The Food and Beverage Manager will collaborate with senior management, external stakeholders, and suppliers, offering a unique opportunity to shape a dynamic team and enhance one of the UK’s leading heritage attractions.
What will you be doing?
• Leading the execution of Food and Beverage operations, ensuring integration with the Museum's period-authentic visitor experience.
• Owning and managing the Museum’s catering offer for its corporate clients and events.
• Providing Inclusive leadership and development to the Museum’s Food and Beverage team, ensuring high standards of customer service across all Food and Beverage operations.
• Overseeing the creation and delivery of developmental, compliance and regularity training.
• Regular analysis and reporting of commercial data, using this to inform future planning and to propose improvements to the catering offer.
• Significantly contributing to the development of the Food and Beverage operating budget and managing adherence to this.

• Ownership of record keeping, renewals and compliance of all Museum catering equipment.

Morgan Hunt is thrilled to be working with a large homelessness charity in Liverpool to recruit a Housing Advice and Assessment Hub Manager on a permanent basis.
Our client provides support to people who are either experiencing or at risk of homelessness and / or have support needs. Our client is looking for an exceptional manage to take over responsibility for the management and delivery of their Housing Advice and Assessment Hub, providing a range of services for people experiencing homelessness, including people rough sleeping.
As an organisation, they offer help with building confidence whilst developing independent living skills and supporting people to address substance misuse or other health and wellbeing issues.
The role
- To foster an environment where meaningful connections are made with service users which maximise engagement and take up of services on offer.
- To maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant housing, welfare rights and benefits legislation and to act as a central resource providing expert advice and assistance which resolve or prevent homelessness or housing need.
- To have a working understanding of asylum and immigration legislation.
- To work with key partners to negotiate and inspire successful solutions and outcomes for service users; where appropriate, constructively challenging assessment decisions or exclusions.
- To co-ordinate and support staff to develop and deliver effective needs and risk assessments, initial crisis intervention and support.
- To work with other advice agencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach which maximizes the range of advice available to service users.

The candidate
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a related homelessness, housing or welfare advice setting, planning, co-ordinating and delivering effective housing or welfare advice services to vulnerable people.
- Expert knowledge of housing, welfare rights and benefits legislation and experience of translating this into sound information and advice.
- Experience of negotiating successful outcomes with local authority agencies/other partner agencies
- Experience of managing a project which successfully meets all contractual/outcome targets
- Experience of leading a high performing team, effectively monitoring and managing performance at an individual and team level
- Experience of managing building premises, ensuring essential servicing, repairs and maintenance are undertaken
- Good understanding of all relevant health and safety legislation. Experience of contributing towards full premises risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work are maintained.
- Experience of effective budget management
- Able to motivate, lead and develop teams and individuals in a positive atmosphere

About this vital role
Our successful candidate’s focus will be to provide operational management support across one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales. This will see you provide leadership and operational management support in debt and welfare benefits to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs), Team Leaders and Administration team employed in the delivery of the contracts, and to plan and support the day-to-day workload for the team and setting performance objectives with the team and monitor progress.
You will also be expected to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance to ensure compliance with policy and procedures and to manage partnerships including local and national delivery partners and any agencies with whom we are developing referral arrangements. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with local Wales Probation managers and staff and other external stakeholders is an essential part of this role, as is providing regular reports in a range of formats to the Service Manager and monitoring use of the Customer Approved Database including regular reports on usage to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputting by teams.
What we are looking for
- Experience of working in or managing services supporting challenging people
- Experience in working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives and outcomes
- Evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice from an accredited training provider
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload
- Wide range of money advice knowledge, budgeting, dealing with priority and non-priority debts, County Court/High Court options, insolvency options and welfare benefits
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance in a team
- Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager with a background in managing and developing websites and digital products, as well as previous experience of line management, to join our friendly and expert Digital Team.
As the Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality, accessible and customer-focused online brand presence by optimising content, journeys and audience experience on our website and other digital platforms. By collaborating with specialists internally and externally across UX, UI, development, SEO, content strategy and content management, you will ensure that the overall digital experience meets brand goals and audience needs by being holistic and engaging and inspiring action.
You will line manage the Developer and Digital Product Officer, providing engaging and motivating leadership, management and personal development support.

What will I be doing?

- Lead on the digital experience strategy for the organisation. Using insight to design, implement, test, measure and optimise as needed.
- Product Ownership of the website experience and content strategy for the site, liaising with internal stakeholders as needed.

- Own the overall roadmap for development on the website and work across teams to support the integration and adoption of third-party digital platforms. Prioritise functionality improvement across the team.

