Langley now has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and results-driven Head of Property with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team. This role is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £52.628 per annum. This role is home based but will require frequent travel to Coventry, and further travel to our services across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all residential accommodation is well managed, in accordance with ROSH regulatory standards, decent homes standards and any other relevant legislation.
• Lead the Property team and be a role model, demonstrating Christian values and understand, demonstrate and articulate the Christian ethos at the heart of the organisational work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader and as a manager of staff. Provide pastoral signposting to staff as required.
• Coach, manage and develop the Property team to ensure that they have the required skills to deal with enquiries and deliver a high-quality service.
• Manage and direct the activities the Property team in conjunction with the Buildings Managers and to ensure staff are kept up to date with current best practice, professional methodology in accordance with relevant legislation and effective contract management.
• Ensure the effective delivery of the objectives of the Trusts Asset Strategy 

In addition, the successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

Internation Mission to Jewish People (IMJP) is looking for an experienced Trust Fundraiser to join their Fundraising and Communications Team, focusing on Trusts and taking this key area to the next level.

About you:

Using your excellent communication and relationship building skills you will be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with key trusts and grant making bodies in order to develop and sustain current relationships as well as progress and nurture new ones and secure more high level funding applications (£2 - £2.5k plus).

You’ll be proactive and self motivated, able to plan ahead and work to deadlines, using your attention to detail and current knowledge of regulations and fundraising best practise to be successful in your role. Your experience in writing tailored and high quality applications will be key and an asset to the team!

You'll bring your previous experience as a trust fundraiser to hit the ground running and pick up the current portfolio whilst also exploring and researching new avenues for trusts and grant application potential that will leverage a range of opportunities available.

To support people affected by macular disease now, the Macular Society provides a range of support, information and services. Our research programme is focused on finding new treatments and a cure to beat macular disease forever.

An experienced Legacy and In Memory fundraising or marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing campaigns aimed at creating legacy awareness, securing legacy pledges and increasing in memory donations for the Macular Society.

You’ll be familiar with and comfortable analysing data and insights that inform decision making and approaches towards legacy and in memory marketing, ensuring these activities are well targeted and effective, using a range of channels.

About the role

Corporate Partnerships are a vital income stream for Habitat for Humanity GB, and with the guidance of our Head of Corporate, the Corporate Partnership Manager will work to maximize fundraising opportunities and strengthen relationships with our current partners.

What the role involves

The Partnerships Manager will help to retain long term support and drive growth within in our portfolio for Habitat for Humanity GB. With an understanding of corporate partnerships and a passion for the charity sector and international humanitarian work, you will work as part of a team to ensure long-term relationships are fostered. Principle activities will include:

· Develop creative and innovative fundraising strategies for corporate partnerships, including writing proposals and pitches.

· Foster long-term relationships with partners through personalized and proactive engagement.

· Collaborate across the network to implement global partnership activations locally.

Experience

· Previous experience of raising funds from Corporate Partners for development programs across the world and in the UK.

· Strong research and analysis tools and ability to conduct desk based research to understand strategic synergies between organisations.

• Exceptional writing skills, able to produce information and compelling -proposals, and reports.

You will lead the growth of our Individual Giving programme, bringing new donors on board across traditional and digital streams. You will be responsible for the retention and reactivation of supporters, maximising their lifetime value; ensuring the best possible supporter experience and delivering annual net income growth in individual giving.

You will also lead our small legacy programme, which has huge ambition for growth; maximising the opportunities available to encourage new and current supporters to leave a gift in their Will. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being a collaborative team member. You will be supported by the Head of Public Fundraising to achieve transformational results across Individual Giving and Legacies. And ultimately you will be contributing towards changing the future for people living with Parkinson’s across the world.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organisational Funding Manager to act as a point of contact between 10 voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, Auriga Services and Utilita Giving. Building positive relationships with all stakeholders to successfully deliver the place-based support element of the Utilita Giving pilot.

As a Organisational Funding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of investment funds, ensuring their efficient operation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship and contract between Auriga Services and Utilita Giving.
• Meet key reporting deadlines, collecting data and information to the relevant boards both internally and externally.
• Ensure the operational team achieves all contractual obligations and where delivery is off track action is taken immediately.
• Lead day to day contract management of all 10 community organisations who are selected to deliver the pilot service, 5 in Leicester & 5 in Luton.
• Work with the funded organisations to deliver key reporting deadlines, collecting and collating data and information relative to the pilot.
• Shape and design efficient reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes for all 10 community organisations.
• Track budgets and spending to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor outcomes and KPI’s of each funded organisation to ensure they remain on target to meet their pilot outputs.
• Support effective working relationships across the business and act as an ambassador, advocating with external organisations.
• Travel, as necessary (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to have presence on site in both Leicester & Luton, engaging with the funded organisations which Utilita Giving are funding. It is expected that the Organisational Funding Manager will visit each organisation at least once per month. All expenses will be paid.

As our Statutory Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you will manage existing and develop new commissioner and partner relationships across local and central government, voluntary sector partnerships and other funding bodies, to ensure we can meet the needs of the increasing number of women we support across London and build on our systems influencing work nationally.

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.04m and 41 staff in 2023/24. You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. We are focused on developing innovative mental health services for young women and girls, launching peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. About the role 

You will be responsible for all aspects of communicating about, operational administration of and monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the programme.  Using data and insights to analyse the efficiency and impact of the awards made, you will recommend development of programme principles, criteria and operational delivery processes.

• Lead the operational management and delivery of the end to end Personal Assistance Grants programme process whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Manage all required records and systems for grants awarded including financial requirements
• Lead and develop sustainable volunteer grants panel involvement that is representative of the communities the charity aims to support
• Manage and develop systems to monitor, review and evaluate the efficiency of the grants process and impact of grants awarded and recommend ongoing improvements
• Create relevant and appropriate communications, marketing and reports for the programme for a range of audiences and purposes

2makeit helps rehabilitate prisoners and ex-prisoners by offering them creative expression through programmes using music and the arts, mentoring, advice and guidance.

This part-time, maternity cover role co-ordinating the growth of 2makeit’s work supporting the rehabilitation of offenders in the community is home-based with travel around London and the South East and involves:
