The Tank Museum’s innovative and award-winning marketing team is highly regarded in the arts and culture sector across the globe.
The Membership & Fundraising Co-ordinator is a new role, the need for which has emerged from the museum’s continued growth.
The post holder with be tasked with formalising a fundraising function within the Museum: integrating and developing existing schemes whilst identifying and undertaking new projects to raise funds to support the charitable objectives of The Tank Museum.
Primarily the role will focus on “public fundraising” activity (rather than making applications to grant making bodies), using the Museums existing and sizeable international online audiences as a base for support.
Specifically, this will include:
- The management of The Tank Museums membership schemes (Friends, Patreon & YouTube Membership) – developing retention and recruitment strategies, measuring and reporting on satisfaction, and member communications/engagement.
- Seeking corporate sponsorship opportunities for The Tank Museum’s online activity & assist in the management of existing key strategic partnerships relationships.
- Manage fundraising projects (such as vehicle conservation/restoration projects), liaising with internal colleagues, ensuring targets are met, and our communities of supporters engaged and appreciated.
- Identify opportunities for small scale fundraising projects – for example, where capex can be supported by public donations.
- Running e-bay auctions, raffles, etc, in support of museum fundraising objectives.
- Establish administration required to support existing fundraising activity (such as a new CRM system) – and the potential for increased activity in the future.

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to CAVA’s Health and Wellbeing Manager to support the delivery of the community engagement aspect of the REN Workplan which is identified through the REN Working/Steering Group. The Coventry and Warwickshire REN is currently funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and aims to increase opportunities and inclusivity for people (particularly from underserved communities) to take part in research, to tackle health inequalities, and identify ways for researchers to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting Working and Steering Group meetings, attending REN events on behalf of CAVA and taking a proactive role in gathering examples of good practice and sharing outcomes and impact with stakeholders. This role will support engagement with communities throughout Coventry and Warwickshire by supporting delivery of in-person engagement events and support the recruitment of, and support related to, Volunteer Community Research Champions who play a vital and central role within this scope of work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support organisation and delivery of in-person engagement events for the REN work
- Support the REN Working and Steering Groups with communications and marketing activities with various stakeholders (including with: VCFSEs; potential and existing volunteer Community Research Champions; updates to funders; and for various communication channels of the ICS)
- Support gathering of examples of good practice and presenting these case studies in various formats
- Support the team with gathering intelligence, and liaising with VCFSEs about capturing and sharing in an Engagements and Insights Atlas the research opportunities and learnings from across Coventry and Warwickshire
- Champion VCFSEs involvement in using their knowledge and understanding of issues related to addressing inequalities and under-representation, and improving health
- Support the REN with writing monitoring reports
- Circulate relevant material and agendas and take notes from virtual and in-person meetings
- Support the REN with the recruitment, on-going support, training, and organisation of virtual and in-person events for volunteer Community Research Champions
- Attend relevant meetings (in-person and virtually, as appropriate)
General
- Participate in individual supervision sessions with your line manager.
- Attend and contribute to relevant CAVA meetings.

• Being the first point of contact for referral applications and enquiries.
• Completing initial needs assessments and ongoing risk assessment.
• Completing Companion Personal Development and Structured Support Plans.
• Liaising with partnership agencies, drug workers, referral agencies, doctors, mental health services etc.

About the role:
This role is based at our Barnsley Churchfield police station office and will require regular travel within the South Yorkshire area. Hence, holding a driving licence which is essential.
As a caseworker, you will:
- Effectively manage a caseload of self-referrals or referred service users, delivering excellent services which support the commissioners and their service goals to victims.
- Ensure each victim receives an individually appropriate tailored support and information service that fully meets their needs, keeping complex needs central to all processes and decisions
- Undertake risk and needs assessments to address the specific needs of the client in line with VS operating procedures. To follow relevant safeguarding policies and procedures, working with safeguarding leads and other agencies to ensure an integrated approach to address any safeguarding concerns.

You will need:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or families

About the role:
This role is a hybrid role with home working allowed twice per week. Your home office would be Chandlers Ford, however you would be expected to travel regularly to offices in both Basingstoke and Southampton.

- Ensure the delivery of excellent services to victims of crime and retain and develop contracts for services by supporting and managing operational staff

This is an exciting time to join Art UK's Development team, as it is going through a period of growth and change. You will be responsible for leading the development of our individual giving programme into a multi-faceted, campaigns-focused programme.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an effective and sustainable individual giving plan and budget in line with the overall Art UK fundraising strategy, to grow income from new and existing donors and achieve annual targets
- Provide high-quality, tailored stewarding for new and existing supporters, ensuring they feel valued and understand the impact their contribution makes
- Lead on donor research, prospecting, cultivation and conversion activities to develop a pipeline of individual giving at all levels
- Pitch giving opportunities to prospective donors through bespoke presentations, meetings and events

You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to work alongside health professionals in a hospital environment, although we will consider applicants from other fields providing you are able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse.
As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate of domestic abuse you will:
Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+. Initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
Deliver group training sessions and be willing and share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital
You will need:
- Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships)
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children
- Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues
- Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals. Understand and be committed to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice

The New Corporate Partnerships team is comprised of a head of team, two lead managers, two senior officers, two officers and one assistant.
The New Corporate Partnerships team has been at the forefront of securing some fantastic partnerships for Mind such as, Allianz, Bupa, Co-op, Direct Line, ITV, McLaren Racing, and McVitie's, to name a few. Our partnerships cover the spectrum of partnership types; strategic and Charity of the Year partnerships (COTYs) and brand and commercial partnerships. You will help us build on our success.
In these unprecedented and challenging times, Mind is and will be needed more than ever. Our corporate partnerships play a huge role by helping us, raise income to achieve our strategic goals and adding value to businesses and society through our partnerships, including raising public awareness and reaching new audiences.
Mind employs over 300 staff and we have a team of volunteers. Most staff are based in Stratford, London, there is an office in Cardiff and there are a number of dispersed staff working across England and Wales. Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Support your line manager to implement the Corporate Partnerships team New Partnerships strategy.
-Support pipeline development and creation of partnerships, including making proactive approaches, developing and stewarding relationships, submitting proposals, supporting on pitches, while working with various teams across Mind.
-Have an individual financial target which will support the overall New Partnership income targets.
-Work collaboratively and creatively with the team and across Mind to develop sector leading pitches and proposals.
