We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our team covering Oxfordshire.
You'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers.
This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience.
Your role
You'll be delivering a professional and high-quality mixed tenure service to our customers, using your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of housing management challenges.
This could include anti-social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contract related breaches or changes, fraud and safeguarding.
You'll be an integral part of ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe, whilst listening to our customers needs and making changes when needed.
You'll balance your caseload with projects, shaping sustainable communities that develop an inclusive environment for our customers.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- The ability to proactively manage a complex caseload
- Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
- Experience in providing an Excellent customer service, contributing to us achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate
- Previous experience, or a knowledge of delivering housing management services
- Experience of using computer systems, for example Microsoft Office
- The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies
- Some of the roles will involve line management responsibilities for our Scheme Officers operating in our Housing for Older People schemes.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
A DBS check will be undertaken for the successful candidate.

As part of the wider Enterprise team, our Commercial Marketing Assistant will help devise and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies that will grow audiences and increase revenues across our key commercial income streams. Lead on maintaining all budgeting and forecasting templates and reports. Identifying areas of improvement and ensuring that the templates are kept relevant as the organisation develops
Support with financial evaluation of new business opportunities and their impact on Look Ahead's long term financial viability.

Previous experience of planning and budgeting and delivery of key reports in a large organisation.

Financial expertise to understand requirements, produce reports, provide financial analysis and to identify underperformance and risks.

Advance skills in using Excel and to learn specific planning systems such as Bricks

About the Role
As Receptionist and Office Administrator you will provide an efficient, sensitive, and welcoming reception function for anyone using the Carers Centre as well as high quality administrative support to the charity’s service delivery.

The role
As Legacy Administrator you will:
- Be first point of contact for the Legal team, representing the charity in communications with legal professionals
- Be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of legacy case file administration and stewardship for Thames Valley Air Ambulance to meet the legacy income budget

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need strong administration skills, with the ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively. Ideally you will have experience of having sensitive conversations as you will be in regular contact with bereaved families. A knowledge of Wills, Probate and Trust law would be desirable.

Family Support Workers are at the heart of our local community, supporting children and families across the Forest of Dean and Gloucester City to fulfil their potential.
We want to grow our team with passionate and driven individuals and as such are looking to recruit Family Support Workers (11-37 hours per contract available for successful candidates).
Roles are initially funded until 31st March 2025 and will be based across the Forest of Dean and Gloucester City.
The job:
- Support families with complex needs to make positive changes and reach their full potential
- Work in line with Barnardo's policies and procedures to safeguard children
- Build positive relationships with families and complete direct work in homes, schools and community spaces
- Recording accurate and factual information in a timely manner
- Work with multiple professionals to create and follow plans and assessments to meet the needs of children, young people and their families
- Run group sessions for children, young people and their families.
- Take part in team activities and projects
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Are you able to:
- Provide evidence of a level 3 qualification in working with children and their families (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate experience of supporting children, young people and their families

Horn Lane Ofsted registered, young people's service supports young care leavers aged between 16 and 21.Support Workers will provide a person-centred support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
This support worker role is on a 4 week rolling rota which includes a combination of early (8.00 - 16.00) and late (14.00 - 22.00) shifts including weekends. No sleep in's required.

About the Role
The Finance & Administration Assistant is a newly created role that will provide various parts of the organisation with administrative support, as well as some receptionist duties. This dynamic role will sit within the Finance team and report to the Director of Finance, however it will directly support the areas of Administration, Finance, Fundraising, and three different Service Delivery functions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative tasks
- Manage external communications through post, telephone and email, ensuring information is redirected to the relevant person to be dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Support service/department managers with necessary purchasing.
- Keep up to date record of monthly invoicing information for services and liaise between the Senior Finance Officer and the Service Managers to ensure this system is running efficiently and effectively.
Finance related tasks
- Manage Petty Cash transactions on site, ensuring accurate and up to date records are kept at all times, and perform the bank runs.
- Collect and check monthly debit card and credit card reports with all necessary Purchase Invoices and PO’s from the card holders.
- Assist the Finance Officer in processing expenditure: checking Purchase Invoices against PO’s, ensuring that all authorisations are in place, and posting expenditure on the QuickBooks database.
- Assist the Senior Finance Officer in sending out statements to overdue Debtors from QuickBooks.
Fundraising related tasks
- Process donation payments received via cheque, cash or PayPal and similar platforms onto the Beacon database.
- Assist the Fundraising Manager in keeping the Beacon database up to date with donations/grants received, gift aid eligibility and forms, and grant contracts.
- Instigate periodic thank-you letters to donors.

The Role

About the role and the London Adult Service:
The London Adult Service is a transformational service which aims to provide end-to-end support and casework to victims and witnesses of crime in London. The service is funded by the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and is a key part of the London criminal justice landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our external interface with our stakeholders. The role will be home-based, but attendance at our London office may sometimes be required for meetings.
As a Digital Engagement and Partnerships Manager you'll:
- Promote the London adult digital services to encourage referrals into the service.
- Oversee the implementation of key digital initiatives, working with partners to ensure a joined up user journey.
- Work with key stakeholders to encourage feedback and continuous improvement of the service.
- Manage the digital elements of the service ensuring operational teams are provided with assistance, for example with developing webinars and online group activities.
This role takes a matrix approach, reporting to the Head of Digital within the Communications and Digital team and also to staff within the London Adult Service.

Main purpose of the post:
• Working as part of a supportive and skilled team, you will be required to share in leading and further develop the GYM youth work service across Coventry and the surrounding area.
