This role is a core part of Pecan’s senior leadership team (SLT), working to develop strategic direction and playing a play a key role in the organisation’s aim to transform the lives of the most disadvantaged people in our community.
You will enable Pecan’s frontline team to deliver the highest possible standards of service. You will have responsibility for Employment Support, Southwark & Lewisham Women’s Service and Together community projects. This role also oversees Marketing & Communications and Partnerships. It will work closely with the Fundraising Manager and is the Safeguarding Lead and the Equalities Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- To play a significant role in the pastoral care and wellbeing of staff and volunteers ensuring they feel supported and safe at work and have access to wellbeing support
- To develop and deliver services supporting women affected by the criminal justice system and for local women seeking support, information and community.
- To develop and deliver contracted services to enable people to gain employment.
- Expand the offer to reduce isolation and increase community cohesion as well as tackle some of the barriers facing people.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for growing income from our community fundraising and major donor relationships, so that an even greater impact can be made on adopted young people and their families. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Senior Leadership Team to help us secure and manage all key fundraising relationships with major donors.

· Supported by the Head of Partnerships and Senior Leadership team, take ownership of developing, delivering and monitoring fundraising events and activities in line with our fundraising strategy
· Manage existing and develop new innovative fundraising campaigns and activities to engage new and existing supporters & donors including legacies, external challenge events, digital fundraising campaigns, community activities, and large-scale events.
· Work with the team marketing lead to create compelling copy to promote events and help recruit supporters and donors.
· Work with all Adoption UK teams to support local fundraising activities in each of the four nations including membership and community teams
· Create and manage a volunteer fundraising programme to support more community fundraising across the organisation, including volunteer fundraiser recruitment.

FINANCE MANAGER

The charity’s Finance Manager will slot into the Corporate Services Directorate, working with the Director of Finance (Deputy CEO) to build on the great work of the Interim Finance Project Manager.
The postholder will have the opportunity to drive improvements and efficiencies across our core finance and IT operations. The postholder will help the charity collate, analyse and present its increasingly complex KPIs and data.

You will have ultimate responsibility for leading on both identifying and creating a pipeline of TFL funding streams to meet our annual income target.

Emmaus Bristol is a local homelessness charity and part of the international movement of Emmaus communities.
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to lead on our fundraising by developing and implementing a strategy to secure core funding, as well as working with other managers to secure project funding. You will need to be innovative and determined as well as being an excellent communicator. This is a new role and it will really suit someone who is a confident self-starter with an eye for detail.

Having recently won a major national award for Fundraising Team of the Year at the annual Third Sector awards, East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is now seeking an outstanding income generation leader to help realise it’s ambitions of reaching more children, young people and families across the East Anglian region that need our care.
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Fundraising and Marketing & Communications to join the executive leadership team at EACH. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our three hospices at Milton near Cambridge, The Treehouse in Ipswich and The Nook, near Norwich, combined with hybrid working.
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) provides specialist care for babies, children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and supports their families. All three of our hospices are rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As Director of Fundraising and Marketing & Communications you will lead the strategic planning and delivery of the Marketing and Fundraising annual plan (£7.5m) across all income streams, including major giving, community and events, corporate, trust and foundation teams. This is a critical leadership position, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at EACH.
You’ll be leading a talented team of 30, encouraging, empowering and inspiring colleagues to innovate in ways which help us deliver our overall objectives. You’ll underpin this income generation experience with detailed forecasting and activity planning.
Are you:
Highly knowledgeable and experienced in delivering primary income streams with experience of develop income strategies to deliver year on year growth
Do you have:
- Significant people management skills with experience leading a team of professionals
- Thorough understanding of fundraising, including identification research, solicitation, pitching and account management.
- Knowledge of the scope and content of the Code of Fundraising Practice.
- Proven experience of working to and achieving ambitious targets.
- Proven experience of engaging major donors and stewarding high value and influential relationships that deliver significant giving.
- Experience in managing large budgets (£3m +) with strong finance acumen.
- Additional experience in leading Marketing/Communications teams would be desirable

We are seeking an inspiring Head of Fundraising and Engagement to join the Trust at this exciting and important time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Trust’s programmes for fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement, which are vital in delivering our vision of a wilder Worcestershire where there is more nature everywhere, for everyone.
The current postholder has been promoted to be the Trust’s new Chief Executive at the end of the year. The Trust’s Head of Fundraising and Engagement will play a key role in delivering our three strategic goals set out in our strategy to 2030, which are:
- Nature in recovery: 30% of land for nature by 2030.
- Action for nature: 1 in 4 taking action for nature by 2030.
- Sustaining our future: more diversity, more funding and carbon zero by 2030.
The Trust is supported by over 21,000 individual members and a range of funders including individual donors, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, trusts and foundations and local businesses. We also generate income from our trading activities including ecological consultancy, hire of meeting space and sales of items including Christmas cards and calendars. We aim to continue to sustainably grow our income to enable us to deliver our nature conservation and public engagement objectives. This will involve working closely with existing supporters and generating income and support from new funding sources. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of raising funds from a range of sources and with experience of impactful communications and effective public engagement. The role involves managing four programme teams across fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement. To be successful in this role requires strong planning skills, experience of delivering successful projects and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
We are one of 46 independent Wildlife Trusts operating across the UK. In this role, you have the opportunity to build networks with equivalent roles in other Wildlife Trusts and to work with the national team to further fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement across the Wildlife Trust movement.

About Us: Thank you for your interest in our Fundraising Manager role. We seek a senior, experienced international fundraising manager to grow support from individuals, major gifts, trusts and legacy pledgers primarily in the UK, but also for the ROLDA globally.
ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Since 2006, we have successfully neutered nearly 20,000 cats and dogs, significantly impacting Romania's severe overpopulation of animals.
Job Overview:
As a Fundraising Manager at ROLDA, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing funding from Trusts and Foundations, engaging with Individual Giving programmes, cultivating relationships with Major Donors, and promoting legacy giving.
