About the role

Coram is looking for an experienced Digital Content Manager (maternity cover) to support the marcomms team on websites, analytics, internal comms and other related digital marketing tasks. This is a fast-paced and varied role that involves working on a number of different websites across the Coram Group of charities and providing advice and support to other colleagues.

The role will involve anything from day to day management of existing websites to project managing larger scale rebrands, website moves and new website projects from start to finish. It will also include analysis of web traffic via Google Analytics, managing Coram’s internal comms channels and overseeing the relationship with Coram’s digital agency for Google/Microsoft Ads.

We’re looking for someone who feels confident at working independently and managing tasks and projects, whilst also being able to work together with the central marcomms team and other teams across Coram. The successful person will have experience in managing websites using a range of content management systems and Mailchimp email service, as well as a broad knowledge of Google Analytics 4 reporting. As a Regional Operations Manager you will line manage the Centre Leaders in your region to ensure that centres are working effectively, that the high quality of programme delivery to young people is maintained across the cluster, and that targets are monitored and met. The post will be based at the South Tyne and Wear Waste Management Partnership’s (STWWMP) Visitor and Education Centre at the Campground Waste Transfer Station. This facility is operated by SUEZ and is the regions first centre for dedicated waste education opportunities. This post will provide a valuable resource for Groundwork, the Waste Partnership and SUEZ to achieve their respective organisational objectives.

A bit about you

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced staff member to develop and lead a programme of community waste education activity across the South Tyne and Wear Partnership area as part of the South Tyne and Wear Waste Management Partnership PFI.

You will have a proven track record of successful project development and delivery backed with appropriate qualifications. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse range of partners are essential. Experience of waste and recycling initiatives and a passion for working in local communities, ideally in educational and awareness raising settings, are required.

Based in a purpose built facility you will work largely autonomously to engage and encourage school visits and community ownership. You will develop and deliver an exciting programme of waste education sessions suitable for a range of centre users. Working five days a week the post will require outreach work across the South Tyne and Wear area as well as regular evening and weekend work.

Job Purpose

To support the Shared Learning and Connection Programme of the Learning and Leadership Development Team by assisting in the development of an event management framework for WAGGGS events and user support materials for Campfire (WAGGGS’ online learning and community platform), including writing instructional guides, templates and checklists. 

Key Responsibilities:

WAGGGS Event Management

1. Event Management Framework: support the design, development and documentation of systems, processes and tools that ensure effective and consistent management of WAGGGS events, including in person, online and hybrid events.

2. Event Management Capacity Building: Design and develop tools and resources to support the adoption of the Event Management Framework and to build the capability of the Global Team to manage and deliver high quality events.

3. Event Management Framework implementation: Assist in rolling out the Event Management Framework and the associated systems, tools and resources across all WAGGGS events.

4. Digital Technologies: Explore, research and test platforms, tools and technologies, that can be used to enhance the management and delivery of events.

5. Campfire: Learn to use Campfire and work with the Shared Learning and Connection team to decide how to best use the platform to support the management and delivery of events.

Campfire Support

6. Campfire User Support: create user support materials and resources including instructional guides and demonstration videos.

7. Campfire Platform Development: explore and test new and existing features of Campfire to determine how best to leverage them in enhancing the user experience of the platform.

8. Content Creation: Support the creation of content for projects on Campfire.

9. Support our STEM programme in ensuring learning resources are adapted to an asynchronous online learning environment, engaging and easily accessible on Campfire.  

10. Campfire Administration: Contribute to the daily administration of Campfire as needed.

Learning and Development Opportunities

1. Event volunteer management: Designing systems for effectively utilising event volunteers.

This role in a new quality focussed team will have responsibility to developing and runinng our annual programme of quality, continuing the successful Get Cycling in Schools roll out, managing our awards materials, and ensuring learnings from complaints and serious incidents are embedded in quality improvements. Experience of delivering cycle training (National Standards or Bikeability including adults) is a must for this role as a credible expert in the field. THE ROLE

At a time of unprecedented demand for our services at NEA we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Training and Assessment Officer to work on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week, the contract is a 2-year fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

As part of NEA’s Development and Partnerships Directorate, you will report to NEA’s Training Programme Delivery Manager.

