Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the People function with strategic and operational oversight of all HR activities, aligning with organisational goals and values.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on staff development plans and lead and measure staff engagement and support broader cultural development efforts.
• Partner with managers across the organisation to develop their skills and ensure consistency in approach.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes, with varying levels of complexity.
• Lead and continuously improve recruitment practices, driving forward our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, embedding it into all areas of people practice.

The Fundraising Executives provide support to the wider Fundraising team assisting with all aspects of fundraising activity. Three Fundraising Executives are managed by the Head of Fundraising and support fundraising activity across 11 segments of income generation.

The role provides an opportunity to gain a level of understanding and knowledge about each income stream and donor stewardship.

The Fundraising Executive is a varied role with involvement in each stage of fundraising activity, from research and planning to campaign or event delivery and then income processing and thanking of donors and supporters.

The Digital Strategy team helps create and manage content across multiple digital platforms, all in service of advancing Open Society brand, advocacy, and issues.  

Role Purpose:

This position will be responsible for harnessing the power of digital content, platforms, and performance data to amplify OSF’s advocacy efforts, brand identity, and issues. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies to advance OSF's advocacy, issue, and brand identity goals. 

• Manage content across social platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and other digital mediums such as websites, videos, and email. 

• Oversee content calendars for social media, websites, email, and other digital channels; ensures all content aligns with OSF brand guidelines and messaging. 

• Monitor, interpret, and report on social media and digital performance metrics from various sources, including web analytics, social platforms, email, and paid advertising campaigns. 

• Manage digital projects and initiatives in coordination with other teams and external vendors, agencies, and partners. 

The ideal candidate:

• Substantial experience working in digital communications with a proven track record in project management across multiple projects  

• Broad experience working with contact and content management systems and social media publishing platforms   

• Experience writing and managing content for large, global properties and accounts   

• Superior writing and editing skills (in English) and experience producing and managing digital content, including messaging and short form social media content    

• Expertise in building and managing a digital platform strategy, content calendaring, and audience engagement    

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media

The Advertising Standards Authority plays a crucial role at the heart of the UK’s media and communications landscape, ensuring that advertising across all platforms is legal, decent, honest, and truthful. As the UK’s independent advertising regulator, the ASA upholds high standards, protects the public, and builds trust in advertising by working collaboratively with industry, consumers, and other stakeholders.

We are looking to appoint a part-time finance business partner who can lead our continuing financial planning and analysis work and introduce a high-performing business partnering function.  The successful person will be an excellent collaborator and be able to present complex financial information in an accessible way, draw insights and make recommendations.  They will have good commercial acumen and be a champion for improving business processes.  They will work closely with the senior management team and the ASA’s wider management community and be a member of the corporate services management team.

Key areas of responsibilities;

• Set the agenda. Run the annual budget cycle and three year forecasts, gathering income and cost plans from every area and presenting clear analysis to the Senior Management Team.
• Be the go to partner. Guide budget holders through monthly spend reviews, delivering accurate quarterly forecasts, variance commentary and practical advice.
• Power our people plans. Work with HR on annual pay awards, salary budgeting and head count modelling.
• Fuel new opportunities. Build pricing models and robust costings for new services or funding bids, and make sure invoicing is timely and exact.
• Advise the top table. Act as a trusted sounding board to directors, translating financial data into strategic options and risk aware recommendations.
• Model what’s next. Provide ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to underpin projects across the ASA.
• Turn data into insight. Collaborate with systems developers to create dashboards that convert numbers into narrative.
• Streamline how we work. Spot process pain points and lead optimisation initiatives that save time and money.
• Raise financial acumen. Deliver training that gives non finance managers the confidence to own their numbers.

What you’ll bring

• Qualification. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA – or equivalent experience that proves you know your stuff.
• Sharp communication. You make the complicated simple and can challenge constructively at every level.
• Commercial mindset. Comfortable building models from scratch, interrogating large datasets and spotting the story behind the figures.
• Tech fluency. Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills; experience with BI tools or dashboarding platforms is a plus.

Together Women is looking for an outstanding Senior Manager to lead our Humberside team, and to manage our busy and vibrant Women’s Centre in Hull City Centre, as well as our hubs across Bridlington, Beverley and Goole.

Together Women is an award-winning charity that supports women and girls across the North of England, with particular focus on women who are involved in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system. Our vision is for women and girls to feel safe, valued and in control of their own life choices.

From our Women Centres, we provide tailored support across a range of different pathways, including housing, domestic abuse, debt and unemployment. As a charity led by women, for women, we provide trauma informed, holistic support to help break cycles of trauma, abuse and re-offending, and evoke systems change.

Women become involved in the Criminal Justice System for a complex range of reasons. In our gender-specific centres, we provide holistic support to women by women, to overcome challenges and address needs. We support women build upon their strengths and work through any barriers that are preventing them from progressing and achieving their potential.

Role summary

As Senior Manager for Humberside Women’s Centres you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our centres and contract delivery in Humberside. Working closely with the Director of Services and supported by a senior key worker your focus will be on providing high quality, trauma-responsive support to women with experience of, or at risk of entering the criminal justice system.

You will lead on managing and delivering our contracts across Humberside to ensure our operational and strategic objectives are met. You will also focus on building excellent relationships with funders and key partners and identifying new partnership and advocacy opportunities.

Supported by a Senior Key Worker, your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of our Women's Centres and contract delivery partners across various locations, including our Hull Women’s Centre, our Hubs in Goole, Beverley, and Bridlington, as well as partnerships in Grimsby and Scunthorpe. 

Managing a team of Key Workers, you will be responsible for ensuring women and girls receive an exceptional service from within a safe, trauma-responsive, women-only spaces. Working alongside our statutory and non-statutory partners in Criminal Justice and Health and Social Care, you will ensure the continued strategic development of the Women’s Centre and represent Together Women at local and regional level.

Your responsibilities will also include identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, and ensuring the continuity of existing services through effective contract management. As a forward-thinking individual, you will contribute to the wider strategic direction of the organisation as part of the senior management team, which will entail submitting high-quality monitoring reports to funders, line and team management, and contributing to the ongoing development of the vision, mission and values of Together Women.

Key accountabilities

Humberside service delivery

· Provide strategic and operational management for Together Women’s services across Humberside, including our Hull Centre and our Goole, Beverley and Bridlington Hubs.

· Lead on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our work across Humberside, and embed Together Women’s values across everything we do.

· Ensure all TW policies and procedures, including safeguarding are implemented, overseeing appropriate staff training and support.

People management

· Effectively manage a dispersed team, promoting collaboration, cohesion and consistency in delivery and approach, and promote a great workplace culture.

· Line manage direct reports, ensuring all staff receive regular support, supervision and performance review, case management support, and training and development.

· Effectively manage staff resourcing, ensuring we have a fully staffed team with the skills and competencies to provide high quality, trauma-informed services.

· Develop great working relationships across the organisation and build an open, inclusive and collaborative senior management culture.

Contracts and partnerships

· Lead and manage our statutory and non-statutory contract delivery partners.

· Oversee effective performance management of services; identifying risks, monitoring targets, assessing delivery standards, and ensuring requirements and quality standards are met.

· Lead, manage and develop effective service governance, quality assurance and auditing systems.

· Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including commissioners, funders, delivery partners and wider stakeholders

· Oversee systems and processes for obtaining feedback from stakeholders, including service users, in order to inform and improve service delivery

Financials and reporting

· Manage the operational budget, ensuring services operate within budgets and any variations are identified and reviewed

· Prepare and present accurate, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.

· Identify relevant funding opportunities and prepare funding applications in collaboration with the leadership team, to support long-term sustainability of our services.

· Lead on development, implementation and management of our monitoring and evaluation systems and processes, to evidence the need, reach and impact of our work.

About the role

As one of two Regional Programmes Manager, you’ll inspire and lead a team of Senior Programmes Officers and Kinship Family Workers to effectively deliver high quality support services for kinship families across Greater London, the South of England and the Midlands.

You’ll do this by working in close collaboration with local authority teams who have commissioned our services and other funders where appropriate.

You’ll have accountability and ownership for ensuring we deliver impactful services for kinship carers and that we meet targets for our commissioned services. Working collaboratively with our other managers in other services, you’ll ensure we’re delivering high impact programmes.

You’ll ensure your team have real clarity and direction on their role and responsibilities - encouraging curiosity, learning and solutions-focused thinking. As a leader in the organisation, you are a key model for the team.

