In this exciting role you will be responsible for implementing the charity’s Individual Giving, Legacy and In Memory fundraising programmes. You will manage a team of up to two with the support from the Head of Fundraising, with whom you will work closely with to develop a series of targeted multi-channelled appeals and campaigns to engage with existing supporters and to attract, recruit and retain new ones.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
- Experience of income generation from direct marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels for acquisition and retention.
- Experience of project management to deliver campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Experience of using databases for targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis and how to apply these learnings to future campaigns.

This newly created position will become part of the Public Fundraising team and will develop and implement a legacy fundraising programme that will allow the charity to realise the great untapped potential of gifts in wills for the Charity. The Legacy Fundraising Manager will be tasked with increasing the number of legacy enquirers and pledgers from existing and new supporters and contribute to the charity’s sustainable long-term income growth
Gifts in wills are an important income stream for the charity, last year raising over £2M towards our fundraised income, despite limited promotion in this area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legacy fundraiser to really make their mark and develop a programme of activity that will feed our future legacy pipeline.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Developing and driving forward an engaging and inspiring programme of activity that will increase numbers of legacy enquirers and pledgers from existing and new supporters.
- Project managing legacy fundraising activities, including creative development, briefing and managing external suppliers, briefing data selections and assessing results.
- Managing a legacy pipeline - engaging prospects, generating enquiries, moving supporters from enquirers to pledgers, stewarding pledgers and legator family members.

Part 1: Role Purpose:
The Global Press & PR Manager will play a vital role in growing awareness and exposure of Street Child, working with journalists, editors and media houses to build a consistent and pro-active media presence. Street Child’s Global MMC team is fully integrated into the whole organisation and our primary aim is to raise awareness of Street Child and act as a force-multiplier for fundraising efforts.
The role will explore new media relationships and re-ignite existing contacts, turbo-charging the value press and media generates for Street Child.
This is a role for a high-class media professional with a passion for our mission, great energy, imaginations and fantastic relationship building skills. This role requires an individual who will be based in our London office for a minimum of three days a week.
Tasks include delivering media coverage across global outlets, supporting the delivery of media training and briefings and the management/development of Street Child’s podcast.
Part 2: Key Responsibilities:
Delivering global media coverage (80%):
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with journalists across a range of broadcast, print and digital media outlets, looking beyond mainstream media to deliver global reach.
- Writing and publishing compelling, engaging press releases
- Manage and deliver media coverage on key campaigns and initiatives
- Support on the delivery of media briefings, including for the CEO, where required
- Lead and deliver PR campaigns, including influencer activations and activity
- Support the planning and management of overseas and UK trips for the purpose of generating coverage and content, often with journalists or high-profile supporters

- Monitor and analyse podcast performance metrics, listener feedback, and industry trends. Use insights to continuously improve content quality, format, and reach, ensuring the podcast remains relevant and impactful.
- Work with the wider team to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to grow the podcast’s audience.
Strategic support (10%):
- Working closely with key stakeholders from other departments within Street Child to provide PR support, as well as developing and executing creative ways to deliver Street Child’s objectives.

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to manage operational delivery of our School Chef Educator programme, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. The School Chef Educator programme is a 10 week training programme for school kitchen staff, covering topics such as Reducing Food Waste, and Food Education. It is delivered in a blended learning format, through a mix of in-person training, bitesize webinars, and our online learning website.
You will be supported by our Director of Transformations, and manage our Chef Trainers who deliver our School Chef Educator Programme. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, our School Engagement Manager and our Research Supervisor, to identify and liaise with suitable funding partners, academies and schools, and ensure we are monitoring and evaluating our programme delivery to evidence it’s impact and ensure quality delivery across the cohorts that take part.
Your role will oversee our School Chef Educator Programmes, delivered across England. This role will be primarily focused in London, but will include supporting schools in locations across the UK as we develop new hubs. An average week in this role might see you attending meetings with new partners to secure support for new programmes, sourcing venues for training days, scheduling programme delivery dates, identifying and contacting schools in our programme delivery areas to sign up their kitchen teams to our programme, developing new content on our learning management system, attending webinars our Chef Trainers are delivering, and supporting Chef Trainers with our in-person kick off sessions, and graduation celebrations.

Key responsibilities:
● To work with the Director of Transformations to ensure that all programme delivery is delivered in line with our vision, values and ethos.
● To support and manage our Chef Trainers to ensure a high quality and consistent standard of programme delivery.
● Coordinate and oversee all programme activities, including booking venues, scheduling, logistics, and managing Chef Trainer workload.

About the role
As part of this exciting role, you will be responsible for successfully planning and delivering our UK campaigns. You’ll achieve this by leading a dedicated team to develop integrated strategies across multiple areas, managing campaign budgets and coordinating political and public engagement efforts. The CoppaFeel! fundraising team is going through a very exciting period of growth! So we are looking for a passionate new team member to take on the role of Challenge Events Assistant.
The role of Challenge Events Assistant will sit within the CoppaFeel! Challenge Events team, in the Fundraising Department. You will work with both our Bespoke Challenge Events Manager and our Sporting Challenge Events Manager to support on CoppaFeel!’s challenge events portfolio. This includes our flagship ‘CoppaTrek!’ events that will look to bring in over £1.2 million in 2024, as well as our sporting events programme that includes London Landmarks Half Marathon, Vitality 10k, Royal Parks Half Marathon and Brighton Marathon - to name but a few!
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all challenge events participants, providing excellent supporter experience and building relationships whilst offering motivation and fundraising advice. Alongside delivering outstanding supporter care, you will also handle essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and so that our events go off without a hitch.
This role does require some evening and weekend work - although not behind the laptop! Instead you might be cheering on a team of runners at the sidelines of a marathon race, or lacing up your hiking boots, and walking and talking, alongside our CoppaTrek! participants. Therefore, please bear in mind that as part of this role, you will be expected to travel and may have to stay away from home on occasion. Should you be required to work on weekends, you will be entitled to time off in lieu.

CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their boobs isn’t only fun, it could save their life.
