The role:
We believe Street Child has a huge opportunity to achieve even more growth in the Corporate Partnerships sector by diversifying our coverage and relationships into new industries and growth markets. The New Business Manager role will play a key role in leading our New Business activity outside of our existing portfolio. Reporting to our recently appointed Senior Manager for Partnership and New Business, your role will involve:
1. Core New Business activity: Researching and development of prospect lists for priority industries to implement New Business campaigns capable of securing multi-year high value partnerships. Responsibility for building Street Child’s network of corporate relationships and growing pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities.
2. Partnership and proposition development: Working closely with our colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships and Global Programme Funding teams to develop engaging and impactful partnership plans and project propositions, focusing on priority countries and programmes to support Street Child’s strategy and mission.
3. Corporate engagement with events: Utilising the portfolio of events Street Child has across the year to engage and steward corporate relationships, including Street Child owned events and external events including the World Economic Forum and UN General Assembly.
4. Supporting on cross-organisational fundraising activations: Leading on new corporate engagement activities, including new fundraising and sponsorship activations, to support cross-organisational initiatives including our Spring Gala, annual Back to School Campaign and other key milestones throughout the year.
Key activities in this role:
- Development of New Business engagement plans – identifying, researching, engaging and cultivating new corporate prospects and relationships;
- Implementing ambitious New Business campaigns to target priority industries, including the oversight of prospecting and marketing mapping activity;
- Management of new business pipeline and prospect lists, including use and maintenance of corporate prospects data on CRM;
- Close collaboration with Partnership Development and Account Management teams to promote best practice corporate donor stewardship and partnership delivery;
- Active networking and attending various international events to maximise New Business opportunities;
- Consistent, proactive New Business activity via Street Child networks and cold approaches;
- Searching for suitable open corporate partnership opportunities/calls to apply to and working with colleagues to submit high quality applications;
- Supporting our corporate advocacy events, including inviting new corporate attendees for Street Child events - and working with colleagues to help plan/strategise Street Child presence as appropriate (including Davos, UNGA);
- Working with colleagues to develop our corporate propositions – both fundraising products and exciting, innovative new project proposals alongside our Programme Funding teams.

We will consider candidates with two types of backgrounds:
1. Proven superb, corporate fundraising track-records, ideally in the international development/humanitarian sector (or otherwise demonstrating strong development/humanitarian knowledge and clear passion for the sector); &/or
2. A compelling, commercial background - coupled with a super clear desire to use your skills and experience in the humanitarian/development space, and the ability to rapidly build relevant technical skills and knowledge.
A prior background in international development/humanitarian is preferred but is not essential. A strong commitment to Street Child's cause is essential.
The role is envisaged as UK-based but is global in scope. A willingness to travel is expected. The ideal candidate would work full-time; and physically in our City of London office for a minimum 3 days of the week – with some flexibility considered for outstanding candidates.
PURPOSE OF THE POST/RESPONSIBILITIES
Caudwell Children is a national charity which works to change the lives of disabled and autistic children; change society’s understanding and acceptance of disability; and change public perceptions of the important role that charity plays in society.
Based from the award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire, we seek an experienced relationship manager with the ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships to raise funds which support the charity’s expanding service delivery.
Responsible for the ownership and development of corporate supporter relationships, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to grow the charity’s fundraising income and helping to change the lives of autistic and disabled children across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a growing team of enthusiastic fundraising professionals aimed at improving the donor experience and growing the charity’s corporate fundraising partnerships income.
The role will be part of the Corporate Fundraising strand which will be responsible for income lines including, but not limited to:
- Charity of the Year
- Cause-related Marketing
- Licensing
- Strategic Partnerships
Success will be supported and monitored by the Director of Corporate Fundraising against KPI’s including lead generation, conversion rates and income growth.
Relationship development will be documented and reported using the charity’s dedicated CRM system (currently Raiser’s Edge).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising/sales/relationship management
- Demonstrable understanding of the charity sector and professional fundraising

