What do I need?
You will have previous experience managing teams (managers) in supported living, ideally supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
You will have a clear understanding of the expectations set by our regulators, the CQC.
You will need previous experience in managing and maintaining a budget.
A proven history in driving and maintaining KPIs, compliance, and quality.
A confident use of tools like Word, Excel, and other everyday IT systems.
You will need to work flexibly, as required and be prepared to frequently travel across the area

Job Purpose
As BSR’s Membership Manager you will be responsible for overseeing BSR’s membership offer. You’ll work on plans to recruit members across a range of roles in the rheumatology specialty and engagement tactics to ensure members are retained year on year.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Membership, you’ll drive forward a compelling value proposition for membership by refining our benefits package and developing tailored audience content. Main responsibilities

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, including a track record of securing high-value gifts of six figures.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering fundraising strategies, including corporate partnerships, major gifts, trusts, and foundations.
- Sound leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets. The Fundraising Director will manage a team of two within a wider organisation of 25 staff.

Purpose of Post
The Office Manager will take a lead in supporting the CEO and staff with all administrative and back-office duties. They will support the senior management team in ensuring the organisation’s compliance with policies and procedures in relation to health and safety human resources and charity governance and will support the Finance Manager with financial tasks. Founded in 1685, the Royal Dragoon Guards (RDG) is an armoured cavalry regiment based in Warminster, Wiltshire The Regiment has a rich history, with strong historical roots in Ireland and Yorkshire. From the Battle of Waterloo, to firing the first and last shots of the First World War, to landing the first tanks in Normandy on D Day, to operating in the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, the Regiment has always played a central role at the heart of the British Army.
We are looking for a talented individual to join the Royal Dragoon Guards as our Head of Engagement and Fundraising. In this pivotal role, you will drive engagement, communications and fundraising activity across the regimental family of around 15,000 soldiers, veterans and their families, with the aim of supporting our regimental mission and enhancing our charitable activities. About the Role
Reporting to the Regimental Secretary, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engagement, communications and fundraising strategies that resonate with serving soldiers and officers, veterans and their families, as well as with external supporters such as corporate partners, trusts, and the general public. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and generating income for the Regimental Charity, ensuring we meet the core objectives of our Regiment.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan tailored to our regimental family and supporters.
- Develop and use multiple communications channels including website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), digital newsletters, events, media, and direct communications to increase engagement and awareness.
- Create and execute a robust fundraising plan with a focus on individual giving (including legacies), major donors, trusts, and corporate partnerships.
- Build and nurture strong, systematic relationships with donors and supporters, ensuring ongoing commitment and loyalty.

Job Purpose:
- Manage the digital assets of Islamic Relief UK, particularly the website, ensuring that it operates in an optimal manner.
- Manage the development, evolution and/or integration of digital assets, e.g. digital giving platforms and digital events management systems.
- Ensure all development projects have well considered user interfaces and provide an optimal user experience.
- Provide the Digital Marketing team support with technical SEO, email marketing, and tracking/reporting across key digital marketing platforms.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven record of excellent people and interpersonal skills with strong communication skills at individual and group levels.

What is a Portfolio Delivery Test Lead?
As Portfolio Delivery Test Lead (a new role to MSIUK) you will oversee testing and lead the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all new MSI UK system deployments, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing UAT to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and is ready for deployment.

Leadership

High Value Fundraising

James Marshall Foundation (JMF) is a long-established local charity. Its mission is to support financially disadvantaged young people aged 4 to 24 years old living in Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Kimpton, Redbourn, Flamstead or Markyate by awarding individual grants for education and career development opportunities.
In 2024, JMF awarded over 850 individual grants totalling £200,000.
We are seeking a dedicated Foundation Manager to oversee the operational and strategic management of the James Marshall Foundation.
The JMF has an endowment and as such, our focus is on the effective distribution of funds to support our objectives and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the charity.
The Foundation Manager is responsible for, amongst other things, managing the grant process, overseeing financial stewardship (including in respect of the foundation’s properties), supporting the trustees, fulfilling compliance and reporting obligations, and maintaining the visibility of JMF with local schools and other relevant bodies. The Foundation Manager will manage a team of 3 part-time Foundation Associates.
The role is based in our office in Harpenden, with the expectation of hours being 28–30 hours a week on a minimum of 4 days. Attendance at some evening meetings will be required.
Salary: £45–50,000 FTE
