Job Title: Partnerships Engagement Coordinator (Inspiring the Future)
Reports to: Partnerships Manager
Location: Quantum House, 22 – 24 Red Lion Court, Fleet Street, EC4A 3AB. The role is open to hybrid working but the candidate would be expected to be in the office one day per week
Purpose: This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a newly created post in the role of Partnerships Engagement Coordinator for Education and Employers on the internationally recognised Inspiring the Future programme. The Charity aims to ensure that all young people have the inspiration, motivation, knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to help them achieve their potential.
This key post is part of the Partnerships Team with responsibility for supporting the team to deliver various showcase virtual and face-to-face events and activities involving a diverse range of volunteers from the world of work. The role is rewarding and varied and will include supporting delivery of funded partnerships and general administrative support.
Remuneration: £24-25k per annum
Additional Terms: 30 days paid holiday, exclusive of Statutory Holiday plus competitive pension scheme and a volunteering allowance of up to 5 days – pro rata in accordance with the length of contract. Additional family friendly benefits including enhancements to Statutory Payments.

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Partnerships Manager and working closely with colleagues in the Partnerships Team, the Partnerships Engagement Coordinator is responsible for working closely with volunteers and school staff to support successful delivery of interactive activities aimed at schools and young people under key funded projects for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. These programmes leverage technology to raise the aspirations and broaden the horizons of children and young people by connecting them to a huge range of volunteers from the world of work via career related learning activities.
The Partnerships team are responsible for relationship management of the key corporate and charity partners for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. Partners cover a range of sectors and employment areas and our employer partnerships provide partners employees with the opportunity to engage with schools, and reach many children and young people across the UK, both virtually and in-person.
This role will be split between supporting organisation of activities related to our corporate partners and delivering activities to schools across parts of the country. There is opportunity to interface directly with children and young people from both secondary and primary schools. through facilitating virtual and in person interactive activities with volunteers.
Education and Employers is a small charity working at a rapid pace to bring about change. This is a dynamic role for someone looking to gain a breadth of experience in the charity sector and keen to learn about the education sector and career-related learning, social mobility and volunteer engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about motivating and inspiring children who relishes working with a range of stakeholders to create impactful activities.
The Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the Partnerships Manager, Partnership Events Lead and wider Inspiring the Future team. This role will work on partnerships including but are not limited to the Department for Transport’s Inspiring Aviation Campaign, Maritime UK Ambassadors, and events associated with employer partnerships such as Bank of America, Tritax Big Box, Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and others.
Exact brief to be finalised with the successful candidate but the role will be expected to:
- Providing administrative support across the team, including record-keeping, responding to incoming enquiries, data entry, meeting minute-taking, scheduling, event coordination, etc
- Monitoring new event registrations from schools and sending welcome emails, keeping this up to date with the latest opportunities and messaging for schools
- Supporting the engagement of employers and volunteers in special activities within funded projects.
- Tracking and reporting back to Partnership Manager and Events Lead on delivery against agreed targets
- Using Salesforce CRM to support with data management, assisting with maintaining up to date records and supporting data cleansing as needed
- Recruiting and engaging schools according to the geographic or sector focus of a funded partnership
- Setting up virtual and face-to-face activities including school liaison, securing volunteers, organising events via the Inspiring the Future system and hosting on tech platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc)
- Facilitating interactive virtual and face to face activities to connect pupils with volunteers through themed sessions, Q&A or job guessing-game format.
- Supporting and co-hosting teacher training sessions, staff meetings and info webinars to promote Inspiring the Future and encourage engagement and independent usage of the platform.
- Supporting the development of educational resources that provide insight into the world of work and different sectors
- Support the collection of feedback and data after each event to measure impact
- Managing the enquiries inbox and/or switchboard phone number, responding to enquiries from schools and volunteers about the charity’s work and programmes and how to sign up
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the team as needed, such as administration of school competitions, etc
We are looking for an agile worker, capable of absorbing key information quickly, as well as handle a voluminous workload. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting young people to realise their potential and understand the power of volunteering. Education and Employers is a small charity working at a rapid pace to bring about change and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, able to absorb key information quickly and work well with a small team in a dynamic working environment.

