People’s Economy aims to build the agency and power of people facing injustice and working for social change so that they have the expertise, capabilities and resources to develop their own analysis of how the economic system is a root cause of the injustice they face, develop strategies to change it and then take action with others. Our vision is for a world with economies that meet the needs and priorities of people currently experiencing economic injustice.
The Movement Collaboration Lead or Senior Movement Collaboration Lead (depending on experience) will work closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team to lead the development and delivery of an exciting emerging programme of work building collaboration for economic system change between grassroots groups and new economy organisations.
We are looking for people who are: passionate about addressing economic injustice, are excited about the role of collaboration in creating systems change and capable of creating partnerships and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
The first twelve months of this programme will take an action inquiry approach to facilitate a mixed group of new economy organisations and grassroots groups through a collaborative process that will develop shared knowledge and practice about how we can effectively and equitably collaborate on economic systems change work through practical experiments, facilitated dialogue and collaborative research.
The role will involve responsibilities for project managing and delivering this work including programme development and delivery, developing partnerships, changemaker recruitment and support, conducting desk research and interviews, managing and running events, supporting project related fundraising, conducting project learning and evaluation and writing a learning report about the project.
Following this first year we plan to scale work on supporting collaboration between grassroots groups and new economy organisations, subject to funding we hope this could become a permanent role.
All programme roles in the People’s Economy team support work across the programme team and we see a postholder likely working on the Action Inquiry for 0.4 FTE and supporting other work strands depending on their relevant skills, experiences and interests for 0.2 FTE.

Job Description
Project Development
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, lead the translation of existing strategic thinking, planning and relationship building into a project plan.
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, contribute to business planning and fundraising for future development of the action inquiry beyond the first year.
- Working closely with Programme Director lead outreach and relationship building with new economy organisations, funders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Head of Community, lead outreach and relationship building with changemakers and grassroots groups for the action inquiry.
- Working closely with the Programme Director, develop a plan for learning and evaluation of the project.
Project Delivery
- Working closely with the Programme Team, coordinate the delivery of the action inquiry.
- Lead on organising the logistics and resources required to effectively deliver the action inquiry
- Working closely with the Programme Team, recruit and onboard changemakers to the project
- With support from the Head of Training, contribute to the delivery of learning and skills sessions as part of the inquiry
- Manage and execute the delivery of events as part of the action inquiry
- Maintain relationships with changemakers while they are involved in the project and act as a key point of contact

- Plan and deliver a research element of the project aimed at gathering learnings from other sectors on equitable and effective collaboration.
- Working with the Programme team develop a communications plan to raise the profile of the project and share learnings throughout the year.
Supporting other work strands
- Manage (or contribute to) other projects that contribute to achieving People’s Economy’s goals, as agreed with the Programme Director
- Work collaboratively with the Programme Team to ensure a joined-up approach across People’s Economy’s work
- These areas will be discussed and identified depending on the appointed candidates' relevant skills, experience and expertise - examples include providing programme management support of our migrant justice programme or supporting the development of our regional work in London.
Financial management and income generation
- With support from the Programme Director, develop and manage budgets for the action inquiry
- With support from the Programme Director, contribute to income generation by leading the development of agreed identified opportunities, including by holding key relationships with existing and potential funders

We are now seeking a Communications and Campaigns Manager who will be a creative thinker able to Think Big and Act Wild whilst managing the timely and effective delivery of communications campaigns, projects and events, increasing our advocacy and fundraising impact.
The post holder will be a strong planner, organiser, pro-active team player and hands-on campaigner. You’ll be a key member of the Communications and Engagement team and use your strong collaborative skills to work effectively with our Catalyse, Influence and Fundraising teams to create powerful, transformative communications and campaigns.

