About this job:
As Systems Accountant, you’ll:
- lead on the development and enhancement of Unit 4 ERPx, functioning as system administration and SUPER-user,
- work closely with various internal stakeholders (particularly the IT team) to ensure integration between existing systems and Unit 4 ERPx, building strong relationships with leaders to ensure the system meets requirements,
- be the main point of contact with the system supplier, responsible for ensuring both the smooth-running of the system and continuous improvement,
- be a problem solver, proactively identifying system gaps and working to resolve them in the most efficient way,
- build reports based on business requirements, ensuring decision-makers have financial reporting that provides meaningful insights and recommendations.
About you:
To excel in this role, you'll need extensive hands-on experience with the Unit 4 ERPx system, with a thorough understanding of its demands, capabilities, risks, and opportunities. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be cultivating relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, taking a diplomatic and empathetic approach. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial accounting system processes and management are also crucial. - Is a CCAB qualified (or equivalent) team leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

PURPOSE OF THE POST/RESPONSIBILITIES
Caudwell Children is a national charity which works to change the lives of disabled and autistic children; change society’s understanding and acceptance of disability; and change public perceptions of the important role that charity plays in society.
Based from the award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire, we seek an experienced relationship manager with the ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships to raise funds which support the charity’s expanding service delivery.
Responsible for the ownership and development of sponsorship and associated donor relationships, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to grow the charity’s fundraising income and helping to change the lives of autistic and disabled children across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a growing team of enthusiastic fundraising professionals aimed at improving the donor experience and growing the charity’s fundraising income.
The role will be part of the Community Fundraising strand and will be responsible for sponsorship income lines including, but not limited to:
- Event Sponsorship
- Service Sponsorship
- Facilities Sponsorship
- Activity Sponsorship
Through the identification of individuals, businesses and brands which align to the charity’s activities the successful candidate will be required to develop the sponsorship offer, cultivate and secure partnerships, then manage the delivery/reporting of agreed deliverables.
Success will be supported and monitored by the Director of Corporate Fundraising against KPI’s including lead generation, conversion rates and income growth.
Relationship development will be documented and reported using the charity’s dedicated CRM system (currently Raiser’s Edge).

About the Hearings Panel
The Hearings Panel’s work relates to our Fitness to Practise functions. The Panel consists of around 70 members, lay (non-registrant) and registrant, from whom members of our Fitness to Practise Committees (FtPCs) and Registration Appeals Committees (RACs) are drawn. As a lay chair member of our Hearings Panel, you will chair either FtPCs or RACs.
You do not have to be a legally qualified individual or have specialist medical knowledge for this role. We are looking for individuals who can chair meetings effectively and impartially, ensure that allegations are considered fairly and independently, and that standards are maintained for registrants and the protection of the public.
A FtPC considers whether a registrant’s fitness to practise is impaired and imposes sanctions if appropriate to do so. This includes considering allegations, hearing evidence, and determining the fitness to practise, train or carry on business of our registrants.
A FtPC also determines whether it is necessary for interim measures (suspension or conditions) to be put in place whilst an investigation is in progress for the protection of members of the public or in the interests of a registrant.
A RAC considers an appeal against a decision by our Registrar to refuse to enter or restore an individual or business to the appropriate register; and applications for restoration by former registrants who have been erased by the FtPC.

Remuneration and time commitment

Research, insight and knowledge translation:
· Support the commissioning and managing of research activities and collaborations.

Analytics is a function in the Data and Analytics Team, within the Performance and Insight Department. Working alongside the Data Governance, Data Engineering & Architecture and Selections functions, Analytics is focussed on providing intuitive reporting and insightful analysis. About the Role:
As our Analytics Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving forward analytics at WaterAid, helping ensure that we can achieve our ambitious goals for income growth and ultimately that everyone, everywhere has clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.
In this role, you will lead on analytics initiatives as well as leading a high-performing analytics team of four analysts.
You'll also:
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand the key business intelligence challenges in their areas and translate this into business intelligence requirements for the team to deliver against.
- Design analytics projects and team initiatives that will optimise the use of analytics in the organisation.
- Support the Data Science Specialist in the team to develop the data science practice at WaterAid.
- Enable stakeholders from across the organisation take a data-driven and insight-led approach to decision making.
- Motivate, develop and mentor the team of Analysts.
About You:
You'll be an experienced analytics manager with experience of leading analytics teams and projects.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively as a team leader, empowering your team.
- Experience of influencing senior decision makers through clear and compelling articulation of evidence and insight.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of building and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using BI technology.
- 'Can do', problem solving attitude, with the ability to look beyond the immediate remit of the role in order to investigate and diagnose the root cause of issues.

At Rotherham Hospice, we provide exceptional care for all those affected by terminal illness and are the only adult hospice in Rotherham for the people of Rotherham and surrounding villages.

Your Responsibilities

About you:
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with solid knowledge and understanding of Community Fundraising.

- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding financial targets in a fundraising setting.

- Through this new organisational role, you’ll proactively create and grow fundraising income opportunities with individuals, community groups and grant giving trusts and foundations. You'll be at the heart of our local community, bringing our cause to life and building lasting donor relationships.
- Through your fundraising expertise, you will have a proven track record of building relationships with individuals, community groups, trusts and foundations and other donors to achieve and exceed annual income targets and KPI’s. - You’ll work closely with and support the CEO of Eastbourne Foodbank in maintaining and evolving the existing relationship with the Big Lottery Fund and developing collaborative fundraising activities and joint bids with five other Trussell Trust Foodbanks across East Sussex.