Essential
- Minimum one year’s experience in a customer service, school engagement or school-based role
- Experience in successful relationship management – ability to engage confidently and sensitively with schools/colleges and at a range of levels of seniority up to and including headteacher level
- Outstanding customer service and telephone manner, including handling large volumes of email enquiries and dealing with difficult situations politely and assertively
- Strong organisational and administrative skills including close attention to detail and effective time management
- Persuasive and confident communicator who is influential, and effective in presenting a concept both in person and on the phone.
- Good level of education, demonstrating capability in producing written content to a high standard.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse workload; being able to prioritise work and working under pressure.
- Good working knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Office tools

About you
We’re looking for an experienced marketing and communications manager who is passionate and enthusiastic about bringing to life the incredible work of our key partners – Asda Tickled Pink and People’s Postcode Lottery.
This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires relevant experience in developing, delivering and evaluating integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications strategies. The role provides a great opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with our partners, to support the creation and delivery of marketing and communications. As such, you’ll possess excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at building and managing positive working relationships with people at all levels. You’ll be dedicated to finding innovative and creative marketing techniques and developing compelling narratives to reach target audiences and will have experience of managing and working beside creative teams, to support the creation and delivery of campaigns. You’ll also be experienced in measuring and evaluating campaigns and reporting back learnings and recommendations.
The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced project manager, able to work flexibly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working on charity corporate partnerships would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Support and Equip Church Partners
- Work with the wider Church Partnerships Team to meet key strategic goals to build social transformation across the church in the UK
- Manage working relationships with a caseload of partner churches to ensure programme delivery flourishes, that the church has ongoing support and feels connected to Resurgo, and has a vision for and feels ownership of the Spear programme in their community
- Liaise with church partners regarding any challenges they’re facing, providing strategic support and connecting them to the wider Resurgo team for further assistance around key challenges
Line Management, Team Training and Development of Spear Centre staff
- Support with the recruitment and induction of new Spear coaches, and manage Spear Centre Managers through regular 1-1s and helping them troubleshoot challenges
- Performance management of the Spear centres run in partnership with your caseload of churches through regular reviews, informal and structured feedback, session observations and reporting on KPIs
- Work with the Impact team to identify training needs, then design and run training initiatives to meet these needs, including all-team training days, role-specific training streams, and volunteer training

