What will you be doing?
As a Service Manager at Hft, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. You will be a role model to others through demonstrating excellent support to those we support and you will help the Regional Service Managers to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively. You will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring those coming to work for Hft to help ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services. As a Service Manager, flexibility is important for both you and for the service. We provide 24/7 support to some people, so you will need to have flexibility to work shifts on a rota'd basis, including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is essential for the role.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Officer/s will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing all fundraising activities and initiatives. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to maximise donations and enhance donor relationships, in alignment with Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy. This position involves engaging with individual donors, businesses, and community partners to secure financial support for Islamic Help’s life-saving projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with the Fundraising Manager/Head of Fundraising, to identify specific programmes and funding priorities, and organise targeted fundraising campaigns.
- Monitor donor funding trends and priorities and communicate this information to the Fundraising Manager/Head of Fundraising to ensure alignment with Islamic Help’s objectives.
- Plan and co-ordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives such as tours, treks, lectures, and dinners.
- Recruit, engage, and train volunteers to support fundraising activities and events.
- Track, monitor, and process pledges made by colleagues at events, ensuring records are regularly updated.
- Monitor online donations and activities, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring relevant departments and donors are informed.
- Create promotional materials to support fundraising activities, including merchandise, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Identify local, national, and international funding opportunities, and contribute to the development of Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy.
- Manage fundraising income by maintaining reports, tracking donations, and handling donor correspondence, and evaluate the success of fundraising activities.
- Identify partnership opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally for joint fundraising campaigns, aiming to expand Islamic Help’s capabilities in skills, expertise, and donor base.
- Represent Islamic Help positively in all aspects of your work, adhering to the organisation’s values.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Branding, the Research & Development Manager will be responsible for leading Research and Development function at Enable.
Working closely with colleagues in the Growth Team and managing the R&D Officer, this person will manage conduct research, summarise findings and make recommendations in line with Enable’s strategic plan.
The Growth Team is a newly created team at Enable. They will be responsible for accelerating growth and development throughout our services and bringing Enable’s Strategic Plan to life! As a member of the Growth Team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company, working collaboratively across departments to identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategic initiatives. This team is creative, innovative and always hungry for more.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to develop and support research across Enable’s many product and service offerings
- Work collaboratively with Business Development colleagues to understand Enable’s business model, current projects and potential growth areas
- Review and summarize data and research findings and make recommendations to Enable teams and services
- Analyse current and prospective bids and grants, gathering supporting evidence and presenting findings to the Leadership Team
- Work closely with the Business Development colleagues and other well-connected Enable colleagues to identify and engage with stakeholders who can support aspects of the R&D process (for example, community organisations, universities, think tanks).
- Lead the development of an R&D Strategy and R&D Action Plan to guide Enable’s and the R&D Team’s approach to R&D.
- Conduct and lead feasibility assessments of initial R&D ideas (sourced from Business Development, broader Enable colleagues, and/or community) to determine feasibility of an idea to progress to the proceeding R&D stages (i.e. research, design, development)
- Lead data gathering and design-thinking workshops with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. potential consumers) to feed into the research, design and development of new products or services and/or the expansion of current products or services.
- Test prototypes or early-stage versions of product/service with potential consumers and stakeholders and iteratively refine based on feedback and testing.
- Lead analysis of qualitative and quantitative data collected through research, design and development stages (including monitoring and evaluation, and consumer testing feedback) and summarise into recommendations presented to Leadership Team / Growth Team to assist with the implementation of proposed R&D projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop communication and marketing products (i.e. emails, flyers, consent forms, presentations) to support R&D activities.
- Collaborating with services to ensure social impact other tangible outcomes are being measured
- Budget and forecast new research plans and developments.
- Line management and leadership of the Research and Development Officer, including performance and workload management, skills analysis and identifying and supporting opportunities for professional development.
- Represent R&D as a legitimate and integral function in internal and external engagements.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks for prototypes and the launched product and/or service, and lead quality assurance.

Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Research and Development role and Experience designing and leading research studies through mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) with diverse community groups
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external) through a range of engagement pathways (i.e. roundtables, meetings, emails) and platforms (virtual, in-person)
- Strong Project Management skills for research studies and interventions (including resource identification, workflow management, and budgeting)
- Experience developing strategies and action plans to guide work processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and efficient time and workload management.
- Experience managing research projects or programmes within timeframes and budgets
- Excellent communication, spoken and written skills
- Experience developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure performance.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills, including evidence of writing for a range of audiences and translating technical information into comprehensive and accessible communication materials and products.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing all fundraising activities and initiatives. The role will explore new media relationships and re-ignite existing contacts, turbo-charging the value press and media generates for Street Child.
This is a role for a high-class media professional with a passion for our mission, great energy, imaginations and fantastic relationship building skills. This role requires an individual who will be based in our London office for a minimum of three days a week.

About the Role
Working with the guidance and support of the National Education Programme Manager and the wider Prevention Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Depaul Education programme in a range of settings, including schools, colleges and Pupil Referral Units across Milton Keynes. The programme aims to prevent youth homelessness by running bold and creative workshops on the subject for large groups of young people, as well as more intensive sessions with smaller groups on related issues such as healthy relationships and conflict management. Your role will require you to travel to locations such as hospitals and care homes across the area to meet with clients and professionals and be home based for administration; therefore, a suitable home internet connection is essential.

About you
Desirably you will have some experience of working as an Advocate, providing welfare, supporting, or caring for Adults or young people who have support needs, ideally for those with a variety of communication needs, mental ill health, physical health issues, or barriers to accessing education and support.
You should have worked or volunteered in health, social care, welfare, support services, education or young person’s services, or advice and guidance.
How will you make a difference?
You will be responsible for ensuring the individual’s wishes, feelings, beliefs, needs, and values are met to create positive outcomes for the people you support.
You will support people to speak up for themselves and grow in confidence, equip them to understand and exercise their rights and options, and will assist them in the decision-making process relating to their care, treatment, and support.
You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with the individuals you support. You’ll be creative in your approach to empower our clients by ensuring you meaningfully explain people’s options and rights to them. You’ll support individuals to fully participate in decisions affecting them and will make sure they have their voices heard.

Job Purpose:
As a key member of the area team, your role is to coordinate and provide operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area. Covering short-term shop manager absences, you'll ensure uninterrupted trading and maximise income generation. No two days are the same - expect variety and collaboration with diverse communities. This role is a fantastic stretch opportunity for those with
shop manager experience, serving as a potential stepping stone toward an area manager role.
The role will support shop cover in our Oxfam shop network across Surrey and Sussex. This includes Oxfam Shops in the following geographical area: Dorking, Oxted, Horsham, Storrington, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Heathfield, Farnham. Whilst travel expenses will be covered, candidates will need to be both willing and able to commit to extensive travel across this defined geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain inclusive, respectful, and safe environments in the shops.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
• Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams.
• Maximise Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets.
• Deliver continuous improvement support against specific KPIs.
• Develop and deliver a framework for feedback and handovers.
• Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail or operational management experience
• Agile and adaptable working style
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
