• Develop excellent strategic and operational working relationships with each of the delivery partners who will be delivering the programme

• Lead on the establishment and co-ordination of a learning community drawn from the relevant delivery partner faculty, to meet not less than three times a year; ensuring programme insights and learning are captured, cross referenced with evaluation data and fed into future programme planning and on-going quality improvement.
• Manage administrative support which is provided by a Project Co-Ordinator.
• Coach senior leaders from any of the leadership programmes as the opportunities arise.
• Contribute to writing reports for key bodies when required, including the House of Bishops, the College of Bishops and General Synod if required.
• Deputise for the Head of Senior Leadership Development in internal and external meetings if required
• Contribute to the 'knowledge capital' on leadership in the Church and to the organisational learning that arises from the programmes.
• Participate in discernment panels for the Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) as required

Key areas of responsibility will include;

• Business partner including members of the Senior Management Team, academics, and heads of support functions

In order to be successful in either role, we are looking for formally qualified candidates (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) who have relevant experience of business partnering and excellent communication skills. You will adopt a continuous improvement mindset, thrive in an evolving environment and be adept at developing processes and procedures. An appetite for automation and further development of finance systems is greatly advantageous.

Your experience could have been gained in a Higher Education setting, ideally with exposure to TRAC or costing OR gained within a Charity/NfP where you have supported development or commercial operations.

Experience of reporting on capital programmes would be an advantage.

Ygam is seeking an Insight and Innovation Officer to join our Insight and Innovation team. The post holder will work with the Head of Insight and Innovation, supporting with research, knowledge translation, evaluations and insights into children and young people’s experiences of gaming and gambling harms.

Our Insight & Innovation team aids the design and delivery of Ygam’s strategy by supporting evidence-based decision making. Research, insight and knowledge translation:

· Support the commissioning and managing of research activities and collaborations.

· Develop longitudinal research to understand programme impact on our beneficiaries.

My client is looking for a talented individual to join the finance team as a Finance Business Partner Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration of financial performance. Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Provide timely and insightful financial and business analysis to inform decision-making at the Board of Governors and Executive Leadership Team levels.
• Lead the development and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Drive accountability for financial performance through the implementation of budgetary controls and governance mechanisms.

My client is looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or relevant qualification.
• Experience in core accounting roles with a focus on month-end processes.
• Proficiency in Delivering a timely and robust budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning process.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems.

My client can offer a flexible approach to working, with 2 days a week going into the office based in central London and the rest working remotely. There is also a strong opportunity for this role to get extended or go permanent.

I am urgently seeking an experienced Reward Practitioner for a Charity to undertake an almost fully remote position as Interim Reward Business Partner for an initial 3 month contract. The role can pay a salary in the range of £55,000 to £65,000 per year or a day rate of £300 to £350 per day through an umbrella company, depending upon experience.

Reporting to the AD of Culture and Development, you will support the organisation with: -

- Pay modeling for the next year

- Job evaluations and salary benchmarking

- Benefits Administration (including salary sacrifice, car allowance and EAP etc)

- Adding your ideas and suggestions

You can work remotely, but will be required to attend a prearranged team meeting once per month in one of there locations across the country and expenses will be paid for your travel to this monthly meeting.

You can work 4 or 5 days per week and you must have significant Reward experience and be able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders whilst undertaking the operational elements of the role as the only person dealing with Reward.
