This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to move into charity sector or an experienced fundraiser who is keen to grow and develop their experience and expertise across multiple areas of fundraising.

The role will be split between community fundraising and major donor (50:50)

As a Fundraising Officer you  will provide general team administration and process support for fundraising; support with Major Gifts thanking, stewardship and recognition.

You will provide community fundraising support through increased charity visibility across charity hospital sites and implement of new planned workstreams.

In order to be successful, you must have experienced :

The Operations Officer will form part of the Jigsaw4u Front of House team. They will be responsible for all HR administration, including staff training and staff wellbeing and communications. 1. Purpose of job

Be responsible in the designated area for:

· Performing HR administration, and maintaining HR records

· Arranging DBS checks for staff and volunteers.

· Coordinating training, wellbeing activities and events for staff.

2. Main duties

HR administration

· Maintain personnel records on HR platform

· Log staff absences

· Create and circulate adverts for vacancies

· Create and update Job Descriptions and Person Specification documents

· Support staff recruitment processes i.e. responding to job enquiries, managing CV database, arranging interviews

· Produce HR reports e.g. turnover, absences, annual leave

DBS checks for staff and volunteers

· Maintain database of DBS checks for staff and volunteers. 

· Perform DBS checks for new members of staff and volunteers, and renewal checks for existing staff and volunteers

Organise training, wellbeing activities and events for staff

As the Senior MEL Officer in the MEL team, you will support the Head of Impact & Learning and the MEL Manager, as well as the Programmes & Impact department and wider team, to measure and analyse the quality and impact of our programming. You’ll use your strong organisation skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and ability to identify key trends and impact in our work. You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our impact and expertise in working with women entrepreneurs is measured and communicated accurately and effectively to our Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.

Department purpose

This role sits within the Programmes & Impact department, which is responsible for the development and delivery of our programmes and services, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, remain responsive to women entrepreneurs’ needs and have demonstrable impact. The department is divided into three teams: Entrepreneurship, which is responsible for delivery of services such as HerVenture and the four ‘Road to’ programmes, Mentoring, which is responsible for development and delivery of the Mentoring Women in Business programme, and MEL, which is responsible for quality impact measurement, analysis and research.

Key responsibilities

Main obligations

• Support the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools across Mentoring and Entrepreneurship projects, providing the Foundation with the necessary information to understand our impact and inform programme improvements.
• Support in collection and analysis of organisational KPIs and provide overall operational support for the MEL team.

Specific responsibilities

• Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Ensure up-to-date programme monitoring and evaluation materials (surveys, data collection tools and theoretical frameworks) are in place for existing programmes as well as those that are in development.
• In collaboration with colleagues in the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams, execute the annual calendar of programme and partner surveys, including uploading and testing the surveys.
• Develop analysis plans aligned to key research questions, programme goals and logical frameworks.
• Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data aligned to programme goals, logical frameworks, organisational KPIs, and general summaries of findings.

• Provide administrative, logistical and analytical support for programme evaluation and in-country data collection.

 Person specification

• Two or more years of experience working in MEL, ideally related to international development.

The Maternal Mental Health Alliance’s (MMHA) Everyone’s Business campaign calls for all women throughout the UK who experience a perinatal mental health problem to receive the care and support they and their families need, wherever and whenever they need it. This role will play a key part in supporting MMHA’s successful campaign and helping drive change for women, babies and families affected by mental health problems during pregnancy and after birth.

Job purpose

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the MMHA campaigns.
• Contribute to researching and producing campaign materials.
• Maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders to support campaign objectives, including MMHA members, MPs, academics and lived experience champions.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. Providence Row Housing Association has been helping homeless people in East London since 1860. We provide social housing along with excellent services that aim to support homeless people with complex needs and enable their recovery. We remain committed to our East London roots and currently serve the communities in Tower Hamlets, Hackney and the City of London.

Our Enhanced Housing Officers provide a housing service to hostel residents who find it difficult to maintain and sustain their accommodation. You will be working in partnership with a wide range of other services to ensure that our residents are motivated and supported through pre- and post- sign up, to claim benefits and grants, manage their accommodation, report repairs and complaints, access education, and develop financial skills.

Enhanced Housing Officers also conduct surveys of residents view and opinions, assist with audits and reporting on the service, help to ensure compliance with H&S regulation and best practice, and work with a Support Team which promotes person centred coproduced approaches.

You need to have experience of working with homeless people with complex needs, have a good understanding of housing management and Health and Safety regulation, be competent with computer systems, and comfortable completing regular performance reports. The Enhanced Housing Officers is a day shift based role with evening and weekend working. Depending on the service, you may also be required to do sleep-in shifts.

As finance Officer your day to day will include:

• Processing all income.
• Maintain records of standing orders and direct debits.
• Prepare sales invoices, post receipts and allocate funds.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts recievable.
• Produce reports as required by the finance team.
• Bank reconciliations & monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly reconciliation of membership income in conjunction with Fundraising Team in aCloud and CRM database

To provide health and safety monitoring support to the housing team. This will include maintaining and updating local and central health and safety records and carrying out local health and safety inspections and checks using CIHA’s standard recording processes. In this exciting and challenging role you will support the fundraising team to build and develop relationships with corporates which result in the generation of income and beneficial strategic partnerships for Surrey Wildlife Trust. Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager and working with other members of the Fundraising and Communications teams, this role will be responsible for account support for existing corporate members and partners, creation and delivery of corporate communications plans and organisation of corporate volunteering events.

Using existing leads plus building new relationships, your creative flair will generate compelling content and proposals tailored to different audiences and feed into press releases, newsletters, pitches and social media posts.  There are real opportunities to shine whilst promoting our essential aim to connect nature.