Philanthropy and Partnerships fundraising at Alzheimer's Research UK has grown significantly over recent years. The Directorate has a track record of soliciting seven-figure donations and winning significant corporate partnerships with well-known and well-loved brands such as Omaze, Cadbury, Warburtons, Roadchef and Dobbies.
We are now looking to build upon our success by launching a new, significant fundraising appeal. This appeal will help drive further transformational growth, from income across majors donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners. Ultimately, it will help us funding cutting-edge research that will bring forward the day when we can diagnose, treat and prevent dementia.
The Senior Appeal Manager will lead on the successful delivery of the Appeal managing a team of experts across Proposition Management, Donor Relations and Prospect Development. Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships you will design and deliver the operational aspects of the Appeal and support colleagues in Philanthropy, Partnerships and Research as they cultivate and engage a wide range of funders to the Appeal, including individuals, trusts, corporates and research organisations.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategic leadership
· Work with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships, and the Heads of Corporates Partnerships, and Philanthropy, to lead on creating and implementing the strategy for the Appeal Team.
· Create clear KPIs for the Appeal and Monitor progress against these, whilst ensuring key stakeholders are informed for progress and any challenges.
· Ensure the wider Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate has the tools it needs to be data driven in our decision making and fundraising.
Line Management and people management
· Inspire, motivate, challenge and support individuals and teams within the Appeal Team. Promote collaborative working across the team and with other teams across the charity, developing a culture of innovation, openness, accountability and resourcefulness.
· Line-manage three members of staff, namely the Donor Relations Manager, Proposition Manager and Prospect Development Manager, actively empowering, coaching and supporting them to develop their teams’ operational plans and deliver on key priorities.
· Set clear goals, objectives and KPIs for each team member and provide them with the ongoing guidance and support they need to reach them.
· Role model and actively embed Alzheimer’s Research UK values and behaviours across all activities, and champion the principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
· Provide strong leadership and support to the Appeal Team, through coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to enable them to effectively carry out their role. Carry out performance appraisal meetings and effectively promote team building and collaborative working to deliver the strategic and operational plans.
· Ensure all of the team’s activity is conducted to the highest standards and in line with the strategic priorities, developing consistent and rigorous methods for measuring success and sharing knowledge/outcomes across the team, department, and wider charity.
· Develop extensive relationships across ARUK to ensure that all work delivered by the team is informed by strategic and operational decisions and that colleagues provide the information and access required to deliver high quality relationship management, prospect research, stewardship and propositions.
Communications
· Work collaboratively with the Heads of Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Research to develop and deliver plans to maximise high value donations and support from high net worth individuals, trusts, institutional partners, senior volunteers and corporate partners.
· Lead the Appeal, ensuring delivery of a compelling and robust case for support, a suite of impactful fundraising materials, that the prospect pool has sufficient numbers and level of prospects and that fundraisers have access to a series of cultivation and stewardship events and a stewardship matrix which can be flexed to meet the needs of different types of donors.
· Stay up-to-date with ARUK’s research and other news to be able to communicate effectively with supporters, disseminating the charity’s key messages both among the team and to key supporters.
What we are looking for:
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience of major gift and/or corporate fundraising.
· Knowledge of fundraising appeals and/or running significant projects.
· Experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
· Experience of managing staff delivering outcomes in a fast-paced fundraising environment.
· Experience of creating outstanding donor-facing materials.
· Experience of prospect research and donor pipeline management

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

About the role
As High Value Communications Manager, you'll produce a range of written and designed materials for major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. You'll also work collaboratively across the BHF including with fundraisers, grant managers and health insight professionals to identify effective narratives and advise on funding opportunities. Working arrangements

About you
To succeed in the role, you should have:
- Proven experience of showcasing the impact of a charitable organisation for an audience of high-level donors, preferably in a medical science context, to foster repeat and lifelong support.
- Proven experience of producing high specification documents for a discerning readership, encompassing experience in copywriting, desktop publishing including InDesign and the effective use of images.
- Demonstrable project management experience, preferably in producing short and longform written materials from conception to delivery, in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders towards a common goal.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high quality work to a deadline.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases such as OneCRM and Raiser's Edge databases, would be a valuable bonus.

Lia's Wings are looking to appoint a Fundraising Manager into a brand new role, at an incredibly exciting time for the charity. As the only aeroplane ambulance charity for children in the UK, we are experiencing a period of phenomenal growth, with incredible opportunities and potential for fundraising.
Being responsible for the management and delivery of our challenge events, special events and community fundraising activities, this role will involve working with some of our most committed supporters on a series of engaging (and fun) events that are continuing to grow year on year. The Fundriasing Manager will also be expected to support our corporate partners, and engage with our Family Fundraising efforts, giving them the opportunity to meet, and work with our incredible beneficiaries first-hand.
A hybrid role: this post will be mostly remote but will involve travelling to regular (fortnightly) team meetings in central London (Zone 1), or, our operating base at Biggin Hill Airport, and, to manage events across the UK throughout the year.

