Role Overview

• You will be responsible for the operational delivery of on-air fundraising appeals, including briefing documents, promotional materials, and donation incentives.

• You will be a key contributor to Premier’s on-air fundraising programme, overseeing monthly on-air fundraising messaging, script writing, production, and traffic scheduling.

We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. AFH has taken a leadership role on advocacy for the ongoing conflict in Gaza and has a long history of being a thought leader on the humanitarian crisis in Syria. In order to help achieve this goal, AFH is recruiting an Advocacy & Policy Manager, where the successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Communications, manage and strengthen AFH’s advocacy campaigns, and develop and build networks to support our advocacy efforts. Building external relations

• Build up AFH’s advocacy work in relation to domestic programmes.

What we are looking for in our Advocacy & Policy Manager:

Education

• Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field i.e., International Development, International Relations, Public Relations, Economics, Politics.
• Evidence of sector-specific continuous professional development.

Experience

• Strong experience and track record in an advocacy or similar role.
• Experience in building strong relations and networking with key staff within various UN agencies, especially I/NGO, Forums, UN, OCHA meetings and with local ones.

The Brent Centre for Young People is the leading mental health charity for young people in Northwest London, helping over 700 young people a year with a wide range of issues. Fundraising at BCYP

The role of Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning will lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Groups Financial Planning, Treasury Management Services and Management Accounting functions as well as assist the Finance Director to lead and manage the Finance team.

The role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of four with two direct reports.
• Lead on all treasury related matters for the group such as arranging new funding, loan compliance, cashflow and banking.
• Lead on the organisation’s annual financial plan, including extensive sensitivity analysis of key performance indicators.
• Lead on the review of management accounts and production of board papers.
• Attend relevant committees and board meetings as required.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Deputise for the Director of Finance and Resources as required.
• Support the Financial Controller to deliver year end accounts.

• Oversee cashflow forecasting, managing all cash and loan balances.

• Fully qualified Accountant.

About the role:

We are seeking a new Head of Business and Operations to play a crucial role in supporting the Head to review and drive continuous improvement.

The key responsibilities in the role will include:

1. Finances: You will oversee and manage all finances and a multi million pound budget for the school.
2. Human Resources: This will include leading on people strategy, workforce planning and performance management including evaluating the schools operational model.
3. Systems and Processes: One of the immediate priorities for this role will be to evaluate systems and processes (for monitoring areas outlined in the job description) and seek ways to streamline these with innovative solutions.

This role does involve line management of two assistant operations managers as well as other office and facilities staff within the school.

You will work with the Headteacher to alleviate the administrative burdens from them but importantly support change management where identified / agreed.

For a large commercially focused charity in London, we're recruiting a Property and Asset Manager for a 6-month contract to manage the performance of their property assets portfolio and ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to all users. The portfolio is a mix of commercial freehold, leasehold and managed service sites in the UK and some internationally. The Property and Asset Manager will report to the Director of Commercial Operations and will lead the management of freehold and leasehold commitments and develop both short-term and long-term property strategies.

Main Duties:

• Manage the performance of the property assets and ensure a high-quality of service delivery for a mix of around 40 properties across its portfolio of commercial freehold, leasehold and managed services sits in the UK and internationally
• Establish KPIs for properties across the portfolio
