Job Summary
This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

What We Offer:
· The salary for this role is circa £29,500 dependent on experience with incremental pay progression.
You'll get 25 days holiday + bank holidays ever year. We're closed for Christmas but the rest of the year you may take leave whenever you wish.

We’re seeking a full time Storage Support Worker to become the latest addition to our Street Storage Team!
Street Storage is an ambitious and innovative homelessness charity - the only charity of its kind in the UK. We provide free, accessible storage for people experiencing homelessness. Therefore we are looking for someone who truly cares about people sleeping vulnerably and understands the need for what we do.
Our new Storage Support Worker will need to be a people person with experience and a passion for supporting people in their community.They will have strong admin skills & someone who pays attention to detail and be up for working in a small passionate team to help manage day-to-day referrals, appointments, drop ins and storage. They will be someone who shows compassion and can meet each individual where they are at.

About the Role
Working with the support and guidance of your manager, you will be responsible for delivering our Reconnect, family support and mediation service across the London Region
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Depaul’s services and with external agencies to reduce family breakdown. You will build and maintain a caseload of clients at risk of, or experiencing homelessness. You will work with clients in a variety of situations, including young people at school who are experiencing a breakdown in their family relationships, those who have been forced to leave their homes and are temporarily staying with our volunteer Nightstop hosts, and those who are now living in our accommodation services.
You will provide a wide range of support and guidance to these clients and their families, aiming to improve understanding and communication, reduce conflict and strengthen relationships, amongst other things. This will include a range of methods, including one-to-one and joint party mediation. Occasionally you may also provide basic guidance to young people and parents regarding their housing options.
With full support, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and safe management of the service on a day-to-day basis, including working in line with all relevant policies, procedures and best practice guidelines, as well as maintaining arcuate and up-to-date records on our database.
Key responsibilities include:
· Work directly with young people aged 11-25, and their families, who are experiencing family difficulties and at risk of homelessness, providing guidance, personalised family support and one-to-one and joint party mediation if appropriate;
· Carry a caseload of 15 – 20 clients per FTE for whom you will be the named keyworker;
· Process referrals from relevant agencies in order to build and maintain a full caseload of clients.
· Work in partnership with young people and their families to complete risk assessments, needs assessments and changes plans and outcome questionnaires to work with them towards measurable outcomes.
· Build strong working relationships with all Depaul colleagues and services across the region, as well as other relevant agencies and local authority teams, to promote the service, build effective referral routes and processes and provide holistic support to young people.
· Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date records of all aspects of your work, in line with monitoring and evaluation processes and standard operational procedures.
· Work closely with statutory bodies and other agencies to support any relevant safeguarding procedures, advocating on behalf of young people and parents/carers when necessary.
About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
· Significant experience working with young people and families in crisis; reflective, creative and solution-focused in your approach and committed to working in an assets-based way.
· To hold or complete a Level 4 Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate (IMPC). Training will be provided if the candidate doesn’t hold the qualification, but training will have to be completed before the end of the probation period.
· Experience of working independently and managing own caseload; self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks and carry out efficient organisation and administration.
· Experience of carrying out risk and needs assessments and support planning for clients.
· Ability to develop strong, collaborative and productive relationships with colleagues and key external agencies, promoting the value of our work and its impact on families.
· High level understanding of professional boundaries and ability to maintain impartiality
· Willingness and ability to travel independently and work from a number of different locations across the London region.

Willow House - Central Lancashire Crisis Service is a mental health recovery house in Coppull. We are working to a recovery model, and are accessed by referral as either hospital preventions, step down, respite and crisis point support. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a 24hour staffed service to our residents aged 16 and upwards.

Ideal candidates will join a strong team of Practitioners who put love and kindness into everything they do.
We are passionate about learning and development and committed to providing an outstanding experience for all staff. After completing your probation, we’ll enrol you on a Diploma programme and give you the time, support and incentives to succeed.
Practitioners typically work at least two 12-hr shifts pw, one 8hr shift, and attend team meetings, training, and group thinking space on Fridays from 9.30am to 12.30pm. The total number of working hours is 36 hrs pw. 4hrs per week are allocated to self-study to support the successful completion of your probation and, once enrolled, the Children and Young People’s Practitioner Diploma (Level 4).

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Depaul UK to help us develop our Step Forward (Floating Support) services in Cheshire West and Chester.
The Step Forward (Floating Support) service provides tailored support to young people aged 15-19 with care experience, to prepare for and transition into independent living in their own tenancy. The worker will hold a caseload and will support young people in working towards their goals which will lead to further independence.
Support will take place in young people’s accommodation and out in the community. The post will involve working closely with the allocated social worker and the Leaving Care Team, as well as local organisations, statutory services, and support agencies, to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people we support. This service will be based alongside our accommodation service which provides Semi-Independent Accommodation for 16 and 17 year old young people who are leaving care.
Key responsibilities include:
· To complete a full assessment of each young person’s strengths, needs and goals to develop a holistic and strengths-based support plan and tailored programme of support.
· Provide a programme of support with young people to cover accommodation needs,
· independent living skills, support with education, employment and learning and social and emotional issues.
· To support young people aged 15+ to prepare for independent living and develop necessary skills.
· To understand and support young people using a trauma-informed approach,
· awareness and understanding of adverse childhood approaches and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
· Where young people have moved into accommodation the worker will provide support through a programme of regular visits. These may include support and advice or more structured life-skills training as required.
· Help young people to apply for benefits, complete relevant application forms, train to learn budgeting skills and managing money, including support to prioritise and pay bills and rent.
· Actively support young people to stay in or enter suitable education, employment and training.
· Support young people to access and liaise with health services, including mental health services, drug and alcohol support services and counselling referrals.

