Reprieve’s main office is in Aldgate, London, UK. Reprieve also supports full-time Fellows, who work as lawyers, investigators and campaigners in the countries in which we work. We work closely with a number of partner organisations in jurisdictions all over the world, who provide access to clients, expertise, knowledge and guidance on specific issues or regions. We work in cooperation with relevant government officials, individual lawyers and human rights defenders, as well as individual, corporate and foundation funders to further the cause of our shared goals.

The Role:
The role of the Finance Officer is to assist the Head of Finance in overseeing the financial health of the organisation, and to ensure that the Head of Finance is efficiently supported in his day to day financial responsibilities.
The Finance Officer will be line managed by the Head of Finance. They will also work closely with the Joint Executive Director, The Development Team, notably the Database and Insight Officer and the wider casework team, fellows and consultants. They will lead on paying Fellows, consultants and other contractors, as well as suppliers. They will also assist with reconciling Reprieve’s various accounts and ensuring that its transactions on Sage sync with its other databases or are appropriately reconciled.
The following skills are required: commitment to the organisation’s goals; relevant accountancy qualification or experience; excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to meet deadlines and work to high standards under pressure; willingness to undertake routine tasks; good communication skills including face to face, telephone & written; ability to translate financial data into accessible and easily digestible information; IT literate, particularly in Sage and Excel packages; good organisational skills; ability to work as part of a team in a collegiate and diverse environment. An accounting qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.

Length and Salary:
This is a part time (4 days a week) position. The salary is £42,193 pro rata, per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract, which will be checked prior to interview.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
- Provide effective diary support & inbox management for the Executive Director
- Ensure the Executive Director is well prepared and able to execute their role effectively through support on briefings
- Prepare expense claims for the Executive Director
Trustee Liaison
- In conjunction with the Executive Director, coordinate meetings for the Board, Audit and Finance Committee, Fundraising Committee, and Governance and Nomination Committee.
- In conjunction with Director Northern Ireland, coordinate CNI Board meetings
- Take responsibility for Trustee communications including the preparation, editing and dispatch of Board Papers, production of meeting minutes and recording action points. Produce and maintain rolling agendas.
- Track and update actions on governance issues for both Boards, i.e. signing of documents and declarations, producing letters of appointment, preparing Board papers on Trustee Issues and keeping the website updated.
- Control of Trustee information regarding GDPR and compliance standards
- Responsible for personal data collection and support for recruitment and induction process for new Trustees
Support to SMT and ELT
- Co-ordinate SMT meetings; produce and update rolling agenda, prepare monthly agendas, circulate papers, coordinate presentations and maintain action logs.
- Ensure the availability of clear and accurate minutes of Board, SMT, ELT and other meetings where relevant. Ensure they are properly approved and filed.
- Coordinate Board and SMT Away Days
- Monitor and remind ED and SMT of key moments, deadlines and important tasks.
- Assist with collating information, editing and preparation of papers and presentations.
- Organise UK and international travel arrangements for SMT and board members on request.
- Prepare expense claims for Trustees.
Executive Support for the Organisation
- In consultation with the ELT, coordinate the timetable and logistics for all staff briefings.
- On an ad hoc basis, support SMT members in organising events and consultancies.
- On an ad hoc basis, support cross-organisational projects led by SMT members including documentation, planning and organising.

About the Role
This is a senior role within the Global Support Office HR team. It reports to the Global Director of People and Culture and has oversight and line management responsibility of the recruitment, the HR operations and the organisational transformation functions. Housing Support Worker help to enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and prevent homelessness by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager
* Ensure that referrals to the service are managed effectively and in line with the referrals and assessment procedure
* Undertake initial and assessments and continuous reviews of support needs and potential risks, and agree levels of support and actions
* Create and review support/ action plans for providing appropriate housing-related support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Develop and maintain links with key agencies and service providers in the local community
* Empower customers to ensure they receive the benefits and services they are entitled to
* Signpost customers to support services that can help them address additional support needs such as mental or physical health, employment and education, adult social care, domestic abuse and family support
* Encourage and enable customers to pay their rent and other housing-related costs, and to ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively in conjunction with the relevant housing provider
* Encourage and enable customers to adhere to all other conditions of their tenancies/ licences, eg maintaining a satisfactory living environment, refraining from anti-social behaviour, allowing access for essential work

Christian Aid's Campaign and UK Advocacy division exists to support Christian Aid's mission by making change happen through influencing people in power; engaging, inspiring and equipping people to make their voice heard; and working with allies and champions in the church, Parliament and beyond.
This role exists to influence members of the UK Parliament and other political targets to help advance our policy, advocacy and campaigning on climate and economic justice, and crisis contexts - currently with a particular focus on Gaza and the wider Occupied Palestinian Territory. This role will provide employment advice to patients accessing ELFT NHS Talking Therapies, supporting patients to gain and/or retain employment via one to one information, advice and guidance sessions. This role is part of the national Employment Advice in NHS Talking Therapies programme and has been accredited by the Matrix standards for information, advice and guidance.
Key responsibilities of the role
This role will complete assessments and provide 1:1 information, advice, and guidance to a caseload of patients. Support will be based around enabling patients to find and/or retain employment, using a patient-led approach and SMART goals. Specific examples of support include CV writing, interview preparation, and broader job search techniques and approaches.
The post-holder will also be required to maintain appropriate patient records and ensure their Caseload Management Tool is continuously updated.
The post-holder will be flexible in their approach, working a hybrid model with some time spent in the office, some time spent co-locating in external premises, and some time spent working from home.

As our experienced and process-oriented Photo Archive Officer you will help manage the flow and curation of photo and film content across WaterAid as we migrate to a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
In this role, you will support the transfer of photo and film assets and associated metadata to the new Digital Asset Management system as well as be involved in testing the new system prior to its launch.
You’ll also:
- Maintain day-to-day workflow of the old Asset Management system prior to system migration
- Prepare and upload new photo and film content to the asset management system
- Work with the photo team to curate content so that the best film and photo assets are available to users across WaterAid
- Implement workflows aligned with our Representation in Communications policy.
About You:
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Photo or film archive experience in a relevant sector
- Experience working with digital asset management systems
- Experience of key wordinging and managing large amounts of metadata
- Knowledge of photography formats, workflows and post production processes
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Experience setting up or migrating to a new digital asset management system
- Knowledge of film formats, workflows and post profuction process
- Working knowledge of Asset Bank and/or Orange Logic
