This is a Hybrid role, based between Central London and home. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
About the role:
As a highly creative and motivated marketing professional, you will lead and deliver all aspects of marketing campaigns across the organisation. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can project manage impactful organic campaigns for a wide range of digital platforms to support the business direction – its reputation, growth, and income generation targets.
You will work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and maintain charitable income by adopting and implementing an appropriate marketing development strategy. You will also be responsible for collaborating with clients, partners, content creators, and key figures to generate engaging content that positively reflects the organisation.
Responsibilities as our Marketing Campaigns Lead will include:
- Working with the Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and maintain charitable income for the organisation by adopting an appropriate marketing development strategy and ensuring its implementation.
- Supporting the Strategic Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing strategy, leading on all aspects that relate to the marketing of the organisation, funder requirements, and targeted marketing for income generation.
- Leading and delivering all aspects of organic marketing campaigns.
- Developing a year-round social media content plan that meets our ambitious business growth plans.
- Collaborating with clients, partners, content creators, and key figures to generate engaging and impactful content that reflects positively on the organisation.
- Leading and inspiring other members of the organisation to develop campaign assets and messaging that resonates with our audiences.
- Developing engaging newsletters, good news stories, case studies, and collaborations.
- Supporting the wider team to deliver integrated lead-generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to target specific prospect and customer segments.
- Proactively keeping up to date with digital innovations and viral marketing trends.
- Leading on implementing a plan for all key awareness dates across the year.
- Reviewing and evaluating campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future campaigns.
- Developing strong relationships with ambassadors, content creators, Executive Leadership team, and other members of the organisation.
- Owning all stages of developing, planning, and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance reputation.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Essential requirements we’re looking for in our Marketing Campaigns Lead:
- Extensive experience within a creative marketing campaigns-focused role.
- Native signer, or minimum BSL Level 2, or willingness to obtain British Sign Language Level 2 within two years.
- Experience of developing, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proactive, intrapreneurial nature - someone who enjoys thinking about what we could do next, differently, and better.
- Leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience with impactful and engaging copywriting.
- Experience building, managing, and developing key stakeholder and customer relationships.
- Experience using marketing platforms, tools, and CRM systems.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Digital Marketing.
- British Sign Language Level 2 qualified.
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Experience working within the charity sector.
- Understanding of deaf awareness and deaf culture.

About the role
As Learning Partner, you will play a key role in shaping a dynamic Learning offer that is closely aligned with our OoF transformation. You will be a highly visible and essential part of both the People Team and the Organisation of the Future team, making it crucial to champion the People Team across the organisation and exemplify the Programme's core design principles—Agile, Adult, Experience, and Iterative.
In this role, you will:
- Advise and coach teams to design and implement human-centered learning solutions that align with our Organisation of the Future transformation programme
- Collaborate with the wellbeing team—an important aspect of this role is designing and delivering wellbeing skills programmes that support the integration of wellbeing into the Organisation of the Future programme. You'll also ensure that wellbeing capabilities are embedded into the employee lifecycle and processes in a sustainable manner
- Facilitate team, management and wellbeing learning programmes
- Take ownership of and enhance various digital learning technologies, including the development of e-learning solutions, as well as the ongoing improvement and management of our existing Learning Management System (LMS)
- Redesign work in partnership with the People Product Owner and Service Designers to ensure fit for purpose and provide a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the People Team Coordinator to manage communication channels effectively, ensuring that learning opportunities and resources are well-publicised and accessible to all colleagues.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Extensive and proven expertise in customer-focused Learning & Development, with strong experience in programme and product ownership, inclusive learning design, and facilitation—both online and in-person
- Strong familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS's, ideally LinkedIn Learning, and experience in promoting and curating content from such platforms and other sources
- Experience in design and facilitation of customer-centric learning interventions in at least 2 of the following areas: leadership & management development, wellbeing, agile mindset development, data skills development, organisation wide coaching and mentoring capability development, and/or team and group development
- Self and interpersonal awareness, with strong relationship building skills, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues with sensitivity, confidentiality, and awareness of professional boundaries
- An agile mindset and approach, with the ability to constantly adapt plans and review approaches, the willingness to constantly learn, including from positive and constructive feedback, and to work in ambiguity and emergence

Our programmes aim to help and empower disadvantaged communities in the UK and abroad; some of the key areas we work in are emergency response, WASH, education, livelihood and environment conservation.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and responsive International Programmes Support Co-ordinator. Someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, who shares our values and who wants to be part of something extraordinary. This exciting post will support the emergency response, administration, and co-ordination for our international department and its programmes across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
The post holder will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders, especially in terms of emergency response, donor feedback, grant management and relationship building, so we’re looking for a team player, someone very organised and with super people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of International Programmes on the management of the department including development of departmental calendar, co-ordinating the weekly meetings with agendas and record keeping, oversight and development of departmental workplan
- Ensure that office grants are processed in a timely and effective manner in accordance with our policies, procedures and standards
- Prepare, review and renew MoUs and funding agreements with a range of our offices and partners
- Co-ordination of the due diligence process
- Maintenance of records and files in line with IH document management and IT policies
- Provide support to approved projects and ensure there is continuous oversight and support throughout the project management cycle including financial and periodic reporting
- Communicate with offices and partners as and when necessary and communicate progress or queries to colleagues
- Support Regional Programme co-ordinators in preparing payments for approved grants

- Support Donor Reporting Manager on Mosque and WASH project feedback including oversight on all WASH and Mosque projects, monitoring their progress and ensuring donors receive feedback in a timely and professional manner