Acting as course tutor and examiner, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering NEA’s training courses and qualifications to a wide range of organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, voluntary and community groups, and commercial organisations across England and the wider UK.  Our courses cover key issues associated with fuel poverty, fuel debt, affordable warmth, low carbon technologies and practical energy efficiency advice.

Our Training and Assessment Officers assist in the development of future assessment-based qualifications and have the ability to recognise new areas of opportunity; designing, developing and producing engaging and innovative training presentations and material as appropriate, for face-to-face and online delivery of current and future training and assessment products.

This role requires a relevant training or education qualification and recent demonstrable experience of delivering adult training. Ideally, you will also have experience or knowledge of fuel poverty, community development, debt or money advice, consumer issues and/or housing.

The post requires an element of flexibility as Training and Assessment Officers will on occasion be required to work outside of normal office hours and away from home; driving will sometimes be required.

This post provides an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help the charity deliver its work programme as a major national provider of energy advice services whilst developing and working on projects that bring social benefits and improvements to the well-being of low income and vulnerable householders whilst also meeting environmental goals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience of adult training delivery, course design and development, and hold a relevant training or education qualification.

The right candidate will be engaging with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have sound presentation skills and a creative and structured approach to training delivery.

You will be highly organised, self-motivated and have the ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience or knowledge of fuel poverty, community development, debt or money advice, consumer issues or housing is desirable.

The Bikeability Trust is coming towards the end of a process of digital transformation to create and end to end booking and monitoring system for all Bikeability Training. We have designed and implemented a new system for parents, carers and schools to record trainee details, training providers and grant recipients to be able to record outcomes and course completion. Inclusion North is a Community Interest Company which exists to make inclusion a reality for all people with a learning disability, autistic people, and their families. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead our fundraising efforts and drive impactful campaigns that raise awareness and increase financial sustainability.

This role will be instrumental in securing vital funding, developing partnerships, and amplifying our voice.

We are looking for a Campaigns & Fundraising Manager who embodies these values and can bring creativity, strategic thinking, and fundraising expertise to our team.

Hours, Contract, and Location

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible working requests will be considered).
• Permanent contract.
• Home-based, with occasional travel across the North East, North Cumbria, Yorkshire, Humber, and Derbyshire.
• Salary: £40,000 per annum.

The Facilitator & Content Design Manager is an integral member of the programmes and partnerships team, working closely with the Founder, Head of Programmes, and Co-Director (Impact and Partnerships) to design and deliver impactful products, programmes and resources. The successful candidate will facilitate programmes and support the development of our pedagogy for faith-informed conflict transformation, reconciliation and peacebuilding, which we call the ‘Rose Way’. 

The Rose Way is designed to equip faith-formed leaders with the skills, tools and character qualities needed to transform conflict at every level of society. It has three pillars: 1) Conflict Transformation skills; 2) ‘Deep to Deep’ dialogue skills (including the practice of Scriptural Reasoning); 3) the 12 Habits of a Reconciler. Investment in the Rose Way represents a key strategic priority for RCF in the coming years. 

The Philanthropy and Major Giving team is responsible for an annual budget of around £3.5m with an ambition to grow this to £5m by the end of our current strategic period in 2026. In 2021, the team doubled their income after the passing of HRH the late Duke of Edinburgh provided a significant opportunity to raise awareness and the profile of the charity. 

The Philanthropy and Major Giving team looks after a variety of relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family trusts and foundations, many of whom are long-term supporters of the charity committed to supporting young people to fulfil their potential. The team is proactive when it comes to new business, seeking opportunities from our current networks and events. We collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Trustees, Strategy & Engagement and Operations teams. 

You will be joining a successful and ambitious team at a pivotal moment for the charity as we prepare to celebrate our 70th Anniversary in 2026 and launch a new five-year strategy.

The successful candidate will play an active and integral role in the Philanthropy team, feeding into team plans and working collaboratively to reach new donors and increase income raised.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious with the drive and tenacity to engage new high-level donors, as well as develop existing relationships with our network of generous and long-standing supporters.

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable success in fundraising, networking and relationship building, which has led to significant financial support.
• Can demonstrate a proven experience in generating new business of six figures and above, including multi-year gifts, and managing and growing a diverse portfolio.
