We are looking for someone to join our team supporting Unpaid Carers in Lewisham in a part-time admin role based at our Carers Hub at Glass Mill Leisure Centre. Our activities programme offers Unpaid Carers the opportunity to have a break from their caring responsibilities in a social environment where they can meet other carers and focus on their wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with the service manager to plan and arrange a wide programme of activities for young and adult Unpaid Carers. This will involve liaising with providers, ensuring health and safety, insurance and other checks are in place, arranging resources and refreshments, completing risk assessments and booking venues.
You will promote activities to Unpaid Carers, manage bookings and respond to queries. As the role is based in our Carers Hub, you will interact with Unpaid Carers visiting the team or enquiring about the service. You will also provide additional admin support to the team as needed.
Applicants should have experience in an admin role and excellent customer service skills. You will require exceptional communication, organisational and written skills, and should be a proactive and creative thinker. You must be proficient in using Word and Excel, with experience of using databases.
The part-time hours (22.5) can be worked as 3 full days or shorter days across the week. Some flexibility is required for occasional evenings or Saturday working.

Summary
This is an exciting time for the Philanthropy and Partnerships team as we develop a rich and evolving portfolio of strategic projects that will appeal to a wide range of funders. As the Trusts and Statutory Officer, you'll play a crucial role in driving fundraising for our new strategic focus on key priorities identified by people living with diabetes. You'll be responsible for bringing in income of circa £200,000 for the Trusts and Statutory team from a high-volume portfolio, with a view to increasing its value year on year.

Main Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the small trusts portfolio to maximise income generation (circa 200k), submitting bids under £20k and stewarding funders. You'll work closely with the Partnership Manager and the Prospect Research and Data Officer to identify funders and submit compelling proposals that accurately reflect both funder criteria and organisational funding priorities.
You'll work with colleagues across the charity to ensure grant conditions are met and deliver excellent stewardship practices.

Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. This role comes at an exciting time with the opportunity to lead the growth of MQ’s Development Team as we expand our capacity across all these areas of income generation. Here's a summary of your key responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the MQ Development Team, managing the current team of five to deliver our £3m 2025 budget

About you:
This role is for you, if you have fundraising experience with grants and foundations as well as corporate fundraising and/or new business acquisition experience. This means you will have experience in stewarding and securing new gifts from foundations as well as researching new opportunities to apply for funds.
You will also be skilled in understanding and translating complex information and turning it in to compelling written proposals, for grants, corporate partnerships and major donors.
You will be driven to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest possible standards and be a sophisticated communicator with the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues and donors.
We do require someone who is proactive, hardworking and results-focused.
Experience of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge/NXT is desirable but not essential.

This new role within the Operations Directorate will manage our existing portfolio of national skills competitions, work with the wider team and network to develop our offering to ensure we are aligned with the UK economic priorities. Role purpose

1. Management of a portfolio of national skills competitions across a range of industry sectors:

Your role
War Child is sector leading with our heritage, connections, and relationships in the world of music, gaming, and events. Support to secure funding from institutional and trust donors

You are
· Committed to War Child’s mission, vision and values
· Experienced in Trusts & Foundations fundraising and Institutional funding (particularly FCDO)
· Able to demonstrate research skills used in a role
· Organised with the ability to plan, design systems, prioritise workload, manage your own time and meet deadlines under pressure
· An excellent verbal communicator, confident in dealing with people at all levels, externally and internally, with the ability to influence and negotiate
· An excellent written communicator able to write and produce compelling fundraising proposals and reports
· Interested and knowledgeable in current developments and trends in the international aid sector
· Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work independently
· A team player who enjoys building relationships and working with a wide range of stakeholders internationally
· Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
· Experienced in or able to use a Client Record Management system
· Able to speak French, Arabic or Spanish (not required but desirable)

They are seeking an inspirational communicator to step into the spotlight as the Community Partnerships Manager in the vibrant North West of England. Joining forces with a fantastic team of 7 other Community Partnership Managers across the UK, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to growing awareness, funds, and support. You’ll also have opportunities to visit projects overseas and see the life changing work first-hand.
To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate experience of:
- Being an engaging public speaker – ideally to a range of audiences including churches, community groups, and businesses;
- Proven success in fundraising or sales;
- A confident networker that can build strong relationships;
- Experience in managing volunteers;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
