We are seeking a talented Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI to automate processes and improve data insights
• Working closely with teachers, school leaders, head office staff, consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet their needs
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems used by the Harris Federation, ensuring security, seamless data flow and functionality.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the developed solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as required
• Creating technical documentation and providing training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the developed solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing solutions

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• A good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy
• Operational experience of developing AI tools and processes, ideally within a large education environment or similarly large organisation
• Familiarity with educational data, recognising the sensitivities of this data as well as understanding what quality and accurate data means for educational institutions
• Awareness of potential impacts if data is inaccurate, particularly in educational settings
• Confidence with the management of educational data across a complex organisation
• Familiarity with operating within an integrated/complex educational data system
• Experience of reporting and analysis of educational workforce data
• Understanding of relevant employment legislation, the Data Protection Act, Information Governance issues, GDPR and the principles of equality and diversity, especially as they pertain to educational environments
• Knowledge of the rules, guidance, and laws governing the secure handling of personally identifiable data within educational institutions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Power automate, Power Bi, Sharepoint, Power Apps and other Microsoft products
• Knowledge of appropriate techniques for investigating data quality issues and the ability to communicate findings effectively
• Ability to manage software development projects, with knowledge of the different software project management paradigms and the ability to identify the most effective for each project

The Group Finance Officer plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial records and internal controls within a growing international development charity. Based in Bristol, you will work closely with overseas teams across the Sahel to maintain robust financial management, support the development of financial systems, and enhance reporting and procedures. Working within our Information Systems directorate means that you are joining a dedicated team of professionals who work together to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information, data and IT services. Although this is a solo role within cyber security, you will collaborate with other colleagues within the to ensure the organisation is doing all it can to remain secure and effective.

Using your expert knowledge for Information Cyber Security, your main responsibilities are to maintain an awareness of current threats and events and advising Blue Cross on the implications as such. You will take the lead on continuing our progress to develop an effective security culture across our technical and non-technical business functions.

The ability to build relationships is key to this role therefore our Information Security team work hybrid where you will be based in our Oxfordshire offices two days per week, with three working from home.

About you

You will have a strong understanding of ISO27001 concepts and methodologies qualified to at least level of Certified in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) (or equivalent) enabling you to hit the ground running and contribute towards our on-going risk management improvements.

 Knowledge, skills, and experience

Battersea is undergoing a significant transformation programme (known as Launchpad) to deliver real change in the way we work with, utilise, and learn from data. Our new approach will enable smoother animal, customer and supporter journeys and will help us embed a truly data and insight-driven approach to decision-making at Battersea. Job Purpose:

The Ruth Strauss Foundation has ambitious plans for growth over the next 5-10 years and this new role will be pivotal in driving forward our philanthropic growth. This role will lead the development of our major donor programme, building a portfolio of major donors to become part of a lifelong family of RSF donors. The primary focus will be the acquisition of new major donors while maintaining the retention of existing donors. Developing cases of support and impact reports, this role will create bespoke, tailored communications to major donors based on their needs and motivations to support.

The position involves developing a supporter-centric philanthropic journey which will drive an excellent supporter experience and ensures our major donors enter into a lifelong relationship with RSF. Networking and representing RSF at events will be essential in representing the foundation externally, including leading on hosting major donor events for the charity.