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. You will support the Service Manager to manage and ensure the delivery of the service’s key quality and safety priorities by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the supported living activity/service. You will also have delegated responsibility for the direct supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers. As a senior member of the team, you will promote and lead good practice at all times, doing all you can to make sure that the people we support and their colleagues come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive by acting as an
exemplary role model.
As a Deputy Service Manager, flexibility is important for both you and for the service. You will be required to do on-call shifts during out of office hours. You will be expected to work 20% of your total weekly hours on shift across your assigned services and will be able to role model all aspects of a support worker role duties and responsibilities. Following your time on shift, and in general practice at all other times, you will have responsibility for reporting back to the Service Manager and for maintaining a continual dialogue loop of feedback that focuses on quality, and continuous improvement and learning and ensuring the smooth operation of the allocated group of services.
A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is preferred but not essential for the role.
About you
- You will have significant, recent experience at a front-line management level in field of learning disabilities in regulated services which may have included being a Registered Manager
- You will have knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to adults with learning disabilities, CQC regulations and Health and Safety issues.

- You need to hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or hold a level 3 diploma and be willing to undertake this level 5 apprenticeship qualification within an agreed reasonable timescale of 18 months as part of a development plan

The Mentoring Team Leader leads the team through providing excellent line management and driving the delivery of the team’s business plans to empower the team to ultimately support more people affected by spinal cord injury
In addition to leading the team, a Mentoring Team Lead will assist in creating mentoring relationships and support mentors and mentees as appropriate, assess mentee suitability and provide support in the process of identifying, recruiting and training new mentors.
A Mentoring Team Lead will be motivated to achieve the aims, targets and milestones that have been set in terms of making quality matches and will be comfortable and efficient with data management and GDPR compliance.

We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Registered Service Manager to lead the operational management of a specialist supported living service located in Witham, Essex. The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or physical disability support needs, including epilepsy and dysphagia.
The service supports 18 people in three bungalow homes. The accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the 24 hour needs of individuals with a range of needs and special requirements. The service is currently rated as Good by CQC.
All tenants (including current residents) need well planned, personalised support to allow them to make a successful transition to supported living and to become more confident and independent. The care provided includes aspects of personal care and medication administration including moving and handling, eating and drinking etc.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure that the service remains of the highest quality, meeting all CQC and contract requirements and that this can be demonstrated through comprehensive quality and monitoring/auditing processes. You will ensure that the service works in a cohesive and coordinated manner and that clients experience a fully integrated and seamless care, support and housing experience.
You will ensure that the personalized care and support delivery is in accordance with agreed care plans, enabling clients to continue to enjoy wellbeing, quality of life and community connections. Background
The Royal Scottish Forestry Society, formed in 1854, is an educational charity focussing on promoting the understanding of trees, woods and forestry.
Every year RSFS puts on what we believe to be the most extensive programme of practical forestry events across Scotland. The Society has published a semi-academic journal, Scottish Forestry, since 1858 promoting all aspects of good practice in forestry.
Having agreed a refreshed strategy in 2023, RSFS is now looking to increase its delivery resource. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for Scotland’s trees and forests to develop closer links with members, partners and stakeholders. Your experience in operational delivery will allow us to improve our practices and professionalise our delivery to secure a sustainable future for the RSFS.
Who we are looking for
You will be a personable, dynamic self-starter, used to being the first point of contact within the organisation. As RSFS is a virtual organisation, you must be highly-organised and able to work independently contributing to the overall team outcomes.
The principal functions of the role will be to support the Board in advancing its mission and representing RSFS to members and the community:
- Support our five Regions in planning and delivery of Regional Field Days and the Annual Study Tour;
- Manage the definition, planning and delivery of paid training events;
- Maintain links with members, partners, stakeholders and sector organisations;
- Develop and promote membership of the Society to a broad and relevant constituency;
- Evaluate and implement procedures for RSFS, and as appropriate for Cashel Forest Trust;
- Ensure, in conjunction with our Secretariat, that RSFS remains in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations; and
- Other duties as required by the role.
Outline terms and conditions
- The role is for 21 hours per week;
- A full-time equivalent salary of £45,000 to £55,000, pro rated for the contracted hours, to be agreed depending on experience;
- 28 days paid holiday pro rated for the contracted hours;

Princess Court is a 24-hour Mental Health Supported Housing Service that provides a person-centred holistic approach to promote the recovery of the people who live here and help them regain their independence. The individuals entering the service have high-level support and care needs that can include serious mental illness and/or a history of substance misuse.
Our role is to support them, identify and meet their diverse needs and help them on their personalised recovery journey.
This challenging front line role comes with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, contracts, staff and building maintenance. As well as ensuring the very best delivery and offering direct employment support to Service Users, you’ll be responsible for promoting the service and managing all referrals. Line managing and provide supervision to front-line staff, providing individual and group support sessions to Service Users, ensuring data entry to MI & reporting systems is accurate and timely, and taking responsibility for the service budget – these are just some aspects of this varied and vital leadership role.
To succeed, you’ll need a proven relevant background that includes experience of managing a caseload of individual with complex needs and experience of carrying out investigations and writing reports and recommendations and managing a budget. More important however, is your ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff and delegate work appropriately and managing conflicting demands and priorities in a timely manner. A flexible attitude to working hours are essential attributes too, as is tact and diplomacy and a firm but inclusive management style and open and encouraging demeanour.
