The Evaluation Team work to enhance a data-driven culture at Frontline, where evidence is at the centre of decision making. At Frontline, evaluation aids learning and improvement of our programmes, to ensure we create social change for vulnerable children and families and demonstrate our impact.
Evaluation Officers primarily focus on the second phase of our evaluation strategy, practice and implemented learning. They support the Evaluation Manager in the analysis and presentation of data and share findings to internal and external audiences. They will also advocate for and support teams to ensure that data collection, analysis and reporting is of a high quality across the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about data and how it can be used to further understand and improve quality and demonstrate impact. We will encourage you to learn and grow in this role and you will have access to training and support to further develop your knowledge and skills.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Support with setting up data collection tools and reporting for new programmes
- Improve insight into our existing programmes through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Promote the use of data across the organisation
- Work closely with other teams to support with access to data, understand any new evaluation needs and advise on or provide data solutions.
A little bit about you
The successful applicant for this role will be used to working with data, with high-level analytical ability, attention to detail and Microsoft Excel skills. The Evaluation Officer role will suit someone who wants to support others with data and analysis, and so will build excellent relationships, and can be supportive to those who are non-experts.

Are you passionate about driving impactful medical research? We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Impact Officer who will assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the Medical Research Foundation’s research to ensure our funded projects make a real-world difference.
This is an exciting time to join us as we have recently launched our new five-year strategy. Reporting to our Senior Research Impact Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us to achieve our mission to drive the life-changing advances of tomorrow by laying the foundations for ground-breaking new discoveries today. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the monitoring of the research portfolio by providing day-to day administration and processing annual and end-of-grant reports.
- Support the ongoing evaluation projects, and other data collection points such are interviews with grant holders.
- Assist with the on-going development of grant monitoring tools
- Contribute to reports on impact reporting for our Board of Trustees and wider external audiences.
- Work closely with the Communications team to produce a regular research/researcher case studies.
- Work with the Fundraising team to contribute to materials to tell the stories of the impact of our research to help to raise funds for new research.
You are a motivated and enthusiastic colleague who will help us monitor a diverse research portfolio. You have excellent analytical and communication skills, you are well organised and have the ability to prioritise and work on various projects concurrently. You will use your scientific knowledge to understand the science behind the projects and will develop a detailed understanding of the outputs and impact arising from the research we fund to help communicate their impact. We will offer a salary of £32,000-£35,000 dependent on experience for a full-time 36-hour week and double-matched pension contributions up to 10% max employer contribution. We would like a full-time employee but are happy to consider a part-time contract (min 0.8 FTE). Job Overview
- The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women is mid-way through delivering its Ready for Business 2023 - 2026 strategy. We are seeking to dramatically accelerate growth to achieve our target of reaching one million women entrepreneurs by the end of 2030.
- The Finance Director’s role is critical to the strategic and operational financial management of the charity. They will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), along with the CEO, COO, Director of External Engagement and Director of Programmes and Impact.
- The Board and CEO are looking for an experienced and qualified finance professional, with the ability to lead and shape the Foundation’s approach to financial planning and financial management, lead a financial improvement programme, and ensure the Foundation’s on-going financial sustainability.
Job Purpose
- To lead strategic and operational financial planning with responsibility for achieving and executing financial objectives, budgeting, investment opportunities and oversight of annual budget processes, including the annual audit.
- To provide strategic financial insight and be an effective business partner to guide organisational and departmental decision-making.
- To drive excellence and efficiency across Finance, strengthening and embedding the right financial systems and processes, integrated with other processes where relevant to enable the organisation to scale.

Key Responsibilities
The Finance Director will lead all finance processes and will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide strategic financial insight and data to inform decision making and financial growth and sustainability of the organisation.

REMUNERATION
At CPI, we are committed to aligning our compensation framework with the principles of fairness, equity, and transparency. We benchmark salaries using national, country-specific data and aim to offer compensation between the 50th and 75th percentiles for all staff roles. Additionally, we maintain a 5-to-1 ratio between the most senior and junior staff, ensuring that our compensation structure remains equitable across the organization.
For the CEO role, a competitive salary will be offered in line with local benchmarking for the country where the CEO is based. As a reference, in our two largest offices, the salary range for a UK-based CEO is £170,000-200,000, and for a US-based CEO, the range is $275,000-310,000. Beyond base salary, we take a holistic approach to compensation, offering a benefits package designed to support work-life balance. This includes a generous package and leave entitlement, comprehensive health care, and flexible working arrangements. CPI’s CEO would preferably be based in the US (East Coast) or Western Europe, but we are open to discussing other locations in an exceptional circumstance. About the Investment team
The Investment team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our investments and supporting our portfolio partners to improve and scale their impact.
The Investment team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.
The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in school engagement, school attainment and employment sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 5). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.

