Corporate Partnerships Manager £37,555 pro rata 28 - 35 hours per week UK Home-based
We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising and Communications Team (FRC) at an exciting time in GFS’s history as we enter a new strategic period and turn 150 years old, in 2025. You will lead on the delivery of specific aspects of the organisation’s fundraising strategy including developing new income streams with a focus on corporate partnerships. You will develop broader corporate support and individual giving such as corporate volunteering days and challenge events. You will also lead on our annual fundraising campaigns such as International Day of the Girl and International Women’s Day.
You will work with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to refine our fundraising plan to diversify income streams across corporate partnerships, individual giving (online and in person) challenge events, volunteering days and campaigns and to:
- ensure that income and engagement targets are met as planned/agreed and in line with GFS’s fundraising strategy and plan
- deliver outstanding stewardship for partners and donors

Essential
- You must be able to follow the Shout model for support and be comfortable holding a minimum of four conversations simultaneously as directed by your Supervisor.

- You must hold a qualification at Level 4 or above in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, nursing or social work, and have suitable experience of working on the front line of mental health.
- You must hold, or commit to studying towards, a Level 3 safeguarding qualification, and have completed the Shout Safeguarding Texters training.
- You must be able to commit to taking shifts at times stipulated by our rota between three and five times per week on average, and be able to respond to occasional calls to help out if we are experiencing a substantial spike in demand at other times.
- You must be able to attend a group reflective session with our practice lead once a month, which will be held remotely.

Job Description
The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) created the Culture Recovery Fund (CRF) to help cultural organisations and heritage sites during the COVID-19 pandemic. This Fund included a £254 million loans programme for arts, culture and heritage organisations. Arts Council acts as loan agent for the borrowers in the programme portfolio.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Arts Council's management of the CRF loans portfolio. You will be the principal contact with DCMS and will be required to meet with them regularly to report on a range of CRF loans portfolio issues and activities including formal portfolio reviews, loan re-profile recommendations, commissioning of external legal and financial advice, loans management process and systems.
The CRF Loans Director will have direct line management responsibility for the CRF loans team and your duties will include:
- Overseeing effective loans monitoring processes to identify where borrowers' business performance indicates a risk to loan repayment
- Reporting to DCMS on the performance of the loans' portfolio on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Making recommendations on appropriate action to take on defaulting or at-risk loans.
- Ensuring performance management, risk and internal controls are in place and used effectively.
The Successful Applicant
The successful CRF Loans Director will hold an ACA/CCAB/CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with experience of working at a senior level and exposure to working with loan lenders and borrowers.
You will have excellent financial analysis skills and be able to present complex financial information in simple understandable form to decision makers and others.
Ideally you will have a background within an audit and/or social impact organisation and have an understanding of shaping a loans fund.

You will support the delivery of the youth reference group of young LGBTQ+ people (to support service evaluation and development) and support volunteer mentors.
You will be responsible for the direct delivery of elop’s LGBTQ+ Young Peoples Service, including promotion, & administration, along with the induction, support & supervision of volunteers and interns. You will work alongside the wider staff team to support elop’s work with LGBTQ+ young people and contribute to sustainable service development.
The delivery of group support and activities will take place in person, but some work will initially be remote before returning to full time in person working.
Full Time: 37 hours per week
There will be two regular evening/ week and occasional weekend working required.
You must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings & once a month on a Sunday afternoon. There will be occasional other evenings / weekend working required.

Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK’s leading HIV charity, working to end new HIV cases by 2030 and ensure people living with HIV get the support they need.
As the Director of Finance and Corporate Services you will lead, support and develop a diverse team of enabling functions across the organisation, including Finance, People, EEDI, Governance, Estates and IT. Terrence Higgins Trust is leading the campaign to end new HIV cases by 2030 and focuses its support services on those experiencing the greatest health inequalities. The key duties of the Director of Finance and Corporate Services are as follows:
- Lead on the implementation of corporate strategies, with appropriate strands for each enabling function so that they support the strategic and operational objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the corporate services of THT at a senior level, representing the expertise, views and considerations of the various areas to the wider senior team.
- Be responsible for, and provide, the financial and governance expertise.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a senior finance role and holding financial accountability.

About the Organisation
Womankind Worldwide is a global women’s rights organisation working in partnership with women’s rights movements and organisations to transform the lives of women and girls. We strengthen and support women’s movements in our focus countries in Africa and Asia, and take collective action at regional and global levels, to ensure women’s voices are heard, their rights are realised, and their lives are free from violence.

Role Purpose
The Director Programmes & Learning (DPL) leads the strategic development, implementation, quality assurance and technical learning for Womankind’s portfolio of partnership programmes including grant making in our focus countries, in line with our organisational strategy - Our Feminist Future.
As a member of the senior management team the DPL works closely with the Director Policy & Communications, Director Fundraising & Marketing and Director Finance & Resources, under the leadership of the co-CEOs to contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership
- To work with the leadership team on strategic level policy, planning and systems development in relation to Womankind’s programmes, partnerships, financing, learning and sustainability.
- To lead the development and delivery of an effective feminist partnerships sub- strategy, aligned with organisational strategy.
- Lead the development of and manage the annual budget, and mid-year forecasts for the Programmes & Learning team including oversight of restricted and designated expenditure.
- Engage with Womankind partners in our focus countries to ensure our programmes and grantmaking are grounded in in their realities and contexts.
- Work with the SMT to ensure a strategic, planned, effective and integrated approach across Womankind’s work.
- As an SMT member engage with and report on performance against programmes and grantmaking plans to the Board of Trustees.
2. Organisational and team leadership
- Lead, manage, support and develop the Programmes & Learning team, in a hybrid/flexible working environment in line with our feminist values and ways of working, our wellbeing strategy and strategic goal to value our team.

This includes input into the development portfolio and emerging plans in cooperation with the Fundraising & Marketing team to support their work to match funding opportunities with Womankind and partner priorities.
- Responsible for overall program management of key Womankind programmes/projects ensuring donor and internal compliance and technical quality assurance.
- Take principal responsibility for the delivery of results from programmes and grantmaking within the Programmes & Learning team portfolio.
- Lead and provide oversight for the Movement Strengthening Fund and Strategic Partner Support Grants to ensure that they remain relevant and responsive to partner needs. In addition, ensure that grantmaking implementation is informed by the best practices of flexible funding, shifting power and decolonisation approaches.
- Work with the Policy & Communications team to provide strategic and practical input on projects and programmes where relevant and appropriate.

4. Communications, representation, networking and profile building
- Identify and engage in opportunities to further develop Womankind’s reputation and profile in relation to programmes and partnerships approach.

- Participate in UK-based and international NGO and women's movement networks and to develop, cultivate and maintain strong relationships.

Person Specification
Essential Experience and Skills
- Established feminist leader with experience of working with women’s rights organisations and feminist movements, human rights and international development networks or coalitions in the UK and internationally, including demonstrable commitment to feminist analysis and practice.
- Extensive experience of leading and delivering large scale, strategic, complex and high impact transformational policy and programmes initiatives for the promotion of women’s human rights and gender equality.
