The role
We are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Executive to play a key role in the fundraising that supports NDCS's work to support deaf children and their families. This post will manage relationships with fundraising supporter acquisition agencies, particularly working door to door and face to face, to recruit tens of thousands of new supporters every year.

Job Purpose
The postholder will be responsible for two key organisational areas:
- Practice Education to an allocation of student social workers: 80% of workload
- Support with induction planning and administrative tasks relevant to the student placement programme: 20% of workload
The postholder will be responsible for providing student social workers with effective, high-quality supervision and support throughout their practice placements and maintaining accurate records of student work undertaken to inform holistic assessments of students’ practice. This role will entail stakeholder engagement both with internal leaders and external partners. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships and crossover workstreams with the Business Support Team, Health & Safety systems, and compliance responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Student Social Work Placements:
• Maintain relationships with key placement providers through provision of high-quality practice education,
• Practice Educate placements for their entirety at the charity,
• Write reports relating to the above.
• Support a continual and iterative induction process with support when inducting students to all relevant systems – utilising experts across the organisation to deliver elements of the package,
• Work in partnership with Business Support to implement appropriate systems relating to e-learning and hand over to line management during induction,

The Role: Operations Manager
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Operations Manager to play a key role in our organisation, leading and supporting our passionate staff team of eight people and managing daily operations at M13 Youth Project, supported by and reporting to the Founder.
You will lead on the smooth running of operations, working closely with youth work staff to nurture a trusting, inclusive and dedicated working culture, which enables staff and young people to feel safe, valued and hopeful and to develop excellent work together.

Role description
The Communities Lead is a critical role in developing and delivering the Centre for Excellence in Community Investment, facilitating its national and local thematic networks, engaging with colleagues across and beyond the social housing sector and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. Working closely with the Head of Communities and Projects, the Communities and Network Lead will ensure that the activities of the Centre’s networks align with and inform the overarching strategy of the Centre for Excellence in Community Investment. • Leading the development and delivery of the Centre for Excellence in Community Investment’s numerous networks, involving people across the housing sector in agreeing each network’s purpose, governance, membership and activity.

About the team

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of "On track for inclusive train travel", a research, scoping and piloting project. This partnership project, funded by Motability Foundation and delivered alongside Community Rail Network (CRN), aims to make rail travel more accessible and inclusive for disabled people, including those with sight loss.
You'll be working to co-create an effective, tested, adaptable model for training, learning & culture change that can be deployed across the railways. This will ensure blind or partially sighted and disabled people always feel confident and supported when using rail.
You will act as the overall project manager of this complex and exciting project, including working closely with CRN and two of their locally-focused member organisations, Community Rail Lancashire and Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership. While RNIB is the lead partner in reporting terms, this project represents a substantive partnership of the four organisations coming together to form one cross organisational team to deliver on the brief.
This is a fixed term contract of 2 years, and will be suitable for homeworking, or hybrid working at any of our RNIB offices across the UK.

● Review the portfolio of events and build new income generation opportunities for 25/26 and beyond to uplift income and grow supporter participation.
● Set, monitor, and report against budget figures, feeding into forecasting and monthly KPIs, and reporting any concerns to the Head of Fundraising.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the final delivery phase of ‘Connecting Communities’ Phase 2 Project. Building on the success of Phase 1, this role focuses on rolling out a community-based bereavement toolkit and training across 12 geographical clusters, alongside developing resources and supporting a network of Community Grief Champions.
This is a key role in achieving a national reach across England, Scotland, and Wales, with the aim of empowering communities to support bereaved individuals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the rollout of the Compassionate Bereavement Communities model.
- Deliver high-quality training and resources to support local communities.
- Lead and support Community Grief Champions in developing tailored community-based interventions.
- Coordinate stakeholders, including local groups, regional partners, and national funders.

Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally.

Main Purpose of the Role:

To increase the number of people borrowing litter picking equipment from the Cleanup Hubs in your local area.

About the Role
As Supporter Development Officer, you will deliver campaigns and activities for the Supporter Development side of the Individual Giving team, successfully managing the supporter development activity in line with the agreed annual targets and the Fundraising Strategy. About You

· A proven track record of working within a team environment with complex internal stakeholders.
