We are searching for a Trust and Foundations Officer to work with the Trust and Foundations Manager to grow Turn2us’ income from grant funding. This role will sit within the wider Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, which will provide opportunities to gain experience working on multiple income lines and innovations, including Major Donor funding, Corporate Partnerships, and digital currencies.

The ideal person for this role may have experience working within the charity sector in a relationship management role and have knowledge of how to work with Trust and Foundations to generate income. Key skills include bid writing or creative writing, analytical skills to support with impact reporting and excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Purpose of This Role: 

This is a crucial role to support NASP’s strategic objectives to promote and spread social prescribing at a local, national, and international level.

This pivotal role involves supporting a number of programmes that aim to develop social prescribing within healthcare systems. The role will work closely with our Healthcare Integration Lead to meet our workforce, clinical engagement, and education priorities across the organisation, providing programme coordination as well as supporting a variety of dynamic projects with the aim of supporting the expansion of delivery of social prescribing in a variety of different settings. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, to deliver one of our key priorities.  

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent project management, administrative, and communication skills to support the development of our growing healthcare integration portfolio, whilst developing skills in supporting complex and strategic projects and a national level. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, with experience in working autonomously, and someone who has a developed understanding of the complexities of health and social care systems both at a Primary Care Network (PCN) and Integrated Care System (ICS) level.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the Healthcare Integration Lead to deliver workforce projects, promoting consistency in social prescribing within ICSs and PCNs

• Assist in developing and delivering educational session focused on neighbourhood health and social prescribing 

• Support with management of relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including NHS England (NHSE), Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), to support healthcare integration initiatives

• Provide coordination, administration and communication support to programmes which focus on engaging the NHS and clinicians, liaising with senior NASP staff, consultants and key partners  

• Assist in establishing and maintaining strategic advisory groups within NASP to foster collaboration, peer support, and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Apprenticeships Service Administrator to support the apprenticeship provision within Harris Federation Central Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the apprenticeship team and support by managing administration and providing essential support to apprentices across the Harris Federation. Key responsibilities include the organisation of Apprenticeship events, maintaining individual learner records (ILR), data analysis, and managing the virtual learning platform and MIS. Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist line managers and staff members with Apprenticeship queries.

A primary focus is on onboarding learners and maintaining accurate enrolment records, contributing to the effective delivery and evaluation of apprenticeship programs across the Federation.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:

General Administration and Apprentice Support

• Supporting Harris Federation as a main provider, ensuring all apprentice data is accurate and up to date
• Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations to promote apprenticeships
• Organising and promoting apprenticeship events and information sessions
• Supporting the promotional/marketing strategy to drive apprenticeship applications and delivery
• Organising and managing information days for prospective learners / students and supporting the recruitment to various apprenticeship programmes
• Maintaining responsibility for monitoring and updating records on the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) system and other data system trackers
• Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the apprenticeship tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and levy usage
• Helping to maintain the EOSONE learning platform to ensure accurate data and the declaration of our monthly ILRs (individual learner records)
• Supporting the implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation of the apprenticeship offer to support business objectives

• Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date including off the job

About the oppurtunity:
You will help drive the quality and impact of our key stage 2 (KS2) and key stage 4 (KS4) maths tutoring programmes through subject-specific training of volunteer tutors, and by advising and supporting our (mostly) non-teaching staff members who manage these volunteer tutors day to day.

Supporting the delivery of our maths curriculum:

• Work with Action Tutoring’s volunteer engagement team to feedback trends so that the quality assurance process at the tutor application stage is as strong as possible.

Qualifications criteria: 

• Qualified secondary school teacher of Mathematics
• At least two year’s teaching experience in English state schools with an understanding of the barriers facing disadvantaged pupils

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Events and Community Fundraiser (Known internally as Public Fundraiser) to join our team at Scope on a temporary basis, until the end of October 2025. As this is a short term contract, we're looking for someone who can step into the role and hit the ground running.

Fixed term until October 2025, 35 hours a week

Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home.

The role

The role is heavily focused on challenge events, with a combination of responsibilities across product management and event delivery.

You will:

• Be responsible for delivering the income target and best possible supporter experience to our Team Scope participants in the 2025 Great North Run event. You will also be involved in marketing activity to fill remaining event places.
• Work with the Data and Supporter Experience teams to review and resolve data gaps, issues and data quality concerns regarding challenge events participants data on our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365). 
• Develop an effective marketing plan, including test and learn activity, to increase numbers of participants in non-flagship challenge events for Scope. 
• Support the Supporter Care team in providing our community and events supporters with an excellent experience.

About you

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced fundraiser. Someone who can meet and exceed income targets for their events and products.

You will:

• Be an excellent fundraiser with experience across either, or both, community and challenge events.
• Possess exceptional communication skills.
• Be creative, collaborative and organised. You will be able to work efficiently in a busy environment, deal with conflicting priorities and manage own workload.
• Have experience building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver goals.
• Be passionate about supporter experience and raising funds to enable Scope to continue the work that we do.
