We’re looking for a Data Coordinator to join our Data Import team. Your role is key in providing an exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You’ll be ensuring activities such as income processing, gift and coding adjustments are processed in a quick and effective manner.
Reporting to the Data Import Manager, you’ll collaborate with other teams within Customer Engagement to provide support and ensure that donations are processed and coded correctly on our database.
As a Data Coordinator your role helps support a focused unit of trusted experts at influencing and engaging the public through the wider Communications team.
We develop innovative strategies connecting need with organisational goals, produce creative content to bring those strategies to life and deliver it to the right audience at the right time for maximum impact. We’re a partner to the organisation, with a full view of our audiences and our communications with them - and we use this knowledge to build our brand and our business.
What we want from you
You’ll have a positive, solution focused outlook and be passionate in helping us to tame prostate cancer. You’ll have experience of income processing and administration, knowledge of Gift Aid and experienced in working with a CRM database (ideally Raiser’s Edge).
You’ll be a self-assured and professional communicator, can work using your own initiative and possess high standards of prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines with changing priorities. In addition, you’ll have the ability to build and maintain relationships, have excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.

What the role looks like
The Financial Education Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding schools to embed our free financial education resources into primary school classrooms. You will have an excellent understanding of the challenges and pressures that exist within a primary school environment. You will be able to generate enthusiasm for financial education, as well as develop strong relationships with schools and other project collaborators. You will achieve this by proactively researching, networking, and making connections with schools in London and the Southeast region. You will speak to stakeholders, including teachers and school leadership, to promote our programme. Once they have registered, you will then train the teachers and school staff on how to incorporate our resources flexibly into their classrooms. The Financial Education Delivery Coordinator will need to work flexibly with each school to best meet their needs, according to our policies and guidelines. Reporting the progress of the various programmes is a key part of the role and the ability to collate data, identify risks, and meet deadlines is crucial.
As a part of the broader Programmes and Innovation department, this role is a creative opportunity to develop new ideas and ways of delivering financial literacy to primary schools. This position plays a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our unique, beloved 1:1 sessions for children with additional needs. As the Brent Service Coordinator, you'll be solely responsible for the front line delivery of the Brent service: planning, safety, and creating a fun and inclusive environment for all. Position: S11187 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

The Role
Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. As a coordinator you will provide personalised information, advice and support with regular reviews throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Working with the local Health and Social services to receive referrals to support stroke survivors and their careers
· Providing personalised information, advice and support to address any needs identified
· Completing Needs Assessments with stroke survivors and supporting them to develop a stroke recovery plan
· Providing regular reviews to support people in establishing and achieving their own personal goals.
About You
You will:
· Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities
· Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.
· Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs
· Have the ability to use basic Microsoft system
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

In 2023, following consultation with equality activists, academics and advocates across the globe, we launched our new strategic plan, Equal in Dignity: Equal in Rights. This plan sees us focus on addressing four “gaps” which prevent the realisation of the rights to equality and non-discrimination. Now, we’re working with the UN Human Rights Office to support equality movements in places like Armenia, Brazil and Korea as they work to secure the adoption of new equality laws. With academics and other experts, we’re driving legal innovation, examining how to improve the implementation of equality laws and how to develop equality law in response to emerging challenges, such as the growing use of AI and the climate crisis. And we’re supporting other civil society organisations to use equality law and integrate an equality by design approach in their work.
About the role
Our new Research and Collaboration Coordinator will play a central role in delivering our mission to support those working to advance equality through the law. Working closely with our Director and Head of Research, you will help us develop and strengthen our partnerships, respond to the needs and demands of our partners and support the development and delivery of a diverse range of research projects and initiatives. The role will include:
- Managing relationships with our global network of equality activists;
- Coordinating projects and activities with our consultants, fellows and partners;
- Undertaking legal and policy research and drafting research reports;
- Collating and analysing the findings of qualitative research;
- Undertaking legal analysis and developing legal briefs and advocacy submissions;
- Developing and providing training and guidance with and for equality activists;
- Assisting with the design of new projects and initiatives, and developing funding proposals;
- Managing the delivery of a number of projects and initiatives, under supervision;
- Other tasks as required from time to time.
About you
This is an exciting opportunity for a person with an interest in advancing equality and combating discrimination to put their skills and experience to use. We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Essential
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in law (preferred) or other relevant discipline;
- Knowledge of international human rights and / or equality law;
- Experience of working with equality activists or human rights defenders;
- Experience of developing and producing high quality research reports for publication;
- Experience in undertaking legal research and analysis;
- Experience in a role which requires co-ordination of multiple workstreams concurrently;
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to produce high quality written material;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
- Excellent IT skills;

Make a difference for children now and for their future
We’re looking for someone to work with schools across Lewisham to improve the education and health potential of Young Carers. You’ll work alongside our wider team supporting Unpaid Carers across the borough.
You’ll develop relationships with schools and school staff, raising awareness and supporting the identification of Young Carers within education settings, and supporting the development of policy, guidance and resources. You’ll work one-to-one and with groups of Young Carers, and carry out home-based visits to offer support interventions.
As a Young Carers Schools Coordinator, you will also support the planning and delivery of the service’s activity package, including respite activities, online groups and face-to-face sessions.
Applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with children, young people, and families in social care, health, education or voluntary and community sector. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Young Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services. You should be confident engaging with young people and teaching and non-teaching school professionals at all levels.
You should be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. This is a full-time role.
