We are seeking a dynamic and innovative National Director of Clinical Services to lead ongoing transformation of our services for survivors of torture and achieve our goal to be recognised in the UK and globally as a clinical centre of excellence in torture rehabilitation.
About the role
This is an executive level role providing leadership for our services for survivors of torture and contributing as a member of our senior management team to the overall strategy and stewardship of Freedom from Torture.
The role is responsible for setting the direction of Freedom from Torture's services, building on our trailblazing commitment to co-designing and co-delivering torture rehabilitation services with survivors of torture themselves and helping us to drive up service access.
The role also oversees our legal advice and welfare service and our medico-legal report service, although a legal background is not required.
About you
You will be a pioneering clinical leader who is motivated by the challenge to innovate in service delivery and forge partnerships to better meet the needs of survivors of torture within a changing context of health provision for asylum seekers and refugees in the UK.
You will bring vision and an inspirational leadership style alongside your extensive management and leadership experience at a senior clinical level in statutory or voluntary services.
You will have a track record of service transformation and supporting teams through change.
It is essential to have a relevant clinical qualification and experience of providing evidence-based clinical services to survivors of torture, refugees or other groups experiencing the combination of complex trauma and extreme socio-economic and/or legal marginalisation.
Knowledge of relevant statutory sector commissioning and procurement frameworks would be an asset.

WorkWell is an exciting new project that will look to support people across Cambridge City, East Cambs and South Cambs in either getting back to work or to enable them to thrive at work.
The Work Well program will support people who are struggling to maintain employment or have recently lost their employment due to health challenges.
Work Well Coaches may request the allocation of a personal support budget, the WorkWell Personal Budget Co-ordinator will ensure that individual budgets and the fund as a whole are managed within the parameters of the project.
Working across the Work Well Team and the CPSL Mind Finance Team, the post holder will monitor spending against personal support budgets including matching of invoices or receipts to individual spends. They will monitor the total allocation of personal budgets and prepare monthly invoices to the program funders.

The person in this role will strategically lead the Hospice lottery to maximise income through developing new approaches and increasing its profile whilst ensuing full Gambling Commission compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Finance and supported by an experienced part-time Bid Writer you will be lead on the development and implementation of the income generation strategy for bids, primarily from Trusts and Foundations. What you’ll do
As a Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our banking survey. Through your work, you will have the opportunity to influence the banking sector’s approach to sustainability by highlighting areas of improvement and leading practices among Europe’s largest banks. In close collaboration with colleagues in the Banking Standards and Financial Sector Research teams, you will:
- Lead survey development: Oversee all aspects of our banking survey, from designing methodology and collecting and analysing data to producing engaging written outputs and data visualisations that summarise key findings. You will coordinate the project from start to finish and liaise with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that surveys remain consistent with other ShareAction benchmarks and align with our campaign priorities.
- Conduct thematic research: Undertake research and engage with internal and external subject matter experts to inform positions on themes covered in banking surveys, ensuring that surveys are based on robust criteria and reflect the latest market developments.
- Engage with key stakeholders: Design engaging presentations and present survey findings and recommendations to banks, investors, and other stakeholders. You will act as an internal and external spokesperson for the banking survey, with the support of the Communications team and members of the Banking team. Additionally, you will contribute to external consultations and coordinate data-sharing initiatives with partners.
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and learning: Support the development and implementation of a monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy for our banking surveys to continuously enhance their impact, relevance, and delivery process.
- Support funding and resource development: Assist with funding bids to secure resources for the survey’s continued growth and impact. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing additional researchers when necessary.

Job Summary
Return Fundraising is looking for an experienced Data Manager to lead the team responsible for overseeing all data services within the business. In this role, you will ensure that data is collected, stored, processed, and reported accurately and efficiently to support exceptional telephone fundraising.
The Data Manager plays a critical role in data compliance, processing, and analysing client data. During campaigns, the team produces exports to clients and third party suppliers, including payment processors and fulfilment houses, and supports the fundraising team to improve the fundraising results using data analysis and segmentation.
You’ll need to be experienced in data management, proficient with databases and Excel, and it would be advantageous to have familiarity with reporting tools and processing software.
