DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. The programmes provide continuous support to young adults with a learning disability, and autistic people who are aged between 16 – 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan, or equivalent, in their final year of education.
You will be required to identify opportunities to develop and grow DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area with the aim of supporting the organisation to ensure that as many people as need it have access to DFN Project SEARCH programmes.
In addition, you will be required to develop strategies to ensure that the operational programmes in your area are achieving at least the average outcomes expected for young people in our programmes and so you must be committed to continuous improvement.
You will be specifically required to develop strong partnerships and train and support colleagues within your area. You may also be required to support colleagues promoting DFN Project SEARCH in other areas, further European projects as required and contribute to the development of relevant UK focussed materials.
As a Programme Specialist you will be expected to:
- Demonstrate effective project planning and preparation so that each project delivers achieves the highest quality programme possible and outstanding employment outcomes for the interns.
- Establish effective working relationships with schools, colleges, local authorities, employers and the project professional staff to promote the building of excellent, high quality partnerships at each site to ensure the effective running of programmes and promote sustainability in a volatile environment.

MaidEnergy is a renewable energy Society, which supports the growth of renewable energy infrastructure projects for the benefit of the local community. Thanks to National Lottery players, we are expanding.
MaidEnergy supports the growth of locally generated and locally owned renewable energy in Maidenhead, Windsor, Egham, Staines and the surrounding area. We are a community business, democratically run, with an asset lock to preserve the solar panels or other energy generation infrastructure for the benefit of the community.
We launched our first renewable electricity generating community Solar Photovoltaic (PV) share offer in 2015. Since then people have demonstrated their faith in us by investing £970,000. Their investment has funded eight Solar PV installations totalling 640kW and a 60kW Ground Source Heat Pump. These installations have brought low carbon, lower priced renewable energy to public organisations and seen 260 local and national investors join a movement of ethical and financially rewarding community ownership.
MaidEnergy works by:
· Finding community buildings that are interested in cutting carbon emissions
· Raising community finance from people in the local area and throughout the UK, through the issuing and managing of community share schemes, to fund installations
· Providing all relevant legal documents and arranging grid export capability
· Managing the installation and all ongoing maintenance
· Working with sites to maximize financial, environmental, and community benefit
MaidEnergy has achieved all this with volunteer Directors, supported by committed volunteers and specialist contractors as required. MaidEnergy is part of Community Energy People and is now looking to employ a second co-ordinator to increase our capacity and improve the consistency of our response.
Job Title: MaidEnergy Project Co-ordinator
Terms: Probationary 6 month period. £14,000 for 15hrs per week (£35,000 FTE pro rata). Working hours can be flexible to fit around an existing role or circumstances.
Role: This is primarily a remote working role but with the support of MaidEnergy’s experienced team and monthly in-person meetings (usually in Maidenhead).
Post-holder priorities are to assist the MaidEnergy team with the following tasks:
· Support to the Board of Directors
· Monitoring performance of MaidEnergy’s existing estate, liaising with sites, and scheduling routine maintenance and identified repairs.

As the DAHA Programme Manager will oversee the development, delivery, and funding of the DAHA programme, ensuring it aligns with the business plan and strategy. This role is responsible for managing the DAHA accreditation framework, membership, training, and driving programme growth and sustainability. By leading the DAHA programme, the role directly contributes to improving the housing sector’s response to domestic abuse, ensuring survivors receive trauma-informed, needs-based housing support that enhances their safety and recovery.
Key Duties – What you will be doing:
- Lead and oversee the DAHA accreditation and assessment framework
- Manage Senior Regional Leads to ensure effective delivery of accreditation processes.

About the role

Although we work remotely with a team that is spread nationwide, this role does require someone that is based in or close to London in order to deliver our Westminster programme of activities.
We work flexibly and it won’t come as a surprise to you that we understand the challenge of caring commitments. We trust you to manage your time, but we do expect that most of your hours are worked during standard office hours so that we can collaborate as a team and engage with our coalition partners. Our core working day is a Thursday. As a fully remote team this helps us to stay in touch and connect.

Our growth means that we are now ready to spin out into a separate and independent legal entity. Analyse and scope political developments related to the early education and childcare workforce, identifying opportunities to engage and influence.

Support the organisation of Coalition in person and online events.

About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will find creative ways of building WaterAid’s online presence primarily through paid media channels.
In this role, you will take direct responsibility for developing and implementing key campaign and project strategies as well as identifying opportunities for growth within the digital programme.
You’ll also:
- Accountable for planning and executing integrated campaigns that combine digital and offline marketing channels to deliver cohesive, measurable results aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Responsible for budget management and reporting on income and expenditure.
- Work with external creative and media partners on projects within agreed budgets.
- Devise and execute a continuous programme of content optimisation and testing through a rigorous test to learn methodology, regularly monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns.
Requirements
You have a track record in and passion for digital marketing, with experience in paid digital media planning, buying and budget management.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience working on integrated digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing creative agencies to develop content and assets for paid digital campaigns.
- Experience in building and managing marketing campaigns on social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn), Google Ad campaign types and programmatic advertising, taking decisions, testing and publishing without supervision.
- The ability to analyse user experience data with CRO testing, conduct A/B tests, optimise conversion funnels, improve user experience working with our Digital Product team to implement changes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Lead on the management and development of our ecommerce sites (Shop for life and Store). Working with agencies and wider teams to ensure consistent updates and optimisations, creating and executing data -driven campaigns to maximise conversions and deliver growth.
- Knowledge of a range of measuring tools (including GA4) and the ability to understand and translate data and analytics into insight that can be understood and applied by wider teams.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Familiarity with owned, earned, and shared media.
- Experience creating and pitching business plans.
- Drupal website management and use of CMS.

The role

This role focusses on raising funds for Bowel Research UKs medical research projects and work that focuses on patient and public involvement. Funds raised will be a mix of restricted project funding and unrestricted funds that can support the organisations core operations.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
