Salary
The salary for this position is £30,619 per annum. 

As Fundraising Training Executive, you will:

• Get to travel extensively across the UK, in helping support the delivery of fundraising training and quality control activities for our face-to-face fundraisers, 
• Be working closely with our Supporter Relations team and prominent agencies managing complaints and positive feedback to ensure a good supporter experience.
• Use your ‘detective skills’ in mystery shopping our face-to-face fundraisers to ensure they are adhering to necessary fundraising regulations.
• Be part of a team who are passionate about fundraising compliance and training.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• You have knowledge of the Fundraising Code of Practice and how it applies to face-to-face fundraising 
• Some experience of training techniques which will work across different training needs and styles of learning  
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to enable effective working with third party agencies, and internal stakeholders   
• Strong attention to detail

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team and use your fundraising experience to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families. As Head of Fundraising, you will lead a team of two fundraisers to develop relationships and generate income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools and parishes.

We are seeking 2 Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work across London to provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed emotional support, working in partnership with other London sexual violence support services. 

Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and relational approach to working with clients.  You will have the ability to build trusting relationships, work in an empowering and inclusive way and support clients to heal following sexual abuse and develop coping capacity. You will be a self-motivated individual who will engage with a wider range of people who have experience sexual violence, and other barriers to justice.

A fast-expanding IAPT compliant Service requires a service administrator to support a team of volunteer counsellors.  Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a local, independent mental health charity, working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organizations to provide a range of services to the local community. Specific Duties

• Manage a complex caseload across the field of immigration, nationality and asylum law.

As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.

We are looking for an individual with significant MEL experience, ideally in relation to education programmes in low resource settings of Uganda, Zambia, and/or Ghana. Experience in fulfilling institutional donor requirements is desirable, ideally to include USAID and/or FCDO. 

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to guide, motivate and support members of the wider global MEL team. You will be highly experienced in working with data, and have strong data analysis skills. You will be part of a hard-working, growing and highly effective team who support one another to achieve impact. We are looking for a Programme Assistant to support the delivery of the Development programmes team which delivers over 200 training and development activities annually for NHS boards and foundation trust governors.

The Development Programmes Assistant is a newly created role in the team and will work closely with the whole of the Development programmes team in providing effective programme administrative support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build their programme and event experience in a busy, high-performing team working across two of NHS Providers’ successful programmes – GovernWell and the Board development programme.

Job Description

• Organise and direct the on-site learning programme.
• Recruit and assess students with disabilities for the programme.
• Plan and deliver daily classroom activities and lesson plans to achieve the Pearson’s Employability Award (Entry Level 3 – Level 2).
• Support interns in developing portfolios, achieving accreditation, and obtaining recommendation letters.
• Oversee interns' emotional and social welfare.
• Collaborate with local authorities and businesses, attending meetings to address student progression and employment needs.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and career plans for students.
• Ensure interns understand their roles through host business inductions.
• Work with job coaches and managers to create and modify internship sites.
• Support interns at worksite placements, including job coaching and identifying placements.

Do you have experience working with families and children aged 0-13, a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable families and a relevant vocational or academic qualification?

Welcare is recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to deliver a broad-based preventative support service for families with children up to the age of 13 in partnership with schools, churches, the local authority and other agencies, in the London boroughs of Bromley and Greenwich.  Local knowledge of Bromley and Greenwich areas would be an advantage.

You will be delivering practical and emotional support to enhance the life chances of children who have experienced domestic abuse and social isolation through one-to-one support and group work programmes.  The post requires working with families in person and online remote working.  The office base is in Community House, Bromley.

General Duties:

1. To promote the programmes of work and manage the external and internal referral process including the assessment of need, risk and safeguarding concerns.

2. Hold a caseload of 4 families delivering “whole family” or targeted interventions.

3. Lead and facilitate community group work programmes including 6 #CapeAbility in Schools programme which aims to build resilience and self-esteem for children in key stage 2.

4. Lead and facilitate groupwork programmes for parents such Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities and Child Overcoming Domestic Abuse.

5. Safeguard the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults you work with directly and take appropriate action if escalation is needed.

6. To provide practical and emotional support to families or advocacy and signposting to specialist and universal services where appropriate.

7. Ensuring that the voices and views of children and young people are sought, heard and represented appropriately.

8. Attend designated meetings with multi-agency professionals and act as lead professional where appropriate to support the Team Around the Child/Family or Early Help Assessment (EHA).
