The Role
We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.
Key Functional Areas
- Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
- Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
- Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
- Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. Summary
An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Church of England Pensions Board as a Complex Case and Voids Manager. This is a full time hybrid role where you will deliver a customer focused and effective property and asset management service that meets the diverse needs of our residents across the rental portfolio.
You will work collaboratively with business partners and other professionals including maintenance partners, to ensure value for money and quality accommodation that meets decent homes standards, managing works within an annual budget of around £1.5m to £2m.
The Church of England Pensions Board is a statutory charitable body, which looks after the welfare of those who retire from the stipendiary ministry of the Church of England, and their widow/er(s) and dependants by the provision of pensions grants and retirement accommodation.
The Board's large Housing Department administers the provision of retirement housing for eligible clergy and their spouses in the form of mortgage loans, rented property, shared ownership, and supported Housing.
The Church of England Pensions Board makes sure that those who have served or worked for the Church of England have a secure retirement. It currently runs 3 separate pension schemes with over 30,000 members for over 250 employers.
We also provide and maintain housing a range of housing options for retired clergy and eligible family members on both a rented and a shared ownership basis. Housing is primarily provided through;
- rented properties located around England and Wales
- supported living homes located in 7 schemes around England
- shared ownership homes
Our core objective is to provide quality retirement housing while demonstrating good value for money.
The post holder will be required to work within both the Property Services Team and Acquisitions and Disposals Team. This includes:
- Delivery of major works to our homes. The post holder will need to determine what works are required and seek to appoint a suitable contractor (and if required consultant) to undertake the works.
- For complex or multi-part building defects or disrepair matters the post holder will be required to liaise with the current resident to understand the matters, visit the resident in their home to investigate the matters and to understand more fully the needs of the resident.
- The post holder will support the management of refurbishment of our empty properties through our third party maintenance provider to ensure they meet our lettable standards on time and within agreed budget as set down in the relevant policies and processes agreed.
- Working in conjunction with residents, other staff members, surveyors and contractors as required to investigate and resolve complex repair or major works related queries or complaints within occupied homes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience of managing work within occupied housing (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and maintenance works within a housing setting and the ability to make informed decisions based upon specialist information provided by others
- Good understanding of building defects and remedies
- Experience of delivering a customer focused service
- Good technical understanding of property construction and maintenance primarily within a residential content
- Good communication skills
Key requirements:
- An appropriate construction-related qualification (e.g. HND in construction, or degree) or relevant construction-related experience
- Valid UK driving license
- This role will require a basic DBS check
- Please note this is a remote role therefore working from home is essential.
The post holder will be required to inspect homes/small estates primarily within the region to which they are assigned, but on occasion carry out similar duties in other regions (for example holiday cover or to balance workload). As such the post holder is required to be based in (or in close proximity to) their allocated region. Regions are made from joining Dioceses together. The North region currently consists of the following Diocese; Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Blackburn, Leeds, Durham, Carlisle and Newcastle. As the portfolio changes though property sales/purchases it may on occasion be necessary to redefine the Region boundaries.
The role will require significant travel (via public transport/car as applicable) and as such has an essential car user allowance of £3,600 attached to the post. This is paid in monthly instalments of £300 per month.
- A salary of £46,577 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

They are five days and four nights long and take place at our beautiful holiday site near Uckfield in East Sussex. Every break is themed and guests take part in a range of activities such as archery, art, music, yoga, and day trips to local towns, cities, and historical sites. Our breaks give guests the opportunity to get away for a holiday, meet new people, and explore the best of East Sussex.

What is the role of the Manager?
As manager, with the support of the deputy(s), you will organise varied and fun breaks for our guests. This includes carrying out assessments for new guests, supporting the team to deliver respite care, coaching the staff team, and embedding high standards in the service. We run 20 breaks a year and wish to grow this number, around about 10 of which are led by the Activity Team Manager on site in East Sussex. During activity breaks food and your own room is provided and an additional sleep in payment for each night supporting a break is paid.
We are a London based charity and welcome applicants for this role on the understanding they are able to support at least 10 breaks throughout a year (providing day and overnight support for 5 days/ 4 nights at a time in East Sussex), are able to travel to our North East London offices to attend meetings and training sessions, and travel to assessments and marketing events as required.

Join the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as our E-learning Project Manager for the Radiology Integrated Training Initiative (R-ITI) — and help shape the future of radiology education across the UK and beyond.
We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.
In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).
You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
- Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager.
What you’ll need
- Excellent project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects to the highest of standards, on time and on budget
- Experience of working with busy stakeholders, especially those who work on a voluntary basis

We have an exciting opportunity for a new member of staff to join Transport for All and support the delivery of our vision: Transport Justice for All Disabled People.
This role will lead on securing income from trusts and foundations for our projects and programmes. You will help to ensure that Transport for All remains financially sustainable, and can grow to meet the needs of our community. You’ll also drive cross-organisational use of the CRM database.

About Transport for All
Transport for All is the disabled-led group breaking down barriers and transforming the transport system so disabled people can make the journeys we want, with freedom, dignity, ease and confidence. We work with our members to campaign for change, influencing governments, industry and the public.
Your responsibilities
1. Fundraising strategy (10% of time)
· Work with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to set and deliver the fundraising strategy.
· Work across teams to identify opportunities to create projects and seek funding.
· Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Report regularly to the Finance Committee and Board.
2. Trust and foundations fundraising (60% of time)
· Work with the Senior Leadership Team to identify projects and core costs for funding and develop realistic budgets.
· Craft compelling applications to secure funding.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key funders.
· Work across teams to ensure continuation funding for existing projects and costs where needed.
· Manage grants from existing trusts and foundations, ensuring grant requirements are met, and reports are on time, accessible and demonstrate impact.
· Manage the trusts and foundations pipeline, keeping up to date records at all times.
3. Database management (20% of time)
· Ensure the CRM supports funding monitoring purposes and staff can use it for this purpose.
· Continually champion and develop the CRM so that it is accessible to all staff and meets the requirements of all teams.
· Work with the Communications and Engagement team to put in place good stewardship of members, advice service users and other contacts via the CRM.
· Put in place supporter journeys that provide excellent stewardship.
4. Wider fundraising (10% of time)
· Explore, test and evaluate wider fundraising opportunities. This could include appeals, corporate fundraising, events, individual giving and legacy giving.
· Support the Training, Research and Consultancy team with bid and proposal writing on an ad hoc basis.
5. General (at all times)
· Undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time which are in line with the general level of this post and as instructed.
· Undertake occasional evening and weekend work as required, and take responsibility for arranging time off in lieu with your manager.
· Line manage and supervise members, contractors and staff as required.
· Work within the Social Model of Disability.
· Work in adherence to Transport for All’s values and staff policies.
· Maintain confidentiality.
· Attend staff meetings as needed.
Skills
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has experience of fundraising, particularly from trusts and foundations, preferably including significant, multi-year grants
· Has strong research skills and enjoys identifying funders and their priorities
· Can construct realistic budgets and work with colleagues to craft project proposals
· Has a track record of securing funds for social justice causes
· Has excellent persuasive, value-based communication skills, both written and verbal
· Understands data protection and fundraising compliance and good practice
