Job Purpose
The Hartlepool Programme Coordinator post is an exciting role with Tutor Trust.
You will assist the Partnership Operations team by liaising with local schools and organising tuition within the Hartlepool area. This will include attending meetings both face to face and online, coordinating tuition sessions and arranging tutor cover etc. You will also support the tutor recruitment and training process in Hartlepool and help to ensure that it runs smoothly. You will also maintain and improve systems for the benefit of all our tutors, including ongoing tutor support.

Main Functions
· Assist with setting up and managing tuition assignments across multiple schools across Hartlepool
· To assist in the recruitment process for new tutors, including short listing and interviewing
· Attending face to face and Teams introductory and review meetings between tutors and teachers
· Assist in developing closer relations between tutors and opportunities for networking and working together
· Assist in the recruitment, development and delivery of training for tutors
· Take part in general induction presentations and other events to promote the Tutor Trust both internally and externally
· Help with preparation for Tutor Trust events aimed at a range of stakeholders
· Participate in project work
· Assist other staff to complete a variety of administrative tasks that enable the Tutor Trust to operate effectively and efficiently

Person Specification
Good candidates for this role will be high achievers, with excellent IT and English skills, diplomatic and inter-personal skills, and plenty of initiative.

· Educated to degree level or can demonstrate experience of administrative skills in a previous role (either paid or voluntary)
· Excellent communication skills with ability to establish a rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and from all sectors
· The ability to work under pressure to cope with multiple demands and deadlines, to work fast and to a consistently high standard

We are seeking a Research Funding Officer (Research Impact) to work mainly on our Research Grant Programme. The Research Funding Officer (Research Impact) will work mainly on the post award phase (e.g. active monitoring of funded projects, liaison with our grant holders, supporting our Academy programme initiative and evaluation of the impact of our funded research).
You will have experience working in a fast-paced research environment, whether in academia or research administration/management. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills are essential for engaging a diverse range of audiences. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of statistical analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or Nutrition is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred but not essential. An interest in science communication and social media is also desirable.

The role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with the Southern Gas Network (SGN) to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.

About You

Strong understanding of international standards on press freedom and/or the media law/policy landscape. Understanding of the legal needs of journalists and media outlets in the global south or Central/Eastern Europe/FSU an advantage

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Donor Engagement Officer to join our Fundraising and Communications Team, which brings funding in for our services and works to raise our profile. The team run marketing and fundraising campaigns and support the wider organisation through internal and external communications.
In delivering the role, you will grow our fundraised income through donations and fundraising, along with being responsible for nurturing relationships with our existing supporters and developing new ones.
You will maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), carry out email marketing and be responsible for our fundraising materials. You'll support our marketing and fundraising campaigns and create compelling content that drives engagement.
In addition, you will also create and deliver impactful communications that support promotional and fundraising activities and campaigns.
The role will be based onsite at our Hove office, with some travel across Sussex and Surrey. Hybrid working considered with one-two days working from home.

Our charity
The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming ‘Home from Home’
where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we’re more than bricks and mortar,
our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it.
Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing
around 3,500 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the
hospital means that they can be by their sick child’s side and have one less thing to worry
about.
The role
This is a wide-ranging community fundraising role. Activities include supporting family
fundraising and third-party events in the south such as The Royal Parks Half Marathon and
The Brighton Marathon. You will be required to forge, develop and grow new and existing
fundraising opportunities and relationships with local businesses, community organisations
and schools.
Key to this, is the provision of a sensitive and effective supporter journey for new and
existing supporters.
Also, you will work collaboratively with the fundraising department and the
communications and marketing team to ensure effective integration of campaigns and
activities.
You will actively cultivate and recruit new and existing supporters and volunteers to
participate in a range of third-party events and support the organisation.
You will lead on Supermarket charitable schemes, including research, support with copy
and applications to reach targets set for this area of income.
About you
Ideally you have successful community fundraising experience including provision of a good
supporter journey.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will equally be as
comfortable supporting families who stay with us who want to fundraise, as you are
presenting to a room full of students, or potential volunteers.
You have good organisational skills and are comfortable working to objectives and targets.
You are able to work with a level of autonomy and innovation to develop your fundraising
portfolio and to increase our profile particularly in the areas close to our houses.
Ultimately this is a great role for anyone who loves community fundraising and
understands that no two days are the same.

Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Community Fundraising Team.
This role calls for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organised person who shares our values. The role will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day activity of the Community Fundraising Team in undertaking a wide variety of fundraising activities.
Key responsibilities:
· Support the Community Fundraising Team with the administration of bespoke, third party and donor led events. Including (but not limited to) sending packs and resources out, communication of event information and appropriate thanking.