We are looking for experienced practitioners who are qualified to level 3 in childcare or a related field and have a passion for working with families to help them achieve their best outcomes.
Job Purpose: To provide focused 1-1 and group family support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 years for young adults with additional needs). This will be delivered either at the Family Centre, out in the community or in service users’ own homes. The post holder will be required to work with families as a lone worker. Main Responsibilities:
· Manage a case load working in partnership with agencies to provide integrated and planned interventions, giving advice, information, and practical and emotional support to families.

The Role:

Job Purpose: To undertake individual sessions and group work with men and women who have been mandated by Courts to engage in behavioural change support and/or attend a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme. The purpose of this role is to move the perpetrator along the spectrum of awareness; acceptance of impact; desire to change; so they are ready to meaningfully engage in behavioural change. To liaise with the Drive Partnership Triage team, actively contribute to risk management procedures and team working. This role includes working with clients through individual programme delivery as well as group work and will work with perpetrators whose victims have been identified through all levels of risk.
The Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) is a civil order that was legislated for in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, the aim of which is to provide longer-term protection to victims of domestic abuse. DAPOs can be applied for in all court jurisdictions by the victim, police or a third party.
DAPOs can impose both prohibitions and positive requirements on perpetrators. Positive requirements can be in the form of interventions aimed at reducing and managing risk, mandated by Court to address issues or needs related to factors that are not the causation of abuse but impact on risk. These could include engaging with Mental Health services, Substance Misuse services or attending a Perpetrator-Focused Domestic Abuse behaviour change programme.
Our involvement:
As a key local partner TLC: Talk, Listen, Change supported Greater Manchester Police’s application to be part of the pilot and we are now commissioned by the Drive Partnership to enhance our existing locally commissioned voluntary perpetrator behaviour change programmes as part of the DAPO pilot. We are seeking to expand our existing Domestic Abuse Prevention Team to support the pilot. The Home Office are funding a two year pilot which will be tested and evaluated in order to prepare for national roll out in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Interagency work
- Work to embed the Domestic Abuse Prevention role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area
- Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro-socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
- Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
- Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.
Client work
- To conduct abuse prevention work with men and women in a way that shows an understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on partners, ex partners and children.
- To facilitate or co-facilitate a structured abuse prevention individual or group work programme for men or women who have been abusive towards an (ex) partner.
- To liaise with the Drive Partnership Triage team to assess suitability for the abuse prevention programme, based on DAPO pilot requirements and the Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme’s aims and criteria.
- To conduct both individual and group work with clients dependent on need/programme suitability.
- To implement actions agreed in risk reviews.
- To assist in presentations or workshops about the DAPO* Pilot
- To take part in risk review meetings with other Domestic Abuse Prevention workers regarding the progress of perpetrators and issues arising from work with partners, in order to ensure that partners, ex partners and children's safety remains at the forefront of the Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme’s work.
- To provide day-to-day support, advice and back-up to other workers and/or volunteers.
Administration
- To assist with collecting information needed for monitoring purposes.
- To provide assistance in producing statistical and other reports on work done to meet the requirements of funders and the Board of Trustees and co-operating in the on-going evaluation of TLC: Talk Listen Change.
- To maintain appropriate client records, keeping accurate client notes and making use of TLC: Talk, Listen, Change’s case management system.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Depaul UK to help us develop our Step Forward (Floating Support) services in Cheshire West and Chester. The Step Forward (Floating Support) service provides tailored support to young people aged 15-19 with care experience, to prepare for and transition into independent living in their own tenancy. The worker will hold a caseload and will support young people in working towards their goals which will lead to further independence. Support will take place in young people’s accommodation and also out in the community.
The post will involve working closely with the allocated social worker and the Leaving Care Team, as well as local organisations, statutory services, and support agencies, to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people we support. This service will be based alongside our accommodation service which provides Semi-Independent Accommodation for 16 and 17 year old young people who are leaving care.
Key responsibilities include:
- To complete a full assessment of each young person’s strengths, needs and goals to develop a holistic and strengths-based support plan and tailored programme of support.
- Provide a programme of support with young people to cover accommodation needs, independent living skills, support with education, employment and learning and social and emotional issues.
- To support young people aged 15+ to prepare for independent living and develop necessary skills.
- To understand and support young people using a trauma-informed approach, awareness and understanding of adverse childhood approaches and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Where young people have moved into accommodation the worker will provide support through a programme of regular visits. These may include support and advice, or more structured life-skills training as required.
- Help young people to apply for benefits, complete relevant application forms, train to learn budgeting skills and manage money, including support to prioritise and pay bills and rent.
- Actively support young people to stay in or enter suitable education, employment and training.
- Support young people to access and liaise with health services, including mental health services, drug and alcohol support services and counselling referrals.
About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Able to work on own initiative but at same time able to exercise sound judgement in knowing when to consult with peers and clients to meet the service KPI’s
- A clear understanding and ability to implement risk management, information sharing and data security arrangements.

- Ability to promote and implement diversity practices and policies and treat colleagues and clients fairly and with respect.
