About you
- You will have proven experience in a busy operations support role; excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- You will have experience with data protection and privacy requirements, including implementing GDPR-compliant processes, managing sensitive data securely, and providing practical guidance and training to others.
- You will have experience of using Salesforce or another similar CRM to manage and report on data.
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to present data insights visually and clearly.
- You will have experience in supporting operational processes, such as managing expenses, coordinating logistics, and contributing to process improvements.

As a Policy Officer (Access to Care), you will take the lead on public policy areas that tackle barriers to care and address health inequalities that impact people living with dementia, their carers, and loved ones. Your focus will be on ensuring that individuals from all communities and backgrounds can access care without exception.
In this role, you will work to secure improvements in legislation, public policy, and statutory services, emphasising inclusive and equitable access to care. You will monitor and analyse policy developments at central, devolved, and local government levels, collaborating closely with colleagues across the Policy, Campaigns, and Public Affairs team to shape Dementia UK’s campaigning and influencing activities.
Additionally, you will build and maintain external relationships to strengthen Dementia UK’s policy calls and increase the likelihood of achieving meaningful change. This includes forging strong working relationships with key policy staff in relevant government departments and representing Dementia UK at events, external committees, and working groups.

About the role
This senior role will provide financial and operational leadership and management for CCLC, particularly focussed on the Legal Practice Unit and the Policy and Practice Change team. Through systematic and efficient management, the post holder will play a pivotal role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability.
The role will oversee the smooth running of the London and Colchester offices through oversight and line management of finance, operations and administrative staff. The post holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children's Rights and department heads in the successful running of our services. Where appropriate they will deputise for the Managing Director on financial, operational and compliance matters.
Managing a small finance team, the role will hold primary responsibility for specialist financial functions within CCLC, particularly legal aid billing. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who focus on grant fund management and overall accounting for CCLC.
The role would suit a highly organised and efficient business support professional with experience of financial management within the legal or charity sector. In particular, candidates with experience of legal billing and more specifically, civil legal aid billing, are welcomed. However, we recognise that this is a highly specialised and niche field. As such, candidates with broad operational and financial management experience but a strong aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems will be considered.
This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the finance and operations team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period (to be negotiated with the successful candidate).The finance team are split between the London and Colchester offices and the post holder should expect some travel.
Whilst this is a full-time position, we will consider requests for part-time working and we will endeavour to offer some flexibility with days and hours to be agreed.

What will you be doing:
Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, and that financial controls and procedures are in place to safeguard the charity's assets. About Us
Headway East London is a charity supporting people living with brain injury. Working across 13 London boroughs we offer specialist support and services for survivors and their families. We offer therapies, advocacy, family support and community support work alongside our day service: a community venue where people can make the most of their abilities and interests.
About the role
The Casework Service main aim is to ensure that survivors and families have access to the benefits and support they are entitled to. This means working directly with local authorities and statutory organisations, or signposting to relevant partners.
Through our Better Together project at the Royal London Hospital and Queens Hospital Romford we offer early intervention inside the hospital, so that brain injury survivors and their family can access information, emotional support and assistance.
As a Caseworker you will be working closely with people with acquired brain injuries through our Better Together project, in support groups and in one-to-one casework appointments. You will be providing advice, advocacy, support and signposting.
Principle duties and responsibilities
1. Support people with lived experience of brain injury, families and carers through Casework projects and support groups. This could be in accessing the right benefits, housing issues or gaining the right care moving forward.
2. Take part in our Better Together project at the Royal London Hospital and Queens Hospital Romford. We visit each hospital weekly.
3. Make appropriate referrals to Headway East London services, and other relevant professionals/services.
4. Contribute to events for professionals engaged in working with people with lived experience of brain injury, highlighting the needs of our members and the work we do.
5. Help run our Saturday Social (once a month) which provides a safe setting for members to be part of a community space.
6. Monitor and document on all work undertaken and update our database constantly and efficiently.

Summary of the role:
The Fundraising Volunteer Assistant (Ramadan Campaign) plays a crucial role in the lead up to and post Ramadan. The role provides critical support in fundraising collections and events. It plays a vital role in guaranteeing the secure storage and prompt utilisation of all funds and pledges. Additionally, it will collaborate and coordinate volunteers in their involvement in diverse fundraising endeavours (e.g. events, mosque activities and street collections).
The role will involve working occasional unsociable hours (weekends and evenings) and national travel, sometimes at short notice, during the Ramadan period to maximise our income generating opportunities.
About the Role:
- Support organised activities and events as part of the Ramadan work-plan.
- Maximum campaign engagement and fundraising on a community level across Mosques and relevant institutions.
- Communicate with Mosques and local organisations to schedule events and collections.
- Maintain communication and follow up with relevant stakeholders (donors, supporters, and volunteers etc) promoting the campaign.

We are looking for two enthusiastic, efficient, and coordinated professionals to join the Exams Operations team as an Exams Administrator at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).
Exams are a core tenet of producing high quality doctors and this role manages the practical delivery of exams, supporting candidates and examiners and ensuring operational excellence. The Exams Administrator has day-to-day delivery responsibility for the First FRCR exams and the Final FRCR Part A in both Clinical Radiology and Clinical Oncology. ese assessments feature both written and image-based components, delivered across different digital platforms and run over multiple sittings in both UK and global venues. The assessments are - for many – candidates first experience of the FRCR exams and of the wider organisation. The postholders work will support the RCR’s intended strategic increase in candidate numbers, notably from global candidates who have a choice of international radiology and oncology qualifications.
To be successful in this role you’ll be an excellent communicator able to work collaboratively with colleagues and chairs of relevant exam boards. What you will do:
