About the role
The Director of Finance and Resource works collaboratively across the whole of Plantlife Group, leading, developing and delivering a highly effective and strategically aligned support service.
The role is responsible for all support services including finance, IT and digital services, HR, facilities, procurement as well as governance across the Group.
You will ensure financial integrity, as well as formulating strategies for growth and sustainability across the Group.
Alongside your financial expertise you must have an understanding of best practice in HR and IT management and strategy development.
We currently have almost 100 staff located across the UK, mostly working remotely. Our support services need to be positioned to provide our growing staff base with the tools and resources to do their jobs efficiently and effectively in order to deliver for nature and ensure the Plantlife Group is a place people want to work.
As Director of Finance and Resource you are instrumental in a number of Board interface capacities and will be a director of at least one of the fully owned subsidiary companies

The Role
We now seek a Director of Business and Finance to join our small Senior Leadership Team and provide business leadership to the next phase of our growth. We are fortunate to have a strong business model that is underpinned by a team of 12 fantastically talented staff. Your role will be to ensure that organisational decision-making and growth is guided by strong financial thinking, principles and planning, and strategic discipline.
The Person
You will bring business leadership experience in an organisation at least of similar size and complexity, ideally in a growth context. You'll enjoy working in a rigorous but vibrant, creative culture, and will have a clear and demonstrable appreciation for the Christian and/or Catholic tradition and what it offers. This will lead to a passion for bringing the depth and richness of the Catholic vision to our culture and for helping children, young people, teachers and parents discover how to 'live life to the full'.

As the Director of Income Generation, you will be a vital member of the new Executive Leadership Team and will focus on developing and leading new fundraising strategy to diversify and transform the funding of the charity. This role will also focus on growing new income streams and managing a small team.

Mission Without Borders (MWBI) is an international network of Christians who journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty, always sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ. We serve people without regard to their religion or ethnic background.
Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of six countries in Eastern Europe where we conduct our program work and twelve countries where we raise support for these programs and associated MWBI costs. An international executive team (IET) supports this work in terms of program maintenance and development, fundraising, communications, finance, risk management and compliance and it and digital.
Purpose of role
The overarching governing body of the Mission is the Board of Mission Without Borders International. The International Board are seeking a senior International Fundraising Director who will help drive our fundraising strategy by strengthening and diversifying our fundraising sources. The Mission requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in international fundraising who will inspire our international fundraising teams to differentiate and grow income as we enter this new phase of strategic growth.
The International Fundraising Director will provide leadership, oversight and guidance to the Mission’s National Fundraising Directors. They will: implement and manage the diversification of income, including major donor income and field sourced income; work closely with the digital team in fundraising and communication; engage with field countries on beneficiary management and sponsor engagement; lead on impact reporting and work with other members of IET to lead the executive and operational elements of the Mission.
A strong communicator and strategic thinker with practical fundraising experience, they will be an experienced leader and innovative thinker focused on the development of a team and capable of working well with the existing team. They will have significant practical experience of major donors, trusts and foundations, institutional, and corporate fundraising together with a deep understanding of individual fundraising through sponsorship and appeals.
Primary responsibilities
Donor development and outreach
· To provide strategic direction, leadership and drive for fundraising in all new development areas across the Mission. They will have direct responsibility for raising funds at the international level with a specific focus on driving forward major donors, trusts and institutions income as this is currently an underdeveloped source of income for the Mission. They will also lead the development of field sourced fundraising.
· Deliver strategic plans for driving income growth, diversifying income sources and improving donor engagement by incorporating traditional and digital fundraising methods.
· Lead the International Fundraising Team to deliver strategic objectives across all fundraising channels, support National Fundraising Directors, create a collaborative fundraising culture across the organization internationally, and monitor fundraising metrics to deliver growth and efficiency.
· Create a donor-centric fundraising culture, implementing systems and reporting to deliver effective supporter journeys across all disciplines.
· Lead in understanding fundraising trends and working with National Fundraising Directors to improve agility in response to these trends and detailed data analysis of internal trends.
· Define and drive the annual calendar of global fundraising campaigns, supporting materials, driving communications and assessing impact.
· Understand and engage in corporate change program delivery, providing input and leadership to ensure that donor and beneficiary journeys are linked.
· Develop and implement fundraising policies and procedures, particularly around major donors to ensure local and international consistency and compliance.
· Utilize digital resources to drive engagement, reporting and strategy delivery.
· Speak at fundraising community events, conferences and donor events.
Budgeting and reporting
· Oversight of the annual and rolling five-year budgets to ensure local and international fundraising achieve the Mission’s overall strategic goals for income and related expenditure.
· Work closely with the CFO and CEO to drive the annual planning and budgeting process.
· Drive consistency in restricted and unrestricted giving reporting.
Leadership and management
· Work with the International Executive Team to drive the Mission’s international strategy.
· Collaborate with and coach the National Fundraising Directors to meet strategic goals.
· Nurture team members in excellence in operational tasks as well as personal development, ensuring an engaged and fulfilled team.
· Participate in Mission events, training and conferences to engage and inspire peers to drive strategic goals and ensure best practice.
· Network in the fundraising community.
· Participate in and inspire the Mission in its spiritual and biblical foundations.
Profile
There is a high level of desirability that the candidate is a committed and active Christian, able to sign the Mission statement of faith (evangelical in nature) and able to thrive in an atmosphere where spiritual, missional and humanitarian objectives intertwine in an environment where faith and business skills overlap. · Relevant degree or equivalent in experience.

The Role
This role can be homebased or hybrid, dependent on proximity to an office. You will need to be based within two hours travel time of central London in order to regularly engage with Parliamentary and other key stakeholders face to face.

Role Summary
The Director of International Communications will create and drive implementation of ProVeg's international communications strategy. Responsibilities
Strategic Communication and Transformation:
- Develop and execute a new international communications strategy to enhance ProVeg’s visibility and highlight the successes of the country offices.
- Establish ProVeg as a leading voice in plant-based nutrition and sustainable food systems through targeted campaigns and media outreach.
- Design and implement processes for effectively and quickly adapting country-specific developments for international communication.
- Oversee the development of content and own and third party channel strategies to maximise engagement with diverse B2B and B2C audiences.
- Integrate AI tools and strategies responsibly and innovatively (supported by leadership and (external) experts).
Fundraising Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the international fundraising team to ensure alignment between communications strategies and fundraising goals.
- Develop compelling narratives and campaigns that inspire donor engagement and attract funding opportunities.
- Leverage communications channels, including digital platforms, media outreach, and storytelling, to showcase ProVeg’s impact and amplify fundraising initiatives..
Reputation Management:
- Enhance ProVeg’s public image through strategic media relations, innovative visual content, and compelling storytelling.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans, identifying opportunities and risks for brand reputation.
- Balance B2B and B2C communications priorities to maintain positive brand perception.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, fostering creativity, innovation, impact and effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous development within the team.
Internal and External Collaboration:
- Work closely with country offices and international partners to create synergies and strengthen global strategies.

Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in strategic communication in NGOs with an international focus, including those with a presence in the global south.
- Track record of developing targeted communications strategies to drive engagement with different audiences, including B2B and B2C.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute communications strategies that drive advocacy goals and influence policymakers.
- Excellent skills in media relations and leading complex or multi-country communication projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and transform teams in an international context.
- Experience in fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration within teams.
- Experience with visual media (videos, infographics, etc.).
- Expertise in crisis communication and managing brand perception.
- Experience in crafting inclusive messaging and ensuring culturally appropriate communications across diverse regions and audiences.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (minimum C2-level English).

Our partner, seeks an empathetic finance leader to lead the finance function, to offer strategic advisory support to the senior leadership during a period of change and support to the finance team to navigate the transition. This includes reviewing their processes and systems, and recommending improvements in these in light of the changes, advise on what the finance team looks like and how it is staffed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global finance function. This includes leading on developing and overseeing a strong compliance framework; risk management; budgeting and forecasting; and reporting.
- Work with the senior leadership team, advising them on the financial implications of the change process, resourcing requirements and structure of the finance team, and overseeing organisational progress towards the financial strategies.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to join our award-winning in-house creative team. You’ll lead some projects independently while receiving support and guidance from the Creative Lead when needed. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, creating communications for teams in fundraising, campaigns, services, and occasionally retail.