Your team will deliver the following programmes:

• Kinship Connected – in-person one-to-one support and support groups in the community
• Kinship Reach – remote one-to-one support and virtual support groups
• Kinship Ready – online workshops to prepare new and prospective special guardians for their role, as well as wraparound one-to-one support (in one local authority)

You will also manage a new role of Grants Officer - London, funded by the Aviva Foundation.

As one of our deputy safeguarding leads, you’ll be part of our key safeguarding structure.  This means you’ll take ownership to make sure our people feel confident and well supported to demonstrate best practice and making sure safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of programmes, supporting mostly home-based Senior Programmes Workers and Kinship Family Workers to ensure high quality, consistent and impactful programme delivery.

• Meet performance targets as directed.

• Create and keep developing processes and systems which support consistency across all programmes, ensuring good quality documentation and manualisation on Notion.so

• Develop quality assurance frameworks with other service managers and directors.

• Support your team to establish and deliver in-person and virtual peer support groups regionally and generate engagement with kinship carers.

• Line management and supervision of Senior Programmes Workers and Kinship Family Workers as required.

• Actively encourage personal development and support staff to deliver key targets and outcomes and ensure high levels of wellbeing.

• Work with the Director of Services and Digital, Head of Programmes and the Business Development team to develop proposals and present to local authorities to secure commissions.

• Manage the delivery of commissioned contracts through collaborative relationships with local authorities, ensuring targets are met.

• Manage the programmes and services within budget, in accordance with Kinship’s financial procedures and ensure the reporting of progress in line with funder requirements.

• Work actively and positively with other managers within Kinship to ensure sharing of best practice, problem solving, relevant connections and consistency of delivery across England and Wales.

• Act as a deputy safeguarding lead at Kinship

Essential requirements include:

• Substantial experience in managing a regional service or programme with high quality outputs (national experience desirable but not essential).
• Substantial experience of managing, developing and evaluating effective and innovative services for families experiencing crisis and experience in reaching ‘hidden communities’ and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience of leading and managing continuous improvement in changing contexts.
• Experience of governance and managing risk on high profile service delivery.
• Experience of ensuring that services are designed and led with user needs at the heart, ensuring that the voices of our kinship carers inform ongoing design and development of our programmes.
• High quality digital and data literacy and using technology to help us to be better in our processes. You’ll have to own Salesforce and be a massive champion for the team. You will be accountable for ensuring they use it well.
• Substantial experience of leading high-performing service teams including managing wellbeing, development and performance.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our team of six Strategic Partnership Advisors across England. In this role, you will support key partners, including Active Partnerships, National Governing Bodies of Sport, local authorities, and leisure providers to become more effective in their role of enabling more disabled people to be active.

You will possess a strong understanding of the sport and activity sector, including its operations, and be able to advocate for improvements that help more disabled people become active. Additionally, you will be aware of the broader systems and barriers that disabled people encounter in sports and activities, as well as organisations such as disabled people’s user-led organisations and various charities, to build relationships and foster effective cross-sector partnerships.

We are looking for an individual with experience of working strategically at a place based and/or locality level within the South West region. Someone who can positively influence local developments, systems and investments to tackle the inequalities disabled people face in sport and activity through inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will work remotely from home and be based in the South West region. This role will involve travel across the region and occasional travel to our Loughborough and Manchester offices.

This role is full-time (36 hours) and permanent.

The successful post holder will have experience in leading the development of well-written, compelling proposals and reports to charitable trusts and corporate foundations; demonstrating key relationship management skills to ensure all our funders feel part of Groundswell’s mission. In a recent survey of our staff, more than three-quarters reported St Hilda's as a great place to work, and this role will help embed best practice relating to employment and volunteering to ensure we can build upon this positivity. The postholder will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and the Board, including a Trustee who has several decades experience as a HR manager and consultant. The role would highly suit someone in the early stages of their career in HR wishing to expand upon their experience or, alternatively, someone with a career in HR behind them, looking for a change of scene and to get involved in a mission driven charity. 

The postholder will provide support and guidance on HR matters to all staff and managers, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This job is for you, if you:

We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.

In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).

You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules. 
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members. 
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
• Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager.

• Experience of working with busy stakeholders, especially those who work on a voluntary basis

The role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Programmes Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our international programs. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with extensive programme management experience and a deep commitment to our mission.

The Senior Programmes Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are effectively designed and delivered, meet the needs of the communities and animals we serve, and align with our organizational strategy and donor expectations.