The position of Insight Analyst is a new role that will sit in the Insight & Development team (I&D). The purpose of I&D is to inspire long term support and maximise opportunity, engagement and income by putting supporters at the heart of everything we do. This team of experts interacts with teams across the whole organisation and is central to the delivery of our organisational strategy.
The Insight Analyst will be delivering insight, using a range of data sources, to help inform strategy and day to day decision making. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of ARUK’s strategy, objectives, and operations, especially in relation to supporter engagement and fundraising to help generate and deliver Insight analysis projects and day to day tasks that will contribute to achieving our fundraising strategy. They will work with our fundraising and marketing teams, as well as independently, to derive insight from existing sources (Data Tables, internal collation, existing reports) that will enable ARUK to better serve supporters and in return gain their lifetime loyalty.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Support the development of our fundraising activity by creating and visualising insight that demonstrates understanding of supporters, their motivations and challenges. Including, but not limited to: Target audience profiles / segmentations, Product / brand sentiment, Product / brand preference, Competitor landscape and ways we can build engagement.
· Identify the most appropriate data sources, tools and methodologies needed to answer insights briefs or requests
· Use a range of 3rd party data and tools to analyse appropriate data and extract findings that are relevant and meaningful
· Provide data-based evidence that supports creative development and/or fundraising strategy
· Present findings in a clear, visual way that helps to tell a story in line with the strategy
· Collaborate with a wide range of teams across the fundraising and marketing directorate to deliver valuable insight
· Help to drive insight- driven culture to ensure that all decision making is informed by insight
· Attend and present at internal meetings, in person or over video call and occassionally with our senior leadership team.
What we are looking for:
· Experience of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
· Experience working in the charity sector with an understanding of donor insight.
· Experience of translating the essence of a range of data and resources into language or formats others will understand.
· Ability to communicate insights by producing written reports and presenting face-to-face.
· Ability to work and think independently, using own initiative and sometimes raising challenging questions or observations.
· A strong sense for how charities function, and how insight can contribute.
· Ability to manage and take responsibility for own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
· Excellent numerical skills and Excel proficiency.
· Good interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

We are hiring! We have a job vacancy for a Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) / Dementia Coordinator.
Shine has a membership of over 13,500 members living with SpinaBifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,000 associated members.
In the last year we have seen a 25% increase in members who are living with NPH across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are currently just under 600 members with NPH, plus their carers registered, but we are expecting this to continue to rise as awareness and diagnosis of the condition grows.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, organised and dedicated new staff member to join Shine’s Services team to develop and lead our new NPH service.
Job title: Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH)/ Dementia Coordinator

Purpose of Job
To provide the foundations for improved health, social and emotional outcomes for adults living with NPH and to support their families/carers.

Staff management:
1. Shine is committed to providing quality advice and support. As service lead you will provide supervision, training, guidance and support in line with Shine’s HR processes and procedures to other members of staff who are involved in the delivery of work for the NPH service.
Project management:
1. Evaluate existing support for members living with NPH and their families/ carers within Shine
2. Develop and grow the service based on the needs and voice of our members
3. Lead the support of members living with NPH and their families/ carers across England, Wales & Northern Ireland
4. Develop annual work plans, which will enable continued development and delivery of the NPH service
5. Create a framework for the service and develop Shine colleagues to support delivery in key areas
6. To provide training to upskill colleagues in dementia
7. Create greater consistency across all Nations by developing strong working relationships with key colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
8. Drive collaborative working with the National Programmes and Engagement Manager and the National roles – particularly Health and Benefits
9. To manage any specific project budgets, ensuring spend is planned, within budget and allocated to the appropriate cost centre
10. Maintain an oversight on data capture and data management for the work on NPH, alongside the Director of Services develop outcome measures to demonstrate impact
11. Work in line with GDPR, maintaining confidential member records providing clear and accurate record keeping for monitoring and evaluation
12. Identify new potential sources of funding as the project develops and contribute to funding bids as requested.
13. Working with colleagues in Services, Fundraising, Marketing, Trust and Foundations colleagues and Shine’s membership to identify opportunities for long-term sustainability of the work.
Delivery
To manage all enquiries from our members living with NPH and their carers, providing direct one to one support and advice including-
· Welfare benefit/ income maximisation advice
· Condition specific support to enable the person living with NPH to have choice and control over their current and future care needs.
· Signposting /referring to more specialist information and support, internally or to other local, regional or national organisations
You will also:
· In collaboration with Shine’s National Programmes & Membership Engagement Manager, Health and Services colleagues and external partners, lead the delivery of the NPH awareness week once a year
· Review existing and develop new resources for members with NPH alongside the Health team
· Develop and deliver an annual programme of events and peer support groups for members with NPH and their families and carers
· Oversee social media, Facebook and WhatsApp support groups
· Organise steering groups, providing opportunities for Shine members to guide the development of the service, and engage in consultations and research
· Develop partnership opportunities and closer working relationships with health professionals, statutory organisations and charities
· Identify key campaigns to improve the rights of members with NPH, improving access to statutory services, access to NHS care, awareness regarding diagnosis and treatment.

