As Innovation Lead (Impact and Evaluation), you will use data and insights to support innovation, shape our programmes, and maximise impact. This dynamic role requires a creative thinker who can blend research with fresh ideas, experiment with new approaches, and turn insights into action.

- Develop a timely, flexible and engaging approach for evaluating and measuring impact. For the benefit of the organisation, learners, centres and partners.
- Provide insights and practical recommendations to help shape and improve learning programmes, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.
- Lead and report on our social impact for all stakeholders including internal and external.
Main duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement practical methods to evaluate and work with the innovation team to improve the impact of our programmes.
- Communicate insights in a way that drives decision-making, programme improvements, and supports innovation.
- Lead experimentation and test and learn approaches to help us refine new ideas and scale what works.
- Work collaboratively with teams to support improvement of our programmes and messaging.
- Select and apply effective monitoring and evaluation methods that support innovation, while keeping methods agile and efficient.

- Lead commissioned research contracts, including monitoring progress, reviewing and editing reports and managing relationships to enhance our programme offer.

- Be an active member of the Innovation and Standards Directorate and carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Innovation. This will be aligned with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.

As Deputy Director, Strategy & Innovation, you will:
- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and ongoing refinement of Greenpeace UK’s fundraising strategy, aligned with GPUK’s new 3-year organisational strategies and objectives
- Provide strategic support and advice to the fundraising director and fundraising leadership team, leveraging your expertise to guide decision-making
- Work with colleagues across the fundraising department and the wider organisation to embed a culture of innovation and strategic alignment, ensuring collective ownership for delivering results
- Be accountable for the fundraising innovation pipeline and investment, while sharing responsibility for a £35m fundraising income budget, driving forward new opportunities that enhance supporter engagement and income generation

Ideal skills and experience:
- A solid understanding of various fundraising disciplines, as well as the key principles of supporter engagement and experience, achieved through operating at a senior level in a busy fundraising team

Sister Circle is looking for a part-time Programme Lead who is committed to tackling one of the most pressing challenges in women’s health today—improving equity and justice for underserved communities of women.
The Role
In this newly created role of Programme Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with pregnant mums and Maternity Mates volunteers to provide tailored support to ensure each pregnancy is a positive experience. You will be responsible for the assessments to determine the support needs of pregnant mums, matching each with her volunteer Maternity Mate; whilst mentoring each volunteer through her journey with mum to provide the very best support.
You will develop good working relationships with volunteers and pregnant mums and take responsibility for continuous improvement so that mums receive the very best possible support and are able to navigate and make choices for themselves. You will proactive and enjoy working collaboratively with your Project Manager and other members of the Sister Circle team.
You will be expected to work from one or two of the Family Hub sites within Croydon.

Role Details
Title: Head of Skilled Volunteering
Time Commitment: Full time role (4 days a week may also be considered)

Role Duties & Responsibilities
Programme Management

National Lottery players help build local communities, power sports teams, protect the environment, unleash creative talent, look after the elderly and unlock youthful potential. To support these efforts in our 30th year, the National Lottery Promotions Unit Public Affairs lead will play a key role in managing external relationships with key parliamentarians, and representative bodies. You will bring a network of key contacts to promote and support the importance of the National Lottery to people and communities throughout the UK. With a good understanding of the work of the DCMS and of ministers and MPs, you will also play a key role in presenting the National Lottery in an effective and impactful way and manage the delivery of the revised National Lottery government relations strategy. The Deputy Director, Financial Planning & Policy, will play a critical role in leading King’s College London’s financial planning and analysis team, driving financial alignment with the university’s strategic objectives. - Lead the review and delivery of a refreshed financial planning process to ensure alignment with the medium-term financial planning framework (as part of King’s ‘integrated planning process’) and King’s strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement long-term financial targets, rebasing assumptions and incorporating key adjustments for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Devise and adopt a consistent methodology of setting financial targets across King’s, including how growth, inflation, known pressures and opportunities, changes and other factors are reflected in the planning process.
- Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of financial planning returns, driving strategic quality assurance, challenge, and scrutiny. Develop narrative and reporting, highlighting trends, outcomes, and recommendations for decision making.

The objectives of this exercise are:

To understand what has changed in relation to gender equality in Sightsavers programme planning and implementation since the last gender synthesis in 2020
