CRM Learning and Engagement Manager (known internally as DARS Senior User Engagement Officer)
The Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) team is dedicated to enhancing the University's engagement with its alumni and donors through an advanced constituent relationship management system. Our team focuses on supporting this CRM system to drive fundraising and strengthen alumni relations, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement in our processes and user support.
Permanent contract.
Grade 7: annual increments from £36,924 to £45,163 per annum, with possible extension to £49,250 – plus an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro-rata).

About the Role
As a member of the User Engagement team, your role will be integral to supporting and enhancing the University's CRM system for development and alumni engagement. Key responsibilities include:
· User Training and Engagement: Develop and update training courses, create learning materials, and facilitate workshops to ensure effective user engagement with the DARS system.
· Business Process Improvement: Analyse and enhance business processes to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the DARS system.
· Support and Relationship Management: Provide comprehensive support through one-on-one coaching, project assistance, and managing key business partnerships to maintain strong collaborative relationships.
To Be Successful You’ll Need:
· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations.

About the role
The Digital Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy team, responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital fundraising campaigns in the UK and US. This role will drive revenue growth through online channels, including email campaigns, social media, website fundraising, and other digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
You’ll report to our Head of Fundraising - setting your strategy, reporting on whether plans and income are on track, and discussing how you’re dealing with any financial shortfalls, with a mindset focused on significantly expanding our unrestricted income streams.
In 2024/25 the Fundraising Team is aiming to raise circa £1.9m – a critical element of Restless Development’s overall income of around £10m, the rest of which primarily comes from institutional funders and trusts/ foundations and is restricted to particular programmatic work.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Identify key digital fundraising opportunities and implement strategies to optimise online giving.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing engaging emails, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to increase donor engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Fundraising: Oversee social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive donations and supporter engagement.
- Website Fundraising: Manage and improve the online donation process on the organisation's website, ensuring an easy and secure donation experience for supporters.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the Communications team (including a Digital Communications Manager counter-part) to create persuasive fundraising content, such as donation appeals, impact stories, and success narratives to inspire supporters.
- Donor Engagement: Foster relationships with existing donors through personalised online interactions, stewardship emails, and recognition activities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse digital fundraising performance, providing regular reports on campaign results, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations.

- 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising and communications in a nonprofit setting.
- Proficiency in digital fundraising tools, email marketing platforms, and donor management software (experience with Salesforce and Dot Digital preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Fundraising Assistant will be a key member of the fundraising team. Supporting the team to deliver a wider range of fundraising activities including events, challenges and campaigns as well as helping maximise the supporter journey and providing excellent donor care. Main Responsibilities:
- Importing data in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

About the Development Research and Data Officer role
Our Development Research and Data Officer helps to ensure long-term fundraising success for National Museums Scotland by maximising the use of the CRM database and developing the prospect pipeline for campaigns and revenue fundraising. The Role
The Children, Young People and Families Engagement Officer will help to lead engagement with children, young people, their families and caregivers at the Cathedral working across the whole of the Cathedral’s life and with churches in the Deanery and in the Diocese and other partners.
The Creative Learning & Discovery team is newly refocussed, and the Children, Young People and Families Engagement Officer will work closely with the newly appointed Creative Learning Officer who will line manage this post.
About You
You will be educated to GNVQ level 4 or equivalent, have experience of churches and how they operate, have worked with children in previous roles and have excellent administrative skills.
You are also required to be a practising Christian and communicant member in the Church of England or other denomination in sympathy with the Anglican church; you will need to have a successful enhanced DBS check before you start work; and you must be able to commit to regular Sunday working each month and occasional weekend and evening work.

The Cathedral is a living, working place of worship that has been at the centre of life in Chichester for over nine centuries. We provide a specialist 1:1 service for young women and girls aged 11-25 living, studying or based in close proximity to Barnet and neighbouring boroughs.
Our long term, 18 months support, programme engages young women and girls with direct experiences of relationship abuse, sexual violence, intra-familial abuse, exploitation, and/or where there are significant risk indicators present in the young persons life that may increase their exposure to harm.
Young women and girls are referred through professional, self and peer or familial pathways and will be engaged in weekly or fortnightly support. The service is offered from a space safe for them, including our community spaces, at their home or within their educational setting.
How our service is different from traditional IDVA models:

We offer long term support for up to 18 months, enabling you to build trusted and safe relationships that exceed immediate, crisis intervention and also focus on implementing a support package for continued development once a survivor has achieved immediate safety

We keep our caseloads low and manageable, supporting no more than 10 young women and girls at any one time. This has been proven to reduce stress and burn out, whilst increasing your capacity to create a targeted and needs-based response for each young person

Our interventions are holistic and flexible, ranging from trips and outings, to visits in school, at home or a safe local community space. This approach enables you to have more freedom over how the intervention is shaped and delivered, reducing rigidity and any feelings the relationship is impersonal

QuarterFive are delighted to be partnering with The Orpheus Centre, which supports young disabled adults to live and work as independently as they are able. They do this through developing their confidence and independent living skills, using arts-based, bespoke learning, work experience and supported living programmes delivered from their base in Surrey. All of their learners are learning disabled and some are also physically disabled.
The Orpheus Centre is located at a beautiful converted farm that provides teaching and performance spaces and self-contained accommodation. However, their success in enabling these young people to thrive means that they are over subscribed every year and have outgrown the current facilities.
The capital appeal will convert a building next to the Centre to allow for more learners to enrol, in particular more learners with more complex needs. Currently, the quiet phase is projected for 2024-2027, with the build phase being projected for 2027-2029.
The Head of Capital Appeal will sit on the SMT, reporting to the CEO, and be responsible for leading a small team of fundraisers also dedicated to raising funds for the build. While there will be a team to support, the Head of Capital Appeal will spend most of their time personally fundraising as well. There are existing opportunities, including a well-connected President (also the Founder), a Capital Appeal Committee which will be set up, and an existing pool of donors. A focus on new business, however, will also be crucial for the success of the project.
As Head of Capital Appeal, you will:
- Develop, implement and monitor the private and public phases of the capital appeal strategy to enable the Orpheus Centre to meet the appeal target
- Establish a high performing capital appeal committee of volunteers to cultivate and steward potential significant donors
- Deliver target income from a range of sources, primarily major donors, trusts and foundations and statutory sources, but not discounting other viable income streams
- Personally secure significant major gifts for the capital project
- Design, recruit and lead a team of fundraisers to support on fundraising for the capital project
- Research and identify potential funders for the capital project
- Work closely with the build project team, to ensure clear communication between the funding and the building of the project
- Provide timely reports for Senior Management Team and Trustees to facilitate effective cash flow management and decision making
Ideal skills and experience:
- Significant experience in a senior high value fundraising role
- Demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure major gifts
- Extensive track record in working with trusts, major donors and statutory funders
- Experience of line managing teams of fundraisers
- Ability to adapt to different audiences, including donors, senior volunteers, team members, learners and all colleagues in the wider organisation

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Community and Events Fundraiser. - To create and increase awareness of fundraising for Southampton Hospitals Charity across all University Hospital Southampton sites working closely with the Marketing and Communications team

Knowledge and experience
