deliver an engaging and diverse programme of opportunities for young adult careers to meet with employers, experience work environments, and broaden opportunities to access careers of choice.

Summary

Internal-facing Support:
- Support the Programme Management Team with maintaining the integrity of data within Salesforce.
- Working with the Senior Programme Manager to support the effective programme management and launch of Flourishing Leaders and Teachers.
- Lead on administrative tasks relating to recruitment of Flourishing Leaders and Teachers.
- Event administration for Flourishing Leaders and Teachers, including keeping the calendar up to date, creating online meetings, liaising with staff who will participate, and ensuring Blackboard is updated as needed.
- Support Programme Management Team with preparation of monthly reports, with key updates on recruitment, engagement and quality assurance.
- Admin support within the Programme Delivery teams, including setting up online forms, managing the inboxes, Salesforce reporting and other.
External-facing Support:
- Providing first-line support within the queries arising from our inboxes.
- Support Learning Technology team with administration, including providing assistance with online events.
- Support applicants with any queries relating to the application process and IT support. Also support with liaising with participant sponsors to ensure their administration is completed.

Through engaging, relatable workshops, Leaders help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
Expectations of LMK Leaders
- Always adhere to LMK and host organisations health & safety and safeguarding practices and procedures.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries with young people, peers, and professionals.
- Respond to comms (emails/WhatsApp) sent out by LMK team members in a timely manner, to support planning and organising of sessions.
- Plan and deliver interactive LMK workshops in educational and community settings in line with LMK delivery style and ethos.
- Meet with co-facilitators to carry out pre-session planning, minimum three working days before delivery.
- Use your experience and knowledge of the issues affecting young people to tailor the workshops accordingly.
- Ensure all youth participants and the adults in school/community organisations who attend a LMK workshop complete the post session feedback surveys.
- Complete a reflective post session Leader survey after each workshop to support practice and programme development.
- Debrief with LMK’s Programme Development Manager and provide ongoing feedback about your sessions through LMK’s reflective practice processes.
- Accommodate a maximum of two workshop observations by LMK staff/supporters per academic year, designed to bolster our funding and thought leadership strategy.
- Undertake relevant training associated with LMK’s work, including but not restricted to diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, violence against women and girls (VAWG).
- Undertake at least one quality assurance observation per year, completed by an LMK Programme Development Manager, and enhance practice via developmental feedback.
- Continue to learn about and develop your skills on the issues affecting young people’s relationships including domestic violence, abuse, adverse childhood experiences, trauma informed practice, gang culture and grooming, mental health, sexual exploitation, consent, sharing of nudes /sexting, bullying in person and online, tech and online safety, pornography.
- Share your knowledge and expertise by providing feedback and, where requested, co-designing training and educational resources on issues affecting young people and their relationships.
- Mandatory attendance of termly virtual Leader huddles and reflective sessions to remain connected to peers and organisational values, mission, purpose and operational matters.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
- Extensive experience of teaching or working with young people (10 to 24 yrs old) in educational or community settings.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience co-designing, delivering and evaluating group sessions, consisting of minimum of 12 and maximum of 30 participants.
- Experience or co-designing session plans and co-facilitating with others; able to collaborate equally with others.
- A strong commitment to young people and knowledge and understanding of issues affecting their relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space, that allows young people to speak freely about their relationships and experience.
- Able to adapt and be flexible in workshops to get the best engagement from a range of participants.

- Hold a DBS certificate or be willing to let LMK undertake a check on your behalf.

About You
The Policy and Engagement Manager is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of the Society’s growing policy and engagement programme.
This role will report to the Head of Engagement and Storytelling, with managerial responsibilties for the Policy and Engagement Officer, and will have responsibility for leading the development and coordination of key strategic policy and engagement activities, including progressing external scientific and higher education policy for the Society and promoting the importance of engaging in policy-making to members of the Society.

Pregnancy Options Centre (Options) are seeking a Fundraising and Marketing Officer to raise funds for our counselling and education services: supporting people in crisis or distress around unplanned pregnancy or pregnancy loss experiences and educating the next generation on matters surrounding sexual health and healthy relationships. The post-holder will be responsible for raising funds from grants/trusts applications, and for developing and maintaining donor relationships. Pregnancy Options Centre provides free, non-directive help and support to anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy or struggling following an abortion or pregnancy loss. We're looking for an analytical thinker to join our Facilitation and Planning team as Facilitation and Planning Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract, to cover an internal secondment.
You'll work as part of a team who are responsible for planning and scheduling of all events, conferences and one-to-one sessions across our programme suite. The team recruit and support expert faculty to ensure our programmes are delivered to the highest quality in order to enrich participant learning.

Responsibilities
· Develop and execute an annual development plan and budget, focused on identifying and building new groups of supporters (“chapters”) across cities as per the strategy and priority of TCF-UK.

Job Description
The charity would like to increase our digital footprint by 50% and in order to do this we need a highly motivated communications lead to boost our profile. You will create and deliver a marketing, press and social media strategy, to increase both the reach of our work and awareness of harmful practices. You will build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including journalists, influencers and ambassadors to raise our visibility in both English and international languages in UK press, manage all our platforms and create digital content. Start date: August 2025
Terms: Permanent, subject to successful probation review at 3 months.
Contract: This is a full time post, but we would welcome applications from those looking for part-time or flexible working.
Location: Home-based with frequent national travel, including overnight stays, to work with schools and attend meetings. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car they can use for work.