Line Manager: Director of Communications and Engagement
Line Management Responsibilities: No line management. The post holder will have responsibility for maintaining management of freelancers, agencies and partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Communications campaign development and management:
- Develop and project manage a programme of integrated communication campaigns that grab attention and encourage action across rewilding practice, policy and fundraising.
- Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to develop aligned messaging and campaign assets and to deliver these across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Lead on the creation of compelling campaign assets and content (e.g. polls, petitions, online actions and campaign toolkits).
- Manage campaign timeframes and budgets seeking a good, quantifiable return on investment.
- Gather and present audience insight to inform our campaigns and ensure our campaigning work is evidence led.
- Set and measure campaign KPIs, conduct campaign de-briefs and write campaign evaluations, encourage a culture of testing and learning and growing our campaigning approach.
- Seek relevant external collaboration opportunities with allies and partners to amplify our campaigns.
- Where appropriate, commission and manage the relationship with external creative, campaigning and advertising agencies.
Communications projects and events management:
- Organise, plan and deliver our involvement at online and in person events that will help to encourage action across rewilding practice, policy and fundraising (e.g. exhibition stands at party political conferences or corporate fundraising events).
- Design, deliver and project manage cross-organisational communication activities which will raise the profile of Rewilding Britain (e.g.World Rewilding Day, anniversary events).
- Support the Catalyse, Influence and Fundraising teams with the communication requirements for events (e.g. Rewilding Network conferences, fundraising dinners, panel debates, report launches).
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with the Catalyse, Influence and Fundraising teams to integrate campaign efforts and identify the relevant campaign issues, priorities and opportunities for influencing policy, fundraising and Network membership growth.
- Support the broader Communications and Engagement team to implement strategically aligned locally focused communications activities, projects and events for England, Scotland or Wales.
- Collaborate with freelancers, consultants, agencies, volunteers, supporters, and stakeholders to amplify our communications and campaigns reach and impact.
- Represent Rewilding Britain alongside other team members at events, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, rallies and more to advance our communication and campaign objectives.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits
The role is a full-time, 5-day-week (35 hours) position.
The salary is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum depending upon experience.
There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.
Rewilding Britain employees benefit from 25 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time roles), rising to 30 days over 5 years. A generous employer-matched pension scheme is also available.

This role will be involved in coordinating and attending events and meetings face to face across Britain, so a willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays is essential.

Main Responsibilities
As one of our regionally dispersed Community Fundraiser's, you'll be joining a busy team, where you will manage relationships with our key supporters with the primary purpose of generating income across a geographical area, through community fundraising activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering income targets across the region by building strong relationships with individuals, local companies, community groups and volunteers, in line with our community fundraising strategy. You will also be responsible for the management and support of local third-party events in your region and in providing excellent stewardship to those supporters.
This role is home-based with regular travel across the region. There will also be regular travel to Diabetes UK offices for meetings.
Ideal Candidate
You'll be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting income targets through relationship fundraising. You'll be experienced in building and maintaining relationships with supporters and colleagues. A proactive person, you'll be self-motivated and able to work independently with a solution focussed approach. As an experienced fundraiser, you'll be confident working towards income and expenditure targets and reporting on financial progress. It is desirable that you have managed and secured corporate partnerships and have event management knowledge, though training will be provided.
You will have a passion for building excellent relationships with your supporters to increase loyalty and life-long relationships with the charity.

Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Development
- Lead the overall strategic direction for WECare’s digital marketing, focusing on long-term growth and engagement.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans to increase awareness and supporter engagement.
- Conduct audience and market research to shape targeted campaigns and forecast future marketing opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing & Analysis
- Drive WECare’s digital growth by leading SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.

- Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns to optimise performance and inform strategic direction.
- Implement advertising campaigns (Google Ad Grants, paid social media) to attract new supporters and grow WECare’s international reach.

3. Content Oversight & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation of content (written, visual, multimedia) by internal teams and external partners, ensuring it aligns with WECare’s messaging and goals.
- Act as a strategic guide for content creation, focusing on maintaining consistency and supporting overall digital strategies.
- Ensure content supports broader marketing and fundraising goals while delegating day-to-day content creation to team members and creative professionals.
- Lead the planning and management of major digital marketing campaigns, working closely with relevant teams to ensure success.
4. Partnership & Community Engagement
- Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and local communities to strengthen WECare's support network.

