We are looking for a Project Lead (peer support) who will manage all aspects of a new project, from developing detailed plans and timelines to collaborating with our steering committee to define objectives and success criteria. By building strong links with the community and engaging with existing support groups and healthcare professionals, you’ll help to create a robust network for those affected by ovarian cancer. Additionally, you’ll oversee communication strategies, produce high-calibre progress reports, and continuously evaluate the project’s impact. The role is a full time, 35 hours per week, 3 year fixed-term contract position.
We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in Angel, London when required. You will lead Woman’s Trust income generation ensuring adequate income to sustain and grow the organisation, increasing its income from £1.3 Million to £3 Million in the next 3 years. While raising funds from multiple income streams, focus growths areas will be statutory and Trust and foundation funding securing six-figure, multiple-year grants and contracts. You will effectively communicate our services and campaign our aims aligned to our strategic priorities.
You will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and the funding pipeline; ensure the maintenance and development of excellent relationships with current and new funders, stewarding grants and reporting back; review, update and develop service budgets; oversee the submission or coordination of quality bids, approaches, and events.
As a member of the senior leadership team, this post will work cross departmentally and will contribute to the overall strategy of Woman’s Trust, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Trustees. You will lead and line manage the Senior Trust and Foundation Manager and Fundraising Officer. You will deliver a direct income target for each year, with a focus on the development and tendering of statutory commissioning.
Hours: 35 hours per week (28 hours will be considered).
Location: Office based with remote working available – minimum of 50% of working hours in Woman’s Trust Office, Edgware Road/Paddington, NW1.

Income Generation and Development Officer
We are looking for an experienced individual who will:
- Contribute to the development of an overarching fundraising plan
- Review and develop current fundraising channels and plan, support and deliver imaginative fundraising activities
- Prepare relevant communication materials to support their role.
- Coordinate and write applications to grant makers to maximise the grant potential of the Archdiocese.
- Develop and manage reporting processes and updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and delivering successful fundraising plans; bid writing; knowledge of appeals; legacies and Gift Aid; and working with various audiences including internal and external stakeholders.

Annual leave

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. We now have a need for two Development Officers to work closely with the Development Director and Development Manager in developing our trusts and foundations and statutory income streams, managing the accounts of existing supporters and generating income through securing new funding relationships. The role of the Direct Marketing Executive is a varied one. Working with different teams & suppliers, you will be supporting and delivering direct marketing campaigns online, offline and across a range of media channels. The acquisition programme is an evolving one and there is change and growth happening in a lot of interesting areas at a fast pace.
As well as running day-to-day activity on your own campaigns, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the wider acquisition team by ensuring data and supporter engagement processes are running smoothly across campaigns. Alongside this, they will ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice is top of the agenda.
Fundraising experience is not essential for the role, but we are looking for someone with the desire and self-motivation to learn and develop, and the drive and passion to change the future for those affected by dementia. The successful candidate will be able to show this, be collaborative and enthusiastic, want to learn and develop, and be keen to get involved with the activities of the team right away.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Campaign Management
· Support with planning and delivery of a wide range of supporter engagement and fundraising activities including digital marketing and face-to-face fundraising.
· Support with the creation of content copywriting for digital adverts.
· Work with others in the team to conduct mystery shopping, shadowing and call listening to measure fundraising quality and ensure compliance.
· Liaise with designers, printers, mailing houses, agencies, and fulfilment houses.
· Support the day-to-day management of fundraising agencies and suppliers, ensuring relationships are effective and productive.
· Assist in the production and delivery of motivating fundraiser training.
· Support in recommendations for change and refinement across the direct marketing programme.
Finance & Reporting
· Daily campaign tracking and reporting
· Administer the recording, reconciliation, and processing of invoices to be paid from acquisition Direct Marketing nominal codes.
Other duties
· Tracking and evaluating competitor and industry trends, collaborating with the other Direct Marketing Executive to provide recommendations to the wider team for potential improvements and testing opportunities.
· Keep up to date on the latest developments within the sector relating to best practice in fundraising.
· Proof-read direct marketing materials and collateral.
· Regularly attend, support, and contribute to meetings and events.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice.
· Keep up to date with dementia news, research developments and the work of ARUK and consider the impact on campaigns.
· Undertake any other relevant duties and projects delegated by the Senior Direct Marketing Officer in line with the responsibilities of the post.
What we are looking for:
· Experience of using Microsoft packages; particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
· Willingness to collaborate and work closely with other departments and external suppliers.

· Flexibility to work some unsocial hours and willingness to travel independently.
Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Sightsavers is looking for an experienced Data Analyst with International Development programmatic experience to produce technical organisational reports and dashboards, provide support to colleagues and analyse programmatic data. About the role
Sightsavers is looking for a Data Analyst with International Development programmatic experience and who has worked with inclusive data and DHIS2. You will be extracting meaningful information, producing reports and dashboards to deadlines, providing training and support to colleagues across the international organisation. This is a technical role and someone with experience of Sightsavers key thematic areas of eye health, education, social inclusion and NTDs would be particularly of interest.
Some key duties include:
- Support the development and production of quarterly and annual dashboards and data reports, using Power BI, Excel and DHIS2-based approaches, for dissemination across the organisation
- Conduct data analysis on Sightsavers projects
- Strengthen country office data reporting systems
- Work with country offices to map and improve project data flows.

Essential experience and skills for this role:
- Graduate level qualification or equivalent work-based experience in statistics, information systems, international development, public health or any other with a core statistical/analytical component.
- Proven successful track record of working with organisational data management systems and applying data analysis/statistical techniques to data (within health, education, international development or other fields directly related to Sightsavers’ thematic portfolio).
- Practical experience of good data quality and data cleaning practices to prepare data sets for use in analytics software.
- Experience of capacity building and supporting staff in different contexts (face to face, online) to deliver organisational data collection to deadlines
- Understanding of international development issues and a commitment to equality of opportunity for disabled people.
- Practical experience of DHIS2 for data collection, reporting and visualisation
- Experience of digital transformation, implementing new software/tools/working practices within an organization.
- Proficient in the use of Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation software.
- Experience of using Power Query for extraction, transformation, loading and connecting data from different data sources.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure differing concerns and priorities are effectively managed.
- Fluent in English, with experience of writing reports and briefings in English
Desirable experience and skills:
- Master’s degree in international development, international relations, geography, statistics or appropriate equivalent.
- French and/or Portuguese language skills
