Reporting to the Head of Policy and Research, you will ensure Action for Children continues to influence and change UK Government policy through effective policy and research work that leads to lasting change in children's lives.

Ashinaga UK is seeking a driven and well-organised Partnerships Manager to propel our fundraising efforts, with the goal of advancing the Ashinaga Africa Initiative by securing funding to create new scholarships and opportunities for orphaned youth. This role will play a key part in expanding our impact and supporting the education and leadership development of young leaders from sub-Saharan Africa.
The Ashinaga movement was founded in Japan in the 1960s and has since expanded across the globe, empowering over 110,000 orphaned youth with access to education and support to achieve their full potential. The Ashinaga Africa Initiative was launched 10 years ago with the aim of equipping future leaders for Africa through undergraduate scholarships and leadership development opportunities. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for securing and building funding partnerships, overseeing external communications, and spearheading grant applications. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Managing Director to develop and execute the fundraising strategy.
- Manage existing funding partnerships and establish new relationships to further Ashinaga UK’s mission.
- Secure partnerships with corporations, foundations, individual donors, and UK universities.
- Identify new funding opportunities, cultivate relationships, write proposals, and report on progress.
- Write high-quality grant proposals to secure funding from grant-making bodies.

The Associate Director for Examinations and Training is a crucial and influential role at the College, as you will be responsible for providing leadership on the division’s work in relation to examinations, assessment and training standards, digital development and the College’s international relationships.

Role responsibilities
· Proactive and effective contribution to the Senior Leadership Team towards the achievement of our overall organisational strategy, with direct responsibility for leading on the second key objective of our Changing Communities theme.
· Development and delivery of an innovative income maximisation helpline across England and Wales, in collaboration with the Citizens Advice England & Wales, along with other key organisations in the anti-poverty sector, offering immediate telephone advice and support to people facing crisis through c130 FTE trained specialist advice workers.
· Development and delivery of income maximisation programmes in NI and Scotland to support people in crisis to access advice and holistic support
· Lead and develop a high-performing team of c25 in order to support every food bank to develop and execute a strategic plan in each of their communities, that seeks to improve the local referral pathways, putting advice at the front end of the journey for people in crisis, to include the delivery of a strategic grant programme of c. £15 million to embed financial inclusion initiatives.
· Ensure that all financial inclusion service provision is underpinned by sustained and meaningful participation from people with lived experience, ensuring the journey of the person in crisis is continuously improved through utilising data and sector learning on best practice for effective service delivery across channels, considering barriers, gaps and referral pathways

Liberty is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to undertake a number of interesting short-term projects for a fixed term of 12 months to improve the efficiency of its operations. The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with the Head of HR & Operations, Finance and Operations Director and external contacts to critically review several support systems and databases and recommend improved infrastructure at Liberty.
The successful candidate must have experience of having specified, sourced and implemented new database solutions in other organisations and a familiarity with a variety of monitoring, learning and evaluation frameworks, concepts, practices and procedures. An excellent project manager with experience of delivering projects to budget and on time and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, motivating them through change, the successful candidate will be energised by delivering concurrent projects at pace.

The Role
As a Public Programmes Coordinator, you will plan and co-ordinate inspiring outdoor learning experiences for families and adults across the Royal Parks.
Developing resources and delivering activities, you will work closely with volunteers and partners to engage visitors and foster a greater understanding of nature, heritage, and wellbeing.
You will help diversify our audiences and extend a warm welcome to those facing barriers to visiting.
Additionally, you will:
- Co-ordinate and deliver family activity days, walking tours, and workshops
- Supervise Walking tour volunteers and freelance staff to ensure the successful running of activities
- Create and update learning resources to maintain fresh and relevant programme content
- Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld during activities
- Track participant feedback and update monitoring and evaluation records
About You
To be considered as a Public Programmes Coordinator, you will need:
- Experience delivering nature, heritage, or wellbeing activities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience of adapting outdoor sessions according to weather conditions, the needs of each group and other unforeseen circumstances
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging sessions
