As our Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective digital campaigns that raise funds, increase donor acquisition, and amplify our conservation mission. You will work across our entire digital marketing mix, including Meta ads, google ads and email marketing, and lend creative support to our offline marketing team members when required.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and creative, as you collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop engaging content, from thoughtfully crafted email newsletters to compelling video assets, all with the aim of achieving our fundraising goals. With a keen focus on creative production, you will help ensure our messaging reaches and resonates with both existing supporters and new audiences across various digital platforms.

Job Purpose

About the Role
This is the primary role with responsibility for the delivery and assurance of core digital, data, technology, and related functions at the Royal College of Anaesthetists, at both a strategic and implementation level. We are the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by sickle cell disorder. Workforce Programme (Revalidation & CPD)
1. To support and administer the Faculty’s statutory duties relating to the revalidation of public health specialists including:
· monitoring and delivering the revalidation service
· responding to member and other queries in relation to revalidation.
· maintaining and updating the list of FPH revalidation appraisers
· liaising with external stakeholders, including the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges
2. To support the development and delivery of a system of appraisal and revalidation for public health specialists from backgrounds other than medicine.
3. To administer the Faculty’s annual programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity including:
· monitoring and delivering the annual programme
· maintaining and updating the CPD database
· processing annual CPD returns
· arranging annual training of CPD advisers
· supporting members in using the online CPD Diary
4. To administer the CPD annual review process including analysis of the review for the CPD Director.
5. To provide administrative support to the CPD Committee including:
· organising and servicing meetings as required
· preparation of papers
· minute-taking and follow-up of action points
6. To deal with general enquiries and to assist with all routine tasks of the Education, Standards & Advocacy Department.

As Fundraising Manager you’ll spearhead the purpose driven corporate partnership program for the Blue Light Card Foundation, to maximise fundraising income. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and ensure the financial sustainability of the Charity.

What You’ll Do

Identify and cultivate relationships with new, corporate partners, individual donors, major donors' foundations, and other potential supporters

Create and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and support BLCF’S strategic plan and mission

Write compelling proposals, solicitation letters, and other fundraising materials to secure funding from businesses