· To work with Shine’s national and regionally based colleagues to ensure that all work is complementary, coordinated and beneficial to our members

The Impact Coordinator will support the Centre’s impact management and research strategy through a robust analysis of our clients current and future programmes of work, to ensure they achieve their aim of enabling their community to thrive and can communicate the difference their work is making, clearly and with confidence.
This role builds on their significant investment in the development of their evaluation principles, the development of the Outcomes Framework, the CRM development, community research and in team ability and capacity to engage with data and impact.
The role will promote a positive culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity across the organisation and with external stakeholders. It will also support the development of innovative, inspiring and viable service propositions.
Key responsibilities
The role includes the following duties however these may change as the post evolves:
• Work with the delivery teams to ensure they collect the right data, qualitative and quantitative, to demonstrate their impact.
• Support the delivery of a common evaluation approach across the organisation, building on commitments to current and future funders
• Regularly check data quality (both qualitative as quantitative) and raise gaps / issues / concerns to the attention of the Impact Manager and Joint Heads of Delivery and Impact
• Support the further development and implementation of the CRM (shared database) across all areas of delivery.
• Support effective data collection through various methods e.g. supporting reflective sessions, running interviews and focus groups, support at events, facilitating project reviews etc.
• Working with the delivery teams and the Impact Manager, support the development of a culture of engagement with impact data (both qualitative and quantitative) and learning across the delivery teams
• Help make and maintain in-house system adaptations to support our impact management
• Working with the Impact Manager, write CRM scoping requests
• Working with the Impact Manager, develop a regular cycle of internal impact reporting and produce relevant reports on time and at high quality and support project evaluations of internal and partner projects
• Support the delivery teams as well as the Income Generation and Marketing teams by responding to requests for information and insight with robust and persuasive data and reporting
• In general, proactively search to deepen their understanding of the impact of their work, explore improvements to their data collection and analysis and share it across the organisation through training and process improvements
• Work proactively with our clients (and where relevant GP Practice) staff to provide timely feedback on the support provided to individuals
Essential skills, experience and knowledge
• Commitment to the vision and mission of the organisation
• Knowledge and understanding of the social determinants of health and how they impact on integrated services in a community setting
• Understanding of the systemic inequalities and barriers that people in their community face and a commitment to antiracist and inclusive practice
• Previous experience of embedding and managing impact frameworks and reporting within an organisation
• Understanding of a mixed method evaluation approach, founded on a theory of change
• Experience of primary qualitative data collection and analysis
• Experience of report-writing to a high standard
• Strong analytical skills – naturally curious and inquisitive
• Experienced database user with the demonstrable ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to easily communicate complex information to various audiences and to support the use of data to inform decisions and tell stories
• Strong experience of building and sustaining positive relationships, and able to positively influence internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility and a willingness to work in innovative and non-traditional ways
Desirable experience
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable
• Experience of creative and inclusive research methods, such as participatory appraisal tools, and of reflective practice

What is the role?
The Fundraising Coordinator will be an integral part of the fundraising team, providing excellent administrative support for fundraising campaigns, events and in aid of fundraising. You will also be responsible for the administration of accurate supporter records and bookings, responding to enquiries and cultivating relationships with our supporters and volunteers. You will support the team to meet departmental targets and objectives to drive ongoing stewardship and supporter engagement.
Working as part of a small, busy team there will be opportunities for you to get involved with projects and initiatives outside of the day to day administration, helping to expand your knowledge and develop your skill set.

To provide over-indebted Londoners with free, face-to-face/telephone advice that is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances. This includes:
● Provide case work covering the full range of debt - Interviewing those that access our service using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow them to explain their problem(s) and empower them to set their own priorities.
● Researching and exploring options and implications so that those accessing our service can make informed decisions.
