West London Centre for Counselling is a well-established and highly respected charity providing psychological counselling to primary care. The Senior Programmes Manager will work with the Head of Sector Support and Grants and the CEO to develop and deliver our sector support programmes, including our flagship grants programme that aims to help sustain free legal advice agencies.This role will oversee the development and delivery of our exciting partnerships with other funders and advice sector organisations to support the advice sector. The role will oversee various funded programmes including the development and delivery of our Funder Plus offering.

About the role
We are seeking an Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer, working with the Impact and Evaluation Manager, Director of Partnerships and Federation Development and with federation members.The role will be central to the delivery of strategic commitment to work together to record, study, continuously improve and broadcast our collective impact.
It’s an exciting time for the Emmaus Federation as we roll out a new In-Form (salesforce) CRM system and interlinked Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework.
The role will play a crucial part in implementing, gathering feedback and developing new systems and tools to be utilised by Emmaus communities.
The role will be varied in nature, one day might involve conducting interviews with people experiencing homelessness, then next providing support to a member of staff to improve a communities MEL practice, the following day might involve analysing a data set and writing a briefing paper.
Who are we looking for?
The Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer will play a key role in supporting the Emmaus federation to understand and demonstrates the impact of our work.
The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical evaluation skills coupled with the people skills to make this work accessible to a range of stakeholders.
They will need to be comfortable working as part of a remote team and able to travel to Emmaus communities across the UK to work with staff and companions.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set is proud to be working with a great charity as they search for an Individual Giving Manager to support them for an initial 3-month opportunity.
The Individual Giving manager will develop, grow, and manage the organisation’s supporter recruitment program through regular giving, lottery, cash, and payroll giving. They will plan and optimise activity to attract and retain supporters, using data to test and launch new products and propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and manage the charity’s supporter recruitment program through regular giving, lottery, cash, and payroll giving.
- Plan and optimise activity in line with the Supporter Giving, Legacies and wider Fundraising strategy.
- Use supporter insight to test and launch new products and propositions to attract and recruit new supporters.
- Develop engaging content to retain, nurture, and encourage repeat giving.
- Drive successful acquisition strategies and deliver campaigns across cash, regular giving, and lottery income streams, predominantly through paid digital activity.
- Create and test new individual giving propositions and products.
- Develop engaging welcome journeys for all new supporters.
- Work across other teams to develop a conversion strategy that increases engagement, income, and Lifetime Value.
- Manage the Give As You Earn portfolio.