Over the last year we have had more people than ever before hoping to fundraise for Lia’s Wings, which has given rise to some fantastic new events being created (led by the charity), alongside several wonderful community-led partnerships with schools and social clubs around the UK.
Every year we also have a great uptake in classic charity challenges taking place both in the UK, and overseas, including the London Landmarks and Royal Parks Half Marathon, and the Berlin and Chicago Marathons. We have also had great success delivering our own, bespoke charity challenges, which we hope will continue into the future. For 2025, we are due to complete the second instalment of an annual Lia’s Wings Overseas Cycle Challenge, a Shark dive, Skydive and three peaks challenges, amongst many others, which this role would be expected to lead on, and develop for years to come.
Corporate Partnerships are one of our key income streams, with employees from dozens of companies supporting our events efforts. As well as managing these events, there would be a certain level of devolved account management with these partners, with the post holder becoming the primary point of contact for those firms.
We also have a growing network of community groups – including schools and social groups – who want to support Lia’s Wings as a partner charity. It is an area we would love to expand, with this role being crucial to the ongoing development of these areas.
And finally: for the past two years we have we also hosted a seasonal thank you party each Christmas (our “Jingle and Mingle”) which we hope will be another fantastic opportunity that can be developed by the right person in this role, as a real jewel in the crown of our events portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage our Challenge, Community, and Special Event fundraising streams, to achieve set targets.
- To grow income sustainably from our existing portfolio of events, ensuring continued high performance, engagement, and participation.
- To design, develop, and deliver new events that are suitable for our primary supporter audiences, alongside the Head of Fundraising.
- To effectively steward fundraisers to ensure an excellent supporter experience (resulting in positive fundraising performance, and repeat year on year participation), including appropriate thanking and recognition, reporting, and feedback on outcomes of events.

The External Training Manager will work with internal subject matter experts to develop and implement our programme of external training which is aimed at building knowledge of older people’s options when experiencing financial hardship.
Our training is aimed at professionals and trusted intermediaries working in the commercial, statutory and not for profit sectors. Our ambition is for everyone who works with older people to know what older people may be entitled to, how to support them to claim and where to get further help.
You should have extensive experience of designing and delivering training to a range of audiences, along with experience of developing resources and of training evaluation. Knowledge of how to ensure training is inclusive and accessible, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills is essential. Prior knowledge of financial hardship topics relating to older people is not required, as you will be working with subject matter experts.

About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow. We are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.
Purpose of the Job
The Felix Project is looking for a talented individual to help manage and support on implementing their corporate partnerships strategy. This role will sit within our growing Corporate Partnerships Team as part of the wider Income Generation & Marketing Team. About You:
- Demonstrable experience of managing corporate partnerships at the 6-figure+ level with a solid understanding of both new business and account management
- Track record of developing new business opportunities and growing income
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders confidently
- Solid understanding of effective stewardship journeys and can demonstrate effective implementation of donor engagement plans
- Experience of financial planning and can demonstrate achieving financial targets

Following a series of significant new business wins, the Corporate Fundraising Team at CALM are looking to grow. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced account manager who is motivated by results and a natural-born relationship builder.
The role will be responsible for managing, growing and extending a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships, and, where appropriate, may be asked to support with new business by attending meetings, pitches and staff votes on an ad hoc basis. This role reports into the Corporate Fundraising Lead.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent relationship management to a portfolio of corporate partners (worth approx. £20k-100k per annum), including, but not limited to, producing account management plans, setting partnership objectives, supporting fundraising initiatives and employee engagement, thereby significantly contributing to the corporate fundraising budget and strategy.

Ensure partnership milestones and fundraising targets are monitored, met, reported on and celebrated with key internal and external stakeholders.

Confidently represent CALM at key meetings and events, where public speaking and the delivery of CALM Champion Workshops may be required.

Work closely with the Services, Data and MarComms teams to build engaging, accurate and tailored impact reports for partners that encourage long-term support.

Continue to seek ways of deepening partner relationships, and spotting opportunities for growth and extensions where possible, contributing to CALM’s strategy of growing repeatable, sustainable income.

Devise sustainable exit strategies for partners that leave behind a lasting legacy for CALM.

Build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with colleagues across CALM to complement partnership activity.

Use data, insight and subject matter expertise to inform team strategy, budgeting and reporting.

Support the corporate partnerships team, where necessary, in securing new partnerships. This may involve (but not limited to) providing quotes or case studies, attending meetings or pitches, and canvassing for staff votes.

Support the Corporate Fundraising team with administrative tasks and identifying and making improvements to working practice, process and knowledge across the High Value team to drive efficiency, improved ROI and inform strategy.

Adhere to GDPR and be fully conversant with relevant fundraising regulator legislation and guidelines.

Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practice, with a view to use these to benefit CALM.
