Our Business Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in developing and implementing a compelling package for organisations to support FareShare GM (FSGM) which includes running corporate days (onsite team building and volunteering) as well as other ways for organisations to engage with us such as sponsorship, fundraising activities, events and so on.
Alongside helping develop funding packages that support our important work, you'll take a proactive lead in coordinating the activities of our corporate partners and helping us identify new partnerships. Job Purpose

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As our Alumni Relations Lead you will:
- Develop and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our alumni community through focus groups and research to reach a clear understanding of what they want and need from us, including the differences between Sixth Form and apprentice alumni.
- Undertake regular data collection cycles to track the current employment and needs of our current and future alumni. This will include but is not limited to using surveys and research. Develop a systematic approach to holding data (including data protection) and CRM.
- Work with your manager to develop an ambitious approach to how we understand both the impact of our alumni in their roles and our continuing impact on their career.
- Deliver against programme KPIs and continuously drive improvement.
- Deliver and shape a programme of planned communications and marketing to the alumni community to drive engagement.

The Interim Deputy Executive Director’s responsibilities will include managing senior staff at Reprieve, including the Directors of Casework, Advocacy and Policy, and working with the Joint Executive Director to oversee Reprieve’s Fundraising and Finances, its Governance and Board relationships, and its HR and Operations functions.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of leadership of a small to medium size human rights or similar charity, preferably with some international operations. They will have exceptionally strong management and people management skills, excellent judgment, proven ability to lead teams to achieve impact in their work, and an understanding of charity governance and finance issues.
Contract, location and salary
This is an interim, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 2 days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home.
