User Voice exists to reduce reoffending and improve rehabilitation by working with those who are often not heard. One of the main ways that we do this is through our council model, which allows those currently in prison, or on licence, to have their say and contribute ideas and solutions to benefit everyone. When User Voice first began, lived experience was on the periphery of the criminal justice sector. Now, there are numerous organisations that utilise lived experience in their practice. However, they do not do so to the extent that we do. As our new Chief Executive, you must be energised to push User Voice to where it belongs – the forefront of the sector.
We are looking for a leader who has a genuine desire to see real change for individuals, institutions and the criminal justice system as a whole. You will bring sharp strategic thinking and an enterprising mindset, with the ability to spot new opportunities for us to have an even greater impact, combined with an authentic and inspiring management style that brings the whole team with you on that journey. A natural ambassador and external advocate, you will also be enthusiastic about partnerships and able to ensure that User Voice, as a small charity, has a powerful and credible voice externally.

And you will also be supported by a committed Board of Trustees, who are all passionate about what we do and who have the enthusiasm to be different and step outside our comfort zone.

- Lead on the establishment and co-ordination of a learning community drawn from the relevant delivery partner faculty, to meet not less than three times a year; ensuring programme insights and learning are captured, cross referenced with evaluation data and fed into future programme planning and on-going quality improvement.
- Manage administrative support which is provided by a Project Co-Ordinator.
- Coach senior leaders from any of the leadership programmes as the opportunities arise.
- Contribute to writing reports for key bodies when required, including the House of Bishops, the College of Bishops and General Synod if required.
- Deputise for the Head of Senior Leadership Development in internal and external meetings if required
- Contribute to the 'knowledge capital' on leadership in the Church and to the organisational learning that arises from the programmes.

In order to be successful in either role, we are looking for formally qualified candidates (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) who have relevant experience of business partnering and excellent communication skills. An appetite for automation and further development of finance systems is greatly advantageous.

Research, insight and knowledge translation:
· Support the commissioning and managing of research activities and collaborations.

About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting and producing decision-relevant management information that will support NCT’s ongoing financial sustainability and the successful delivery of its ‘For Every Parent’ strategy.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
· Working with and challenging budget holders and operational teams to produce accurate forecasts and robust budgets

I am urgently seeking an experienced Reward Practitioner for a Charity to undertake an almost fully remote position as Interim Reward Business Partner for an initial 3 month contract. The role can pay a salary in the range of £55,000 to £65,000 per year or a day rate of £300 to £350 per day through an umbrella company, depending upon experience.
Reporting to the AD of Culture and Development, you will support the organisation with: -

You can work remotely, but will be required to attend a prearranged team meeting once per month in one of there locations across the country and expenses will be paid for your travel to this monthly meeting.
