About the Role
You’ll join our Operations Team, which consists of colleagues providing expertise and support in procurement, finance, HR, IT & Data Security, legal compliance and wider operational support to this ambitious and mission-driven remote organisation
This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope for growth and development, alongside completing a formal apprenticeship in procurement which will give you a professional recognised qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support the drafting of procurement contracts using defined templates and processes, guiding Oak colleagues where needed in line with our Procurement Handbook, and ensuring documentation is clear, accurate and complete.

Track and assist in maintaining the procurement pipeline, monitoring contract timelines and end dates across suppliers, contractors and freelancers, and prompting renewal or procurement activity as required.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience of at least two years in an administrative or office-based role, with confidence using digital tools and remote working platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack).

Twelve months of previous commercial/procurement experience, for example, supporting supply management, ordering, purchasing or contract management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain processes clearly to others.

The post holder will focus on delivery of the child, adolescent to parental violence and abuse programme which is incorporates an Non Violent Resistance approach.
Specialist Child to Parent Violence delivery:
· Advocate for the rights of children to be respected, heard and protected.
· Deliver sessions for parents using Non Violent Resistance (NVR) techniques and child and family members, applying a systematic family approach to managing violence and abuse in the home.

We're recruiting for a new role for someone to lead on People and Culture at Involve.
Involve has grown in terms of both its turnover and staffing headcount in recent years. We train volunteers to use games and other creative activities in primary schools in one-to-one sessions with children to help them gain confidence and skills in maths. Founded in 2018, we have already helped over 1,500 children. We now have 115 volunteers running weekly sessions. This year they are helping 334 children in 38 partner schools across London, and we plan to continue to grow organically every year to support more children.
Our vision is not just that we grow in scale, but that through our example other organisations copy our model, and that eventually all primary school children will have access to volunteer support in maths.
CEO role
The CEO will be a new permanent role, reporting to our founder Chair and to the board of trustees. You will take on all aspects of managing our award-winning charity and drive the board process of setting and delivering strategy. This will include financial management of the charity and involvement in fundraising. This is in the context of our succession plan, whereby our Chair will hand over the executive responsibilities which he currently exercises on a pro bono basis. Job Description
The charity would like to increase our digital footprint by 50% and in order to do this we need a highly motivated communications lead to boost our profile. You will create and deliver a marketing, press and social media strategy, to increase both the reach of our work and awareness of harmful practices. You will build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including journalists, influencers and ambassadors to raise our visibility in both English and international languages in UK press, manage all our platforms and create digital content. You will work with the team and trustees to achieve desired outputs within agreed timeframes and budgets, to operational standards. This role will be home-based and in Oxfordshire and will report to the CEO.
Person Specification
You will ideally be from a community affected by a harmful practice such as FGM/C or ‘honour’-based abuse and forced marriage. This does not necessarily mean you personally have been affected, but you have a deep understanding of the issues from living in your community.

What is the role?
As Head of Individual Giving, Legacy and Supporter Experience, you’ll lead a passionate team responsible for individual giving, legacy programmes, and delivering a world-class supporter experience.
You’ll shape and implement data-driven strategies to engage and steward supporters, maximise donor lifetime value, and deliver campaigns that truly resonate. You’ll also lead the development of a first-class supporter journey, ensuring donors feel valued and connected to the impact they make.
This role is key to helping us achieve significant growth across cash appeals, raffles, lottery, committed giving, legacy, and in-memory giving, ensuring Prospect Hospice can continue providing compassionate care to those in need.

- Proven leadership in individual giving, legacy programmes, and supporter experience
- A successful track record of developing fundraising strategies, plans, multi-channel campaigns and budgets to grow income and impact.
- Deep understanding of supporter journeys, donor engagement, and stewardship best practice
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Proven track record of delivering income against specified targets
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stewardship skills to engage donors and stakeholders
- Ability to influence and negotiate with ease
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is also required.

About the Independent Service Manager role
We are looking for an experienced childcare professional to manage our England wide service for complaints under the Children Act (1989) and Independent Person service for Secure Accommodation Reviews for children placed in secure children’s home under section 25 of the Children Act (1989).
The role will be responsible for the delivery of this national service managing a group of committed and dedicated Independent Person, as well as managing the relationships with our commissioning authorities. You will have the credibility to work at a management level, and the skills and experience in the sector to support and manage people, relationships with commissioners whilst maintaining high standards of professional practice.
We want a leader who will build and develop our team of associate Independent Persons who act as Investigating Officers, Independent Persons, Stage 3 Panel chairs and panel members for Children Act (1989) complaints against local authorities, and Independent Persons for Secure Accommodation Reviews.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery that meets internal and external performance measures. They will hold responsibility for quality assuring work undertaken via contact with Independent Persons and scrutiny of investigation reports.

This post will be home based (with access to our attractive Central London offices for those who wish to do so).

We’re looking to recruit a Philanthropy Manager to join our dynamic Philanthropy and Events team within our Supporter Income & Engagement directorate. You will have responsibility for day-to-day communications with our highly engaged members and contribute to all aspects of our curated donor journey, from impact reporting to supporting a varied engagement and stewardship calendar of high-level events and field trips. You will also proactively drive growth in the giving club membership through effective data management, warm approaches, peer introductions and lead generation activity. You will work collaboratively with fundraisers and different teams across the organisation to ensure we maximise opportunities to enhance the experience and build support from 2030 Circle members.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience of managing a portfolio of trusts, foundations and individuals
- Experience of working with high-net-worth individuals.
- A track record of delivering against income targets.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and tracking new funding opportunities.
- Experience of using fundraising databases/CRM systems.
- A good understanding of the philanthropic sector and of major giving clubs.
- Excellent communication, relationship building & interpersonal skills.
