Are you passionate about social justice? Do you want to help women heal and thrive?
One25 is a Bristol-based charity supporting women who street sex work. The Co-production Coordinator is a new and exciting role to help us ensure that women’s voices are heard and acted upon when support services are being designed and delivered.
For us, co-production is central to developing our services and strategy, as well as ensuring that women’s experiences are heard and acted upon across Bristol. We’re looking for someone who can build trusting relationships with women and has a passion for bringing different people together to learn from one another and influence others. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and be confident in delivering group work.
You will work across several teams within One25 including the casework team and the health hub. You will be responsible for coordinating the activity of Bridging Gaps, a group of women with experience of multiple disadvantages, who work with One25 to improve services within the charity and statutory services.
“Since joining I feel I’ve grown as a person. I can use my own experiences to help other people. That’s been therapeutic and empowering. We are taking control and not just being heard but making important changes. Our lived experience makes us valuable experts” Bridging Gaps Member
In this role you will:
- Be inspired as you see the difference women’s voices make to One25 and other support systems.
- Champion the needs of women who street sex work.
- Be part of a passionate, determined and caring team.
- Work with external partners and build relationships to develop opportunities for women to influence wider systems of support.
We are excited to be adding this role to our support of women connected to One25.

We actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We particularly encourage applications from ethnic minority, LGBTQ and disability groups, and those who have lived experience of multiple disadvantages as these groups are underrepresented within our workforce. We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process, on commencement, or once in post.