5. Performance & Reporting

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead our Programmes Team whilst our current Director of Programmes is on maternity leave. The primary responsibility for the Director of Programmes will be to recruit school partners for our EEF trial, with delivery beginning September 2025. This trial is to test the impact our Peer to Peer coaching programme (Y10s coaching Y7s) can have on the maths attainment of disadvantaged pupils. The trial will require us to recruit 100 participating schools, 50 of whom will receive the intervention, with another 50 allocated to a control group.
Working alongside the CEO and the Programmes Team Leader, you will create and execute a strategy to recruit new schools as participants to this trial. About EFA
English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 400 adult migrants across London. We’ve become a national centre of good practice for a radical participatory approach to ESOL, informed by the work of Paulo Freire, and we share this approach through training, research and partnerships.
Organisation: We are a staff team of 8 people supported by a larger team of volunteers and 9 trustees. EFA promotes shared leadership and collaboration and we aim for our organisational structure to reflect this. In the last 4 years we’ve transitioned away from having a CEO to an executive team to oversee operations and decision-making. Following its successful relaunch, the Air Cadet Charity is seeking a highly motivated Trust and Major Donor Fundraiser to help it achieve its aims of supporting and developing the young people of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Air Cadet Charity, until now, has had to rely on donations but Trustees have decided to expand our income generation streams in order to enable us to do more for each and every Royal Air Force Air Cadet. Our activities and projects include supporting flying, adventurous training, drone piloting, participation in the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, national sports and national music competitions, BTEC qualifications, STEM development as well as many others. The role will focus chiefly on sourcing funding from charitable trusts who share our goal of developing our young people, equipping them with the skills to prosper not only in the present but also for the rest of their lives. Some cadets will join the Royal Air Force, but the majority go on to forge careers in all walks of life thanks to the opportunities provided by the Air Cadets and the Air Cadet Charity. About the role.

The Corporate Partnerships team are moving through a period of change and growth which will set this team up to strategically focus their resources and skills where it is most needed in order to attract, cultivate and retain valuable corporate partnerships.
Reporting to the Partnership Account Manager, the Partnership Executive will be involved in maintaining existing supporter relationships through the Corporate Fundraising journey, ensuring all possible opportunities for revenue generation are utilised.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have skill and experience in the following areas:
- Experience of working in account management in either a fundraising or commercial environment.
- Experience of achieving and exceeding income targets or growing income.
- The ability to seek out, identify and build on opportunities to maximise income.
- Ability to represent CHAS internally and externally.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of varied audiences.
- Driven and engaging personality with strong people skills.

About the role
This is an awesome role focussed on improving our ways of working and processes when it comes to those who support us. We want all of our supporters to have a first class experience when they decide to donate their time and/or money to supporting children and young people with cancer and their families. However we know that as an organisation we have more to do to make this happen and the time is now.
Working in Income Generation, this role will take a recently conducted diagnostic carried out by a business improvement consultant and not only work through the next steps but make change happen, prioritising the areas with the biggest wins. This role really will have a lasting legacy in the organisation.
We're not just looking for someone to map change, this person will lead operational design and process re-engineering that transforms the Income Generation directorate and it's workforce into high achievers.
You’ll be based within the Project Management Office (PMO), a supportive team of professionals that lead transformational change across the organisation as well as corporate planning. You’ll also have close relationship with the Head of Planning and Strategy in Income Generation as well as the Associate Director Supporter Engagement.

What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.
- Building on the diagnostics carried out already within Income Generation directorate to optimise organisational design and scope improvements.
- Using the diagnostics to identify pain areas, develop a sequenced plan to tackle these issues and then implement the plan to improve performance, processes and services i.e. “getting hands dirty”.
- Embedding a culture of improvement in the organisation and developing these capabilities within the workforce.
- All of these activities will involve facilitating workshops, engaging audiences with tailored communications, debating and negotiating ideas with leaders, managing governance, risks and dependencies, evaluating progress etc.
What do I need?
The key skills we’re looking for in this role are:
- Experience of delivering transformational change by using process improvement principles & methodologies such as TQM, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma to design services and processes that deliver value, efficiency, higher quality, lower costs and better results
- Ability to do big picture thinking and drive the change that is needed, don’t sit back and react to the change that is happening.
- Challenging directly with assertive communication style balanced with caring deeply through consultative and listening skills.
- Being curious, looking beyond the obvious to get the real picture.
- Being proactive to get stuff done but in a flexible way, not being tied to a solution and having a healthy dose of pragmatism
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Creative thinker and ability to encourage innovation amongst colleagues
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make smart decisions with limited information and changing priorities as well as support people to define issues.