Job description – Senior Impact & Performance Analyst (SIPA)
The Senior Impact & Performance Analyst (SIPA) is essential to advancing Impetus's mission through providing a clear picture of both the impact of our portfolio partners and the effectiveness of Impetus's support. In so doing, it ensures that strong data collection, rigorous analysis, and actionable insights are at the heart of Impetus’s efforts.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented team player passionate about driving social impact. Collaborating closely with the Investment Director - Impact Lead, the SIPA will manage end-to-end data processes, from collection through to analysis and reporting, ensuring data remains accessible and actionable. This role then requires strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and portfolio partners, presenting insights clearly to enable impactful, data-informed decisions.
The SIPA will additionally develop performance management tools, such as those within Salesforce, and champion organisation-wide data accessibility.

Key responsibilities
1. Data collection and management
- Map annual performance reporting calendar for all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop templates and processes for i) collecting internal and external data and ii) generating key performance reports.
- Manage and develop performance databases and knowledge, ensuring i) they meet the needs of different users within Impetus, ii) compliance with GDPR and data security.
- Lead the collection of tri-annual performance and annual survey data from portfolio partners, Impetus teams and other stakeholders, including significant liaison with Investment Directors.
- Lead and document processes for auditing data quality and understanding nuances in data (e.g. the different outcomes our portfolio partners target, and the different groups of young people they work with).
2. Performance reporting, analysis, and presentation
- Support definition of KPIs and measurement scales where relevant.
- Produce regular performance reports vs. KPIs for key stakeholders: Investment Team, all staff, Investment Committee, SMT, Board, and Impetus’ donors and co-investors.
- In collaboration with the Investment Director, run our tri-annual ‘portfolio review’ process, incl. data collection from portfolio partners, analyses on performance data, pulling-out key insights and risks, agenda-setting, session-planning, facilitation and follow-up.
- On an annual basis run more detailed and comprehensive analyses on performance data, including portfolio partner outcomes vs. benchmarks, to inform the focus of our annual review. The Annual Review aims to give a full view of our impact and value for money in the year and seeks to improve our programme of capacity-building support.
- Produce clear and insightful summary presentations in PowerPoint, for a range of audiences.
- Design and develop tools to help make information more accessible for a range of stakeholders, including external comms.

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Void Officer to join our team in Kings Cross. Working across almost all London Boroughs, we strive to provide a warm, safe home, from which our residents can begin their recovery, and our Void Officer play a vital role in preparing our properties for letting. The role
This important role sits within our Supply Chain and Logistics team, responsible for processing offers of surplus food from our food partners into our network of Regional Centres and the wider community. The CRM Marketing Officer is a new role within Anna Freud, supported by significant investment in the CRM systems and marketing resource. The post-holder will contribute to and build the organisation’s CRM strategy and marketing capabilities, laying the foundations for increased engagement with our audiences. They will also manage day-to-day CRM marketing activity, having autonomy to drive CRM campaigns, testing and customer-centric lifecycle communications.
The role will report into the CRM Marketing Manager and will be part of the wider Brand and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, proactivity and curiosity to successfully deliver CRM marketing plans. They will collaborate with colleagues to increase the value of our database and advance this important area of work.

- Developing and delivering Human Rights Act based rights training workshops and support sessions

As the Senior MEL Officer in the MEL team, you will support the Head of Impact & Learning and the MEL Manager, as well as the Programmes & Impact department and wider team, to measure and analyse the quality and impact of our programming. You’ll use your strong organisation skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and ability to identify key trends and impact in our work. You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our impact and expertise in working with women entrepreneurs is measured and communicated accurately and effectively to our Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.
Department purpose
This role sits within the Programmes & Impact department, which is responsible for the development and delivery of our programmes and services, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, remain responsive to women entrepreneurs’ needs and have demonstrable impact. The department is divided into three teams: Entrepreneurship, which is responsible for delivery of services such as HerVenture and the four ‘Road to’ programmes, Mentoring, which is responsible for development and delivery of the Mentoring Women in Business programme, and MEL, which is responsible for quality impact measurement, analysis and research.
Key responsibilities
Main obligations
- Support the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools across Mentoring and Entrepreneurship projects, providing the Foundation with the necessary information to understand our impact and inform programme improvements.

Specific responsibilities
- Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Ensure up-to-date programme monitoring and evaluation materials (surveys, data collection tools and theoretical frameworks) are in place for existing programmes as well as those that are in development.
- In collaboration with colleagues in the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams, execute the annual calendar of programme and partner surveys, including uploading and testing the surveys.
- Develop analysis plans aligned to key research questions, programme goals and logical frameworks.
- Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data aligned to programme goals, logical frameworks, organisational KPIs, and general summaries of findings.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

About the role
We are seeking a talented Database Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data to play a key role in supporting the charity's mission through data management and analysis.
As a Database Officer, you will help support the final stages of the implementation of Beacon, and then will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of the CRM moving forward. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage data imports, ensure data accuracy, and provide valuable insights to improve our engagement with supporters and donors. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Database Management:
- Maintain and update the charity's CRM database Beacon, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Manage records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR regulations.
