As a Content Producer (Stories), you'll be pivotal in sourcing, capturing, and crafting impactful stories, highlighting the transformative impact Church Army has across the UK and Ireland.
You'll travel to various Church Army projects and Centres of Mission, collaborating with the Communications and Fundraising teams, including the Content Producer (Video), Copywriter, and Social Media Officer. You'll also work closely with the Brand and Content Lead to ensure our stories align with Church Army’s values and messaging.
Main Responsibilities
- Travelling to Church Army’s key projects and centres of Mission across the UK & Ireland to gather stories and insights from people we serve, volunteers, and staff.

About the Role
Chance UK has been delivering early-intervention services across London since 1995. Our longest running programme is our mentoring service where Mentors pick the child up from home and run a 1:1 session in the community, once a week for 2 hours. They use the solution-focused approach to work on building the child’s self-esteem and confidence, set goals and explore new places.
In addition, we are growing a range of community based groups running after school as well as some workshops delivered in schools which will support children with developing social and emotional skills and resilience through activities or skills development.
The balance between 1:1 work and group delivery will change according to services commissioned so the post holder will need to be flexible accordingly.
We are ideally looking for someone for this role who is in easy proximity to South London as we have a number of children South of the river that need support.

About the role
Advocates support people to express their views, understand their rights and make informed decisions. Dad Matters is a PAIR (Parent and Infant Relationship) project specifically for Dads during the peri-natal period (conception to a child’s 2nd birthday). Primarily the project aims to raise awareness amongst dads, the wider community, and other professionals of the importance of:
- Fully involving and valuing fathers in the pregnancy and early parenthood journey
- Supporting healthy mental well-being of fathers

This role aims to widen the projects impact by reaching more Dads This will involve increasing participation in classes and events and delivering 1-1 support to dads referred into the service. The role will be supported by and be part of the wider Dad Matters team as well as being part of Home-Start Manchester. Responsibilities will include directing dads to appropriate services, offering practical guidance for baby preparation and care, bonding and attachment and providing empathetic support.

Main Purpose of the Job
The Digital Enabler will work with the District Leadership Team and the Communications Officer to build the digital communications capacity of the District at every level, to facilitate effective participation by all members in the life of the church in the North West District, and to make use of new opportunities for mission and community-building in the digital sphere.

1.Create a digital strategy for the District, identifying the essential resources and support needed to enable full participation at every level, and the opportunities for missional work in the online world.

3.Build a network of “digital champions” within Circuits and provide advice and support for local training and capacity building.
4.Devise and deliver online training courses for Circuits and churches.
5.Develop a “Digital Community of Practice” across the District, and linking where appropriate across the Connexion, which will envisage and create new ways of being and growing church in the digital age.
6.Work with safeguarding officers to raise awareness of digital safeguarding issues, and create usable information and guidelines for Circuits and churches.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of how Feedback communicates our work to help achieve our strategic goals. This includes centring communities, building our public profile with key audiences including journalists, developing our range of allies, reflecting our understanding of historical injustice in the food system, and fostering an experimentation and learning culture. As Feedback has recently rebranded and changed its name, this role will involve carefully managing the journey of embarking with a new brand.
This role would suit an experienced communications professional who is excited to think deeply about the way communications can support systemic change in the food sector. Experience with managing relationships with journalists and media outlets, identifying and pursuing stories, managing change, and contributing to organisational learning will be important.

Disability Solutions West Midlands are seeking a motivated individual with an advice background who is looking for additional training to become our DisAbility Connect Project Worker. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of the health and social care/local community landscape and experience of working in the community advice sector, or social prescribing. Role Responsibilities:
You will be delivering a unique and innovative information and advice-based support and enablement service for people with disabilities who are living complex and challenging lives:
· Helping them to understand and identify the issues that are undermining their quality of life.
· Exploring options for solutions, opportunities, and ways forward with clients and helping them to make choices.
· Supporting clients’ development of action plans.
· Enabling clients to fulfil their action plans and gain the life-toolkit and ability to manage future setbacks and take advantage of new opportunities.
37 hours per week with starting salary of £23,698 with pension contribution and Employee Assistance Programme.
Currently office-based Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 08.30am-4.30pm, with other hours currently home-based (Wed, and Fri).

The Magic Club (CIO) is a charity in Claremont, Blackpool, working with young people aged 7-16 to support them to thrive; increasing skills, accessing new opportunities, developing relationships and having loads of fun. We currently deliver youth club sessions four evenings each week in term time from our own venue, offering a diverse and high quality range of activities and project work. We also deliver detached youth work, Duke of Edinburgh and Arts Award programmes, AQAs, trips, residentials, holiday programmes, 1-2-1 and small group work, projects and youth volunteering, all served up with really tasty food. We are recruiting for a Senior Youth (Support) Worker to join our small, friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled colleague, with the vision, knowledge and commitment to lead on the delivery of our curriculum, projects, club sessions and activities with, and for, the young people of Claremont.
You will support our team of youth support workers, volunteers and Peer Educators, helping them to use their knowledge and experience for the benefit of our members. Our service is commissioned by Norfolk and Waveney ICB to provide support and advice, resources and signposting to parents/carers of children or young people awaiting assessment for Autism or ADHD.

Your impact – For families awaiting assessment for Autism / ADHD in the area, to offer individual or virtual (via zoom or teams) telephone support to include giving information, advice and guidance, signposting, referring to other agencies as appropriate, attending relevant family support meetings. This may also include occasional home visits.
Facilitating support groups for families awaiting assessment for ASD/ADHD in the area. Co-production of parent-led groups and parent forums, co-facilitating courses for parents/carers such as the 3 week Plan Bee course.
Working with the co-ordinator to develop relationships with schools, pre-schools, children’s health services and children’s social services and, in particular, NCHC Neurodevelopmental Teams to provide co-ordinated support to families.
Your skills - To join us as Family Support Worker you will have experience of working or volunteering with families in the community. A relevant qualification in child and family work is desirable. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in using IT to deliver support, record casework, write reports and input data.
You’ll be an effective communicator who excels at building trusting and empowering relationships with individuals. You will be compassionate and empathic, with a good understanding of child development and in particular of Autism and ADHD and the impact this can have on children and their families. Experience of delivering evidence-based programmes for parents and/or of facilitating group work. Committed and willing to promote inclusion and equality of opportunity for all.