Your purpose
To deliver a high quality experience to schools in your region through expert relationship management, driving high levels of engagement, retention and renewal and enabling our membership to have the greatest impact in each Voice 21 Oracy School.
Your responsibilities
Relationship management and network
- Build and manage strong relationships with member schools and key stakeholders across your region in order to add value to their membership, driving engagement, long term loyalty and ultimately impact in our schools.
- Use your understanding of member schools in your region to create ‘wow moments’ across the membership journey (e.g. dropping in to meet with key stakeholders or sending free tickets to a school for an event).
- Manage group projects in your region, including sending communications, project planning and reporting to group commissioners or funders. This includes working with our large and highly successful Voice North East Group
- Represent Voice 21 effectively to external audiences in meetings and events (e.g. virtual webinars to support schools as they start their membership or progress meetings with group project commissioners).
- Develop our school network in your region (e.g. organising and delivering regional network events), using this to enhance school experience and act as a tool for growth, value and retention.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in your region in order to understand the educational landscape and work with colleagues in the Engagement (Growth) team to strengthen and grow our network.
School journey and experience
- Provide an excellent customer experience for member schools and key stakeholders (e.g. Local Authorities and Multi-Academy Trusts) from sign up through to renewal, acting as the first point of contact for your Voice 21 Oracy Schools.
- Own the membership journey and school experience for your region, including the underlying processes, activities and comms that support their membership.
- Gain frontline insights from listening to member schools in your region - collect, track and analyse data about their patterns of behaviour and use these insights to improve their experience.
- Use your understanding of our membership offer to support and guide schools in your region to access member benefits that best meet their needs, are most impactful for their students and steward them towards accreditation (e.g. use diagnostic tools to set action plans for the membership year and signpost to Voice 21 products, resources and events).
- Bring together data (from our CRM system, our Programme team and impact and engagement monitoring) to understand and own the ‘complete picture’ of each school’s member journey in your region - use insights to manage and increase engagement; proactively share insights gained, internally (e.g. with the Programme team about attendance or school feedback) and externally (reporting to a group project commissioner or funder).
- Own membership renewals in your region, helping the Engagement team to deliver our annual school renewal targets (70%+).
Your progression
Within 1 month, you’ll have:
- Got to know all of the different elements which go into our membership offer through experiencing them first hand.
- Gained insight into the impact of our membership offer on children and young people’s learning and life chances, by visiting Voice 21 Oracy Schools.
- Begun to get to know the key stakeholders and member schools in your region.
- Built relationships with your closest colleagues in our Engagement and Programmes teams.
Within 3 months, you’ll have:
- Built relationships with the key stakeholders and member schools in your region.
- Supported member schools in your region to get started on their membership journey and to access membership benefits.
- Become confident using our CRM (Salesforce) to provide key data you need for success in your role.
Within 6 months, you’ll have:
- Begun to monitor experience and engagement of member schools in your region and identify strategies to help schools get the most out of their membership.
- Delivered regional network events and reflected on how these went with the team.
- Led a cycle of renewal in your region and used this to identify areas of strength/development.
From 6 months onwards, we expect for you to be:
- Taking ownership of the member journey and school experience of schools in your region.

Where you’ll work: Remote, with regular regional and national travel to visit schools and attend Development Days/meetings, including some overnight stays. You will need to be based in Yorkshire or the North East to apply for this role.

Severn Wye is looking for a talented individual to empower people and communities living in rural areas to act on climate change
Energised Communities will support communities that don’t traditionally engage with climate issues, bringing them together for action-oriented discussions about energy and its impact on climate change. Communities will identify local challenges, establish what people care about and explore solutions. The project will provide inspiration for what’s possible and give communities the tools to make it happen. We will support communities in the long term, recognising that building the ideas, skills and confidence to see projects through takes time. The project will help communities take more control over their energy futures, creating opportunities for green skills, local employment and community regeneration.

This is five-year programme funded by The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) working in 10 disadvantaged rural communities in Wales and England. As Programme Director, you will lead a dedicated team and manage an annual budget of approximately £10 million. At Parkinson’s UK we are developing and expanding our data team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data engineer to join an evolving team in a new role and be part of a critical area of the charity that supports and underpins the key work of Parkinson’s UK.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data engineering and a holistic understanding of the various disciplines that make up the domain to bring a strong mix of engineering tech skills (e.g, SQL, Python, Alteryx, Matillion, Snowflake etc) and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
About the role
Working in a team which manages much of the charities’ data using a variety of tools and technologies, you’ll be core to supporting our data transformation strategy, by building solutions to ingest, transform and model data from a wide range of sources, ensuring seamless data flows between systems.
You’ll work in an environment with traditional CRM technology, which is also transitioning to a modern data and application architecture.
Share your expert knowledge to coach, mentor, and support a small team of Data Engineers. You and the team will play a key role in developing and maintaining our data warehouse and building robust data assets for stakeholders across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Share your knowledge to develop and support a small team of data engineers
- Design and develop scalable solutions to support seamless dataflow and integration of a number of different sources
- Support all aspects of our Snowflake data warehouse
- Collaborate with diverse teams from across the organisation to understand requirements and design and develop data models to support data driven decision making
- Deliver and report on complex data driven projects to support the success of the organisation
What you’ll bring:
- An experienced data engineer, who is able to identify solutions to complex problems
- Expertise in SQL, with experience of Python and SOQL being a plus.
- Excellent understanding of data modelling
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- A clear understanding of software development best practices
- Experience of MDM concepts and their application
- Hands-on experience of a cloud data warehouse platform (ideally Snowflake) and a good understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture
